~Wright~
Thank you, now I'll finally be able to put my mind to text. :) [spoiler=Please don't read this if you aren't going to try and help.] Lately, it's been a struggle for me to stay calm. I've been having mood swings. Lots, and lots, and lots, of mood swings. Like every 10-20 minutes. It's probably just my age, but I don't like it, and I feel grumpy a lot of the time. I feel worried because I've been using students at school as a mental outlet, despite my efforts not to. :( Do you have any advice? Thanks anyway, it's a relief to finally blurt this all out... >_<

This may just be your age, as you said, that is a very plausable thing, however, there could be some form of stress, so what I want you to do today is; in the evening, write down all the key points of your day, the things that made you happy and the things that made you stressed and angry, once you've done that, PM it to me and I might be able to help some more. To actually deal with the anger or stress try winding down but whatever you do, don't go to sleep, that could be a concern as when people are angry on a daily bases even as often as 10-12 minutes they tend to sleep during the day and stay awake at night, this is something you must not do. If you're at home do creative, non-stimulating things that you enjoy, for instance, if you enjoy drawing or have a creative side try something like writing a song, thats a good way to get your feelings down onto paper, also I don't personally like this option, but a long hot shower or bath can help. However while you're outside and you start to feel angry try to breath in the air around you, count to a number you are comforble with and refrain yourself from hurting other people, if you must find a way to release the physical anger by working out or just going all out on a punch bag, if this option doesnt paticularly suit you just try to take it out on something soft then lay down if possible.
