Kōsuke Ueki
WTF!? 10 years of me knowing about MK and they finally decide to make a 3rd movie? Sorry, I can't give a link due to having a Wii. If somebody can give a link to the trailer, that would be great. I'm very sorry!
ragnarok1945
last one was all the way back in 1997, I think Personally I felt it wrapped it up quite good for a live action film in terms of storyline
EliminateHRN
Isn't it supposed to make out like the second movie never existed? Is there any actors confirmed? Anyway, I haven't watched the first two movies, but I'm a die-hard fan of MK. I'll check them out on this movie website I have bookmarked.

PANDORUM™
I've seen the first 2, effects wern't bad, hopefuly because it is now 2010 the effects will be better.
Wizarus
I've seen the first 2' date=' effects wern't bad, hopefuly because it is now 2010 the effects will be better.[/quote'] The 1st movie was pretty decent considering it was made in the 90's. The second one was god-awful; all you could do was lol at the terrible acting and storyline. I don't have any expectations for the 3rd movie, but I will go and see it when it comes out. He was in a movie called "Death Race" I think? I forget. I'm pretty sure the original Liu Kang can still fight after 13 years.
ragnarok1945
You mean the recent Death Race film? He didn't look like the guy who played 14K
Kōsuke Ueki
He shaved his head bald. I don't know why. I realized it was him when I heard that special grunt that I heard before his character got blown up and I saw his face, too! It's highly possible that Robin Shou will be the only returning character for the movie that will end the franchise.
EliminateHRN
From what the official Mortal Kombat Wikia says, the film could simply erase Annihilation and be like the second movie. It also says Linden Ashby, who plays Johnny Cage in the first film, will reprise his role, along with Chris Casamassa, who plays Scorpion. But it comes from the Wikia, so...yeah. Kōsuke Ueki
The Wikia gives straight-forward, 100% true info about anything. And to think that Ashby and Casamassa would return after all these years. And I'm pretty sure the man that started Mortal Kombat, Ed Boon, will reprise his voice role as Scorpion from the first 2 movies. What about the guy who played Raiden in #2? And Lynn Red Williams, who played Jax? I could keep going, but I'll stick with the questions I have now and put more later.

Kōsuke Ueki
He was like in his 20s 13 years ago. He can still fight. Ashby and Casamassa are coming back, so why shouldn't Shou?
ragnarok1945
he was? I thought by the time of the first Mortal Kombat in 1995 he was like 30 already

ragnarok1945
ok I see I have just the regular avi files of both films, no commentaries
Kōsuke Ueki
Mine doesn't have commentary either.BTW, I found something of the sort that might be the solution of if whether or not Shou would return. Since I don't have a link yet, search in YouTube "Robin Shou Interview of Mortal Kombat: Devastation". It will be there.I also realized that Shou wore a bald cap in Death Race, so he still has that hair from 13 years ago.
Sorrow.
What characters will be in the movie? I am also a die hard MK fan. I don't seem how Johnny Cage can still be alive after Shao Kahn cracked his head and all of that..
Kōsuke Ueki
It's said that they're ignoring Annihilation and having the third one like a continuation in the story.Either that, or the third is a reboot of the second, just another name. EliminateHRN
I'm watching the first few minutes of the second one so far. Yeah, bad acting, great comedy. It's sucks so bad it's funny. But on the Mortal Kombat Wikia, there's seven possible storylines the film can have (some of them are from like 2004, though). I would give the link here, but I don't want a warning for advertisement.
