we're talking about medusa!

and killing immortals. I always thought that cutting the head off killed an immortal since the heart can't pump blood to the brain' date=' which it needs to function...

Their head will continue to live. Since immortals aren't real, we don't know how their body works.

I wouldn't mind if it were either.

On-the-topic-of-the-immortal-thingy: Everything has something that acts as a brain which it takes to function. They're not designed to have that removed and even if they do get it removed, they won't be able to adapt to it since they wouldn't be alive. Technically, you wouldn't be killing it since immortals can't die, so the body would just sit there, never aging or dying. But it would basically be like a corpse.

That, or, I might have a theory on how teh Verscilves will adapt.

The solution was made from many chemicals, which were left unsaid.

That said, the solution could very well easily alter the cell to have it remake another brain, so that if one were to be taken out, the cells could easily make another one. Call them Power Cells if you will...

However, this is just my view, as I'm looking about on how the Verscilves works.

[spoiler=Oh yeah, here is a pic on how a Verscilves looks]

However, this isn't what it looks entirely. Appearances with the Verscilves vary greatly, possibly DNA reliant.
