Saiba Aisu
As the shadows deepened outside and finally gave way to night, Erzet rolled over slightly in his bed, drawing the covers closer to himself—even though they were fairly close to the Gerudo Valley, it was still much colder here than he preferred. Still, there was not much the thief could find fault with at the moment. As he had expected, their dinner at the Greater Tide had been delicious: fresh-caught fish from Lake Hylia with plenty of butter and herbs, and heaps of toasted bread to go alongside it. It was clear that the Zora's graciousness and famous hospitality extended to all sorts of visitors, even curious ones like Sariri and Erzet. After they were satisfied with their meal, a pretty hostess had guided them to their rooms, which were quite comfortable, if not exactly spacious. Even within the private confines of the inn's rooms, the Zora people's love of water and unique artistic style was present, with many aquatic-themed designs scattered across the walls. Although he was eager to get a good night's sleep after the long day of travel they had endured, the Gerudo had taken his time getting dressed for bed, constantly alert to the surrounding noises—like always, the thief was wary and did not let his guard down easily. Satisfied that no one at the Greater Tide meant he or Sariri any harm, Erzet positioned himself so that he was facing the window, the gentle moonlight striking Lake Hylia's clear waters reflected in his eyes, and promptly fell asleep. Blake
Billos looked over his shoulde,r at Lorenz, for a moment then looked forward. Then he began to speak. "That thing was Farore's Wind A magical item that grants the user to teleport at will. Unfortunately, it tires me out to use it." He said, explaining the spell, "Supposedly the Hero of Time used it, and two other spells like it." Then he brushed Cheval's mane with his hand. "And Cheval was at the base of Death Mountain. It was easy to get to the ranch from there, considering it is relatively the same distance as Castle Twon from Lon Lon."
Aqua Girl
"Ohhhh Thats awesome! I heard the art of the Goddess's were sealed back with the great fairiesafter the hero left from existance?" Mira Said, knowing little from what her grandmother told her. "Ya know, I wana test these new arrows!" Mira Said with gusto, she pulled out her arrow, Sheaimed the arrow at a rock, the arrow whissed and slamed in to the rock and flew of the rock, to Mira the result was bad atleast her normal arrows would pirce the rock, unbenonst to Mira or anyone the rocks back area is blown out, "Herm their not that good." Andx
Lorenz found Billos's information interesting. How exactly did such a relic come into his possession? Billos had spoken of some things he'd done that most people wouldn't forgive though Lorenz doubted it was the acquisition of Farore's Wind. He didn't need to press the issue any further, no doubt Billos wouldn't want to speak of it anyway. Mira had begun messing around with some arrows and Lorenz soon became worried that they would come to a halt again. They had to keep moving so Lorenz kept moving forward whether or not Mira picked up immediately after him. The three had reached the southern edge of Hyrule Field. From this point on they would be moving into territory that most were rather unfamiliar with."Well, we'd best keep moving." he said as the group pushed on. Not too long into this unknown territory the strangest thing happened. There was an abrupt shift in the color of their surroundings from green to red. Lorenz was now decently sure they had entered the outskirts of the Red Jungle. The red surrounding them did have an oddly creepy effect. Of any shade of red Lorenz could think of it most reminded him of Hylian blood. Just the idea that the Red Jungle was red because it was blood stained that way made Lorenz stop thinking about what the cause of the coloring might be. Lorenz now found himself in a type of climate that he had little to no familiarity with. The Red vegetation was somehow different than normal forests and was most certainly a sharp contrast to Zora's Domain and Hyrule Castle Town. Due to this unfamiliarity Lorenz didn't attempt to lead the group. Instead he stayed slightly behind the other two who seemed much more at ease traveling through thick vegetation like this."So any ideas on where we might need to go to find this temple?" Lorenz asked the other two as they continued on their way.
leoluiz
Skull Kid did not want to discuss with Raven, so he asked Wolf to stop and began talking. "Deralen is fast enough to accompany us." he said, "And if you think that was winning the race is because we were so in front that you could not see us." he added. "Do not make me get angry, you will not like to see a Skull Kid angry," he warned. He turned to Deralen, "So, will we bet a race to the city where we will rest?" he asked ignoring what Raven had said.
Blake
Billos looked around warily, ever turning his head. This felt wrong. "We just journey through until we see something... odd." He kicked Cheval and the horse sped up a little bit. As they jogged along in the forest, Billos was more and more on edge. This red vegetation unnerved him, even if he did not show it. He had a feeling of being watched from all sides. It was enough to make even him shudder. He tightened his cloak as they rode on into the red jungle. He really wanted out, but what could he do? He'd signed up for this fool's errand.

encapturer
"Hey, hey now. Don't let me slow you down," Deralen said, laughing. The path wasn't really conductive to goron racing, but Deralen figured if he got to a good speed he could mostly drift the entire way there; he'll only need to turn and speed up periodically. He began rolling after the others, staying at the rear. By now, Deralen was used to the grassy terrain and traversed it easily; rolling in such a fashion that didn't tire him out quickly, but left a noticeable path through the grass. Raven's comment about a bridge bugged Deralen during the journey. He might be able to roll across the bridge; but that sometimes destroys it. He could leap across the chasm, but that might be... painful at the very least. Uhwaaa? The other two were going along a different path; they had turned a moment ago while Deralen was thinking to himself. Turning sharply, he rejoined the others, hoping that they didn't notice his momentary lapse. Looks like he'll have to think about crossing that bridge when they get there. Hydra of Ages
Sariri didn't get much sleep that night. She tried, it had nothing to do with the scenery or room. Her bed was incredibly comfy, even better than the last inn, even if it did smell like the odd oils the Zora used for cleaning cloth. She tossed and turned, and while she did fall asleep fairly often, she woke up just as much, sitting up and staring out at the wall or at the windowsill of her bedroom. She gazed out it fairly often. She wasn't fortunate enough to have a lakeside room, (though she figured Erzet must have, simply from the positioning of the rooms), but the sight of the darkened hillside landscape still calmed her down when she woke up in what she thought might be a panic. She always forgot what she was dreaming about before she had time to reason with herself, but figured it had to be fairly frightening to make her wake up in such a start. Was the curse from the Sunken Skull dungeon already affecting her? From so far away? Or was it something else? Because of this, she was dressed, ready and up at the crack of dawn, even before Erzet. Nodding at the sun, she walked across the hall, quickly identifying the room she had seen Erzet go into, and rapped on it three times with her knuckles. "Rise and shine. Morningbirds are singing." she called.
Shadow Zero
||||Raven, Skull Kid, and Deralen all basically stayed together, continuing straight on for the most part, and they were able to travel comfortably enough with having to make only a few stops. halfway there, Raven spotted a Poe and reached for his Seed Shooter, although the term hand cannon was probably more accurate. He was about to shoot at the Poe when he realized that it wouldn't have any effect, since only arrows worked, and that even if it did, he had nothing to carry the Poe in. Turning his mind back to the journey, the rest of the day passed by uneventfully enough, something which Raven was very grateful for.||||By the time the sun was starting to set, Raven and the others showed up at the village that bordered Lake Hylia. As he had expected, it was a Zora village, and was brightly colored with the pervasive smell of fish that was typical of all Zoran dwellings that were above ground. Raven turned to tell the others that he was going to find a hotel and get something to eat, suggesting that they do the same. With that, he rode his horse into town, only encountering a few Zora's on his way. "As expected of a Zoran's land-settlement. Most of them are probably in the water where they are most comfortable." Raven made this remark to no-one in particular, and meant it only to be an observation spoken out loud as he usually did when he was on a journey.||||Stopping in front of a hotel, Raven noticed that Sariri and Erzet were also lodging there for the night. Deciding that it would be best not to disturb them, he politely waited until the were finished taking care of their business before seeking lodgings and a meal for him and his horse, as well as provisions for the next day. He wanted to get out of there as soon as possible on the next day so that he, Skull Kid, and Deralen could finish their mission and begin the return trip to Hyrule Castle Town. Soon, a Zoran female led him to a fairly large ground level room with a smaller side room that could be accessed only from the main room and had a sliding door that could be opened and closed. Looking at the table in the center of the room, Raven noticed that the items he had asked for were there, and also found the bill for the lodgings, meal, and provisions set to the side of it. Eating the meal that had been set there, Raven fed a few apples and some oats to Raizen from his pack and read the bill, finding it to be no more or less then 70 Rupees. He guessed that this was due to the larger then normal room with a side room and the provisions that he had asked for. Setting the amount on the table from his own personal pouch so that the rupees that were given to him by Zelda would still be available for other uses, Raven finishes his meal and opens the sliding door so that Raizen can go outside where he would be more comfortable and find a nice place for grazing.||||After packing the provisions away, Raven goes to the smaller side room and readies himself for bed. Soon, Raven falls asleep, although it is far from fully restful. The whole night, he is plagued by nightmarish dreams in which he is constantly fighting off the same types of specteres that haunted his previous nights dream at Lon Lon Ranch, this time at the border of Lake Hylia. Raven wakes up just as the sun is rising the next morning, groaning and feeling less then one hundred percent. More like seventy percent, although he wasn't about to let that get in the way of his completing his mission. Knowing that time is precious and not something to be wasted, Raven dresses himself and decides to explore the Zoran hotel before waking Raizen and preparing for the days mission. With this in mind, he walks outside of his room and finds the Rupees that he had placed on the table gone with a note thanking him for his patronage and wishing him a relaxing stay with the request that he stay again in the future. Pocketing the note, Raven exits his room and begins walking the halls, thinking that he might try finding a way to climb onto the roof top and watch the sun finish rising. leoluiz
After the long journey Skull Kid left Wolf a certain distance of the town, and walked up there to buy food. He bought some apples for him and a little meat to Wolf. He returned and ate with Wolf, then Skull Kid lay next to Wolf and slept. During the night he had the same dream the night before, a young Kokiri entered the Lost Woods, the boy was scared and lost in the forest. No one could help him. Suddenly he wakes up, the sun is rising. Wolf was already awake, then Skull Kid walked with Wolf to the city to search for Raven and Deralen. Shadow Zero
Raven wandered a little aimlessly at first, partially due to the fact that he hadn't slept as well as he would like, and partly because he really didn't have a clear destination in mind. It was a surprise for him then, when he ran into the Rito that he had seen at the Temple of Time, almost literally. Raven only just managed to notice her before walking into her and knocking her over. Bringing himself up short in surprise, but then noticed upon closer observation that she seemed to be a little blurry eyed. "You're up pretty early, even for an early bird." Raven said before quickly stifling a laugh in case his laughter at his own little joke offended her. "I guess you didn't get a good night's sleep either, um . . . Sariri, right?" Raven normally would have remembered more quickly, but he was little slower then usual this morning, and so had had to think for a couple of seconds before remembering the name of the person he was talking to. Fortunately, he was waking up a little more fully now and was able to come up with a reason as to why Sariri would be out in the hallway. Pointing towards the door that the two of them were standing in front of Raven says "Erzets room, right?" then before Sariri was able to answer, Raven raises a fist and starts banging on the door, loudly saying "Time to get up Erzet! Come on, you have a long way to travel today and you haven't time for dawdling!"
leoluiz
Skull Kid was looking for Raven and Deralen a few minutes, but could not find either. "It should not be so hard to find someone as tall as Deralen in this small town. Right Wolf?" he looked back and realized that Wolf was not following him. He asked everyone he saw if they saw a wolfo walking in the city, but nobody had seen. He went into a hotel to look for Wolf, but he was not there. When he was leaving he saw Raven and Sariri. He walked up to them. "Raven, could help me find Deralen?", He turned to talk to Sariri "Hi Sariri where is Erzet?" he asked. "Some of you saw Wolf?" before they answer Skull Kid said "How could I forget it?" he took the flute and began playing a song that resembled the howling of a wolf. "Raven, I'll wait outside," he said leaving the hotel. Outside Wolf was waiting he. He sat on the side of Wolf and started playing his flute. Shadow Zero
Raven was surprised that Skull Kid had showed up, and tried several times to respond to his queries. Unfortunately, Skull Kid had seemed to ramble on in such a way as to not allow Raven to get in a word edge-wise. Once Skull Kid had played his flute and went outside, Raven simply stood there for a few seconds before slamming a hand to his face in exasperation. Knowing that Erzet was likely up and moving by now, Raven instead chose to turn towards Sariri and said "So, have you guys figured out how you're going to navigate the swamp? I mean, I know you can fly if you need to, but I highly doubt that Erzet would be able to manage riding through it on his horse."
Saiba Aisu
Erzet half-turned from his position near the window of his room, where he had been sitting silently and motionlessly for half an hour or so already, watching the sunlight come slowly across the deep blue waters of Lake Hylia and dapple them with gold. He recognized the first voice as Sariri's eager morning chirping, urging him to get up—however, he couldn't identify the owner of the second voice as easily. He rose from the floor lightly and made his way across the small room, having been dressed for a while now; on the small bedside table, his belongings were neatly stacked up. As he drew closer to the door, the thief could hear the murmur of casual conversation, and confirmed the fact that whoever the owner of the second voice was, he wasn't dangerous—Sariri wouldn't have lounged around chatting like that with a stranger. With his thoughts arranged along these lines, Erzet opened the door and was surprised, but not entirely shocked, by the presence of the golden-haired Hylian knight who had also been in the Temple of Time with Princess Zelda. "Well," Erzet said, shutting the door behind him with a firm click as Sariri and Raven both turned towards him. "This is unexpected. I didn't think we'd be seeing each other so soon. It's Raven, right? Are Skull Kid and Deralen here, as well?" Erzet shook hands briefly with Raven, then turned and addressed Sariri. "I've been up for a while now," he replied, nodding his head back at the room, "watching the sunrise. If you're ready to go, I'll gather my things and we can grab something to eat before we leave—as I'm sure you know, we've got a long day ahead of us." The Gerudo turned and disappeared briefly once more into his room before emerging with the supply satchels and other packs. "You're welcome to join us," he said to Raven, moving past the Rito girl and the Hylian towards the stairs and the dining room.
Shadow Zero
"Sure, there was something I wanted to ask you guys about anyway." Raven followed Erzet and Sariri into the dining room and sat down at a table with them. While waiting for a Zora to take their orders, Raven turned in his seat so that he would be able to look at Sariri and Erzet a little more easily and said "To answer your question, Skull Kid showed up just before you came out of your room. I don't know where Deralen is, and Skull Kid said he was going to see if he could find him, although if I know Deralen as well as I think I do he is likely to be some place dry and away from the water. Now that I've answered your question, there is something that I need to ask you." Raven had a very serious look on his face as he considered how best to phrase his question. He was remembering his dream from that previous night, and was certain that he had had a similar dream the night before that as well, although he could not remember. Deciding that it was best to be as straightforward as possible, Raven asks "Have either of you had any strange dreams in the past couple of nights? Perhaps something in which you were fighting some unknown enemy or were being dogged by some unnameable fear?"
Hydra of Ages
Sariri blinked when a blond haired Hylian started talking to her and ruined her joke. She was going to grumble irritably at the tall Hylian to give him the message that making 'bird' jokes about her wasn't appropriate unless she was the one making them, until she realized through her fuzzy vision and general morning bleariness that Hylians were in short supply in this particular inn. And in particular, this Hylian looked somewhat familiar. Not much, but his silhoutte... she had seen him before. She was fairly good with faces, (admittedly, not so much in the morning), but she couldn't put a name to the face... Oh, right. He was one of those chosen-people, sent off to the various temples around the world. What was he doing here? Wasn't he going to that jungle-thing? Or... was he part of the dream-team, was it? Bah, she couldn't remember. Not this early in the morning, anyway. The man started pounding at the door. Wonderful. She raised an eyebrow at him. "Uh, right... sorry, what was your name again?" she asked, not particularly tactfully. She blinked when Erzet opened the door, and waved a little. "Morning Erzet." she said casually. She blinked when she heard him apparently say the blond Hylian's name- Raven, apparently. She chuckled at that; her hair was far more raven than Raven's immaculate locks were. She nodded as Erzet continued speaking. "Sounds good." she said idly. "I need a warm breakfast. How did you sleep last night?"
Saiba Aisu
Erzet frowned at Raven slightly over the top of his napkin as he wiped his mouth from his glass of water. "Strange dreams...?" he repeated after Raven, casting a glance at Sariri. "No," he continued, "not really. In fact, I've been sleeping unusually well for the past few nights—all of the dreams that I can remember were peaceful ones, set at home in the Gerudo Desert." As the Zora waitress glided by, stopping to deposit their breakfast, Erzet leaned over and took a slice of toasted bread in hand, his gaze shifting between Sariri and Raven. "Have either of you been having weird dreams, then?" he asked.
Hydra of Ages
Sariri muttered as she pulled a rather large chunk of ham onto her plate, digging in in a rather unladylike fashion. The greasy meat did the trick and cheered her up, as she smiled at the strong flavor. The good part, she reflected, of being a Rito was that you could eat practically whatever you wanted. Rito bodies didn't hold onto much fat or nutrients harmful to most other species, so she didn't need to worry about becoming too heavy for her wings or deteriorating her muscles. "Weird dreams? Ha." she muttered, though less irritably than before. She noted she was jumping fairly quickly between annoyed and perky this morning. She didn't really care. "I barely got a wink of sleep. Bad dreams. No clue what they're about, though, I forget them before I wake up. I thought that the Sunken Skull temple might be to blame. Maybe it knows we're heading for it." she shrugged. "Though if it didn't affect you, that's one hypothesis out the window." She quickly took a boiled egg, and as if to assure anyone watching that Rito had no common kinship with Cuccos, dug into it with vigor.
Shadow Zero
"Ugh, Sariri...you should be a little less sloppy with your table manners!" Raven exclaimed as Sariri grabbed a huge ham and immediately duck into it with indecent fervor. "I have to admit though, you hve the right idea......I CALL THE STEAK AND EGGS!" Raven suddenly yelled as he grabbed the whole platter and started shoveling in the steak and scrambled eggs with almost as much indecent fervor as Sariri was with her ham. Waiting until there were only a few bites of ham left and Sariri had reached for a cuckoo egg, he snatched what was left pf the ham from her hand and took a huge bite of what remained and said "Stop hogging all of the ham!" and then pushed the other half of the steak and eggs platter into the center of the table before grabbing some toast and juice. Upon hearing Sariris response though, he nodded his head and said "I highly doubt that this has anything to do with the Sunken Skull Dungeon, which is clear on the other side of Lake Hylia. I am more inclined to believe that it is the Dream Dungeon located in the mountains on Lake Hylias western border that is the culprit. at any rate, I am hopeful that Skull Kid, Deralen, and myself will have completed our mission before nightfall, so you should be able to get a good nights sleep this time around." Once he was finished responding to Sariri, he immediately started digging into the ham again before she had a chance to try and snatch it back, savoring its strong flavor and enjoying it as thoroughly as though he had not had one for months, which truth be told he hadn't. leoluiz
After some time waiting for Raven, he rose up and went into the hotel looking for Raven. He entered the hotel and asked a zora where he was. The zora took him to where Raven, Erzet and Sariri were eating. He walked up to them and looked at Raven. "I said that I was going to wait you outside." he said angrily. "You are eating, why don't you call me." he turned to Erzet. "Good morning Erzet." encapturer
Once again it seemed like Deralen was the last to wake up. Currently, he was standing in front of the inn where everyone was staying. He figured he could meet up with them, and maybe get something to eat as well. He particularly wanted some rocks; he hadn't had any tasty ones since leaving Death mountain. He'd probably have to scour to find those, which he didn't have any patience for. Still, he *was* hungry, as evidenced by a noticeable grumbling coming from his belly. He recalled that there would be food for him, if he'd go back inside. Before he re-entered, he noticed music from a familiar flute. "Uhwaa?" He turned to the left and saw Skull Kid playing his flute, sitting on his wolfos outside the other entrance to the inn. "Hey, Skull Kid!" Deralen waved him down, but before he could reach him, he went back inside. Deralen followed him inside, and saw that everyone else was there, eating breakfast. He wasn't surprised at seeing Sairi and Erzet with Raven, since they were all to work together, after all. All the chairs at the table looked flimsy, frustrating Deralen. For now, he got himself a cup of milk and sat down on the floor near the table the others were sitting at. Raven was just finishing talking about getting a good night's rest after the mission, which seemed like a good time to enter the conversation. "I dunno, if we need to sleep in there, not sure if I'll be tired enough to rest afterwards," he said, greeting everyone at the table by nodding at them." Shadow Zero
"Oh, hey Deralen." Raven said when Deralen had walked in before looking down at where Skull Kid was and said "Well I trusted that you would come back in here soon enough, it's not as though I intentionally left you out of it. I actually had an important question to ask Sariri and Erzet and figured that I should accept their invitation to dine together. It's only polite, right?" Before Skull Kid had a chance to answer, Raven waved down one of the Zoran waitresses that were moving around the dining area of the hotel and said "Another platter if you please? Make it twice as big as this one...actually, three times as large. Same order, triple portions. Oh, and please see if you have any edible rocks here, Deralen is looking quite hungry." After he had finished placing his order, He turned and noticed that Sariri was glaring at him. Momentarily surprised, Raven said "Whaaat?" In a slightly off put fashion while wondering why Sariri was so irritated at him.
encapturer
"You sell ROCKS here?! Well, I mean, GOOD ones?" Deralen exclaimed out loud at the Zora waitress before she could respond. She replied that they have a small collection for any Goron travellers that may be heading out this way. Since they spoil extremely slowly, they had no problem keeping them around for a long time. "Okay, I'll take some!" he continued, obviously ecstatic he could have some normal food for a change. He turned back to the table as Raven and Sariri were involved in some sort of staring contest. He didn't say anything, he just took a swig of milk while he watched the two of them.
