2. Card can be new, old, I dont care.

3. Must be 3+ stars... Or, if you're under that, send me a private message example of one of your cards.

4. No spamming asking for votes ;)

5. Card has to be an Effect monster, no Synchro/Ritual/Fusion/Spells/Traps.

6. Winner is person who has most votes by the end date.

7. IF the battle ends in a TIE, I must give HP Doom 1 rep and he must give me one.

When this card is in face-up Defense Position on your side of the field during your Main Phase 1, you and your opponent must destroy one or more monster on their side of the field. For each card that is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard by the effect of this card except the first one, all of your and your opponent's monsters in face-up Attack Position gain 1000 ATK and DEF. This effect cannot be activated more than 3 times.

When this card is Summoned, except by its own effect, remove it from play. if this this card was removed from play by its own effect, you can place it in your Extra Deck to negate the Special Summon of 1 LIGHT or DARK monster, and place it at the bottom of your opponents deck. If your opponent Summons a Synchro Monster while this card is in your Extra Deck, Special Summon this card and return all Synchro Monster on the field to their respective owners Extra Decks. You can pay halve of your Life Points to remove this card from play.

I vote HP Doom. Every freaking aspect of it is better, except maybe the grammar and OCG. But in this case it doesn't amtter. The only thing is, I fail to see how the *bleep* the name and pic fits with the effect =/

It's not unusual, it's unique. That sounds more positive xD Also, I didn't say your card was bad, it isn't, but HP Doom is just a class of his own here.

Both cards had some minor OCG errors but HP's effect is better (can't see his card (only the level and att. on yours) so don't know about level and ATK/DEF - balance)
