Masquerade made his way through the soldier that got in his way, he then stooped the moment he felt him. The shadow's aura grew stronger for an instant then returned to its normal state. The masked knight then made his way through the knights in his way but one managed to block his rapier's strike. A young soldier that Ryden had worked with earlier this same year, he had talent and was very loyal, his name, Fl'rain Kelmm. Masquerade took a second to look at the soldier and then sighed softly. "This is no place for you, go home to your family child."

The Soldier attacked with anger but the masked knight blocked his attack. "For my country, my people, and my Lords! I will kill you!" The young boy attacked once more this time Masquerade knocked his attack out of the way but hesitated to kill him, he just took a step back and looked at Fl'rain as he kicked his sword back at him. "If you want to fight for what you believe in... and are willing to kill anyone that stands in your way then by all means take your sword and fight to kill."

Ryden; if anyone could see his true expression at that point they would have known instantly that the last thing he wanted Fl'rain to do was take his sword. "...But if not just lay here on the ground and I shall asure you that you will not die here like a dog of war." Fl'rain took up his weapon and attacked but it was too late in a flash of flame the soldier's blood flew into the air. "Then... For my people... I will protect their hope..." Tears filled the masked knights eyes as he rushed over to Josep's side and aided him.

Panik watched from the cliff, listening to every cry and explosion that racked their camps. 'Callous humans, I should have anticipated something so juvenile, but not matter, this game will continue to play in our favour' he thought as he heard every cry and sound. The Flamecannon was useless in a one man operation, it required several dragons to turn and elevate it, and they were all at the camp. 'The Blood Prince and his lackies, I wonder, if he will step in?' he wondered.

Daena didn't turn to Jazeth. She preferred to think about surviving the battlefield, rather than the many ways she hated his guts. Even then, she respected how strong he was, and his actions have protected the country, although his motives were not as pure.

"They may be getting desperate...." She kind of wished Panik was here, so he would be the one to deal with Jazeth. "I'm going on ahead," she added as she began to run ahead. If she was going to be any use in this battle, she would need to find someone to assist. Someone besides Jazeth, that is, since truthfully, he didn't need anyone's help. "Josep... you need to die....." she muttered under her breath, sad that she'll have to kill a dragon to protect the dragons.

"Damn...where the hell could he be?" Josep kept running along the pathway, any soldier too near him was given a swift attack from his Katana, and those who attacked him where impaled by his Jian, He felt Daena's presence very near him, and he hoped he wouldn't have to fight her before he fought Jazeth, though in all honest truth he didn't want to fight Jazeth at all.

Jazeth watched as Daena left, he smiled knowing he was despised even by his own allies, to him it meant nothing other than that person feared him in some way, he looked across to his left and saw another soldier, attempting to actually fight him, he simply grabbed him by the head and unleashed a blast with that hand. I'll let Daena play a little first...but then I have to see how my Little brother is doing."
