//Zeromaru//
Harvey chuckled under his breath, which turned into a cold piercing laughter. "You think that show scares me boy? I've stared into the bats eyes. Now thats something to be afraid of." Two-face slowly began to step across the gap between them. "All you are and all you ever will be... Harry, is a side note on my case file." Instead of continuing forwards he dived to teh right and the hall rang out with the sounds of bullets flying were Two-Face had stood less than a second ago. Two-Face rolled and pointed his pistols at his 'son' and pulled each trigger as fast as he could.
Shadow Zero
Harold easily dodged the shots, raising his arm and weaving in and out of the areas where the bullet shots were fired, easily staying ahead of the goons and anticipating where they would fire, although with Harvey it was a bit harder. "You can't get me to kick the bucket old man, I'm to fast for your tired old eyes!" As Harold finally manages to make his way over to an area that's sheltered well enough, he let loose a volley of shots aimed directly at Harvey. I would normally like to avoid this, but he apparently has no intention of holding back. I have no choice but to shoot to kill. "Trying yo kill your own son Harvey, for shame. Mother would be most disappointed in you."
fenrir
Meanwhile, Gotham South was having it's own... Troubles. The cops on patrol there were now nothing but bones and ripped apart limbs. The Joker thugs followed suit. After all, they honestly though they could tame, the Croc? Of course not. Joker of course, had known his thugs would simply get eaten and what not. Not that he cared of course. He just wanted to give Croc a head start in his little mess. It was all for fun, he said. Of course, after that joke about how good he would look as a pair of shoes, Croc wasn't all too happy to discuss things with The Joker. Killer Croc grimaced, his crocodillian scales itched slightly. With a lurch, Croc sat up from his 'chair' of large barrels and crates.  He was hungry again.

//Zeromaru//
Harvey jumped behind a tall statue of Anubis and stood up straight. He ejected the clips even thought they still had a couple in them and put in new ones. He took the time to stretch and crack his knuckles."You know the problem Harry?" He asked, "The problem is that you seem to think I care." Harvey's foot nudged against the rifle he had discarded earlier, carefully placing the pistols back into their holsters. He picked up the rifle and checked it."But you know what harry. I don't mind. I mean if I were in your shoes, I would believe that my father loved me aswell. And since I don't believe you'll give up your 'heroic' ways... well." He turned round the corner quickly and began to fire in Harolds direction. Shadow Zero
During the relative quiet that had ensued, Harold had also ejected the customized clips that he used for his arm cannon and opened up the air intake valves to re-pressurize the canisters that he used in place of gunpowder since it fired coin shaped rounds only a quarter the diameter of dimes instead of bullets. He put in a fresh clip in each of the six ports and closed the intake valves as he listened to Harvey talking. Satisfied that everything checked out, he took the grip and slid it back so that it would be more comfortable to use the arm cannon as a hand cannon and rotated the ports so that the clips were facing forward instead of backwards. He had just finished when Harvey had finished his little speech about not caring and started firing. Realizing that most of his hiding spot had been shot away, he rolled to a spot that was a little better for this type of fire fight and attached a cable that he pulled from his sight and attached to the now hand cannon so that he could see where he was aiming even if he wasn't facing the same direction. Turning the hand cannon around and aiming it over the table at Harvey, he started shooting at him again as he said "You know, it's funny. She once told me how you once went to the trouble to kidnap her and take her to your little 'hideaway' and couldn't bring yourself to harm her even though it became painfully apparent that the couldn't bring herself to stay by your side. Had it never occurred to you that it was not how you looked, but how you acted that caused her to distance herself from you?"
Encalade Shinamisu
Without avail, Batman slipped out quickly, and undetected. He wouldn't have expected to be detected considering that everyone's attention was--- "Batman, we just heard a report of sightings of Croc down towards South Gotham. Things are getting gruesome down there!" Batman pressed the hollow tip again to send his message, while he found his way up to the roof without use of the Grapnel.  "Get Azrael on that will you? I need to find where Joker is and fast, things are getting more hectic than I expected." Batman placed two fingers on the side of his left eye, focusing the built-in cowl binoculars onto what was going on.  He could see from only a few yards away, Joker's thugs were getting quite nasty on the cops. He couldn't just rush them on, they were all armed well. Batman pulled a control panel from his belt. Guiding the Batmobile, it got to the area fast. Time for the Big Glue. As the car rushed on forth, ready to take any missiles, the shell front popped off and two rather large looking cannons sprouted forth. Of course, anyone would think they were actually cannonballs that would come forth, but that wasn't the case. Out of the over-sized nozzles sprung a very heavy and fast expanding foam, which coated the street a bit to trap some thugs. They'd be able to do anything but move.  The caped crusader swung over to the next building fast, getting closer, and pulled out three pellets. Looking down over the side, he tried to observe any thugs still moving. Suddenly, Robin came in from the shadows. "You got anything Bats?" "It seems Croc might be involved in this. Go lower south and investigate. Azrael should be catching up with you shortly. Do not fight Croc. Just try to keep him contained for Azrael to take care of it." Robin fled off, getting his bike, and landing on it smoothly before racing off. His idea of keeping Croc contained was obviously partial to fighting...
Proto
Meanwhile Firefly was exploring the area, apparently the Joker was getting a little fun on his own, and who was Firefly not to join the party? He flew on his jetpack vibrantly, dodging large buildings and laughing with enthusiasm, he really had to find a way to do this more often, yeah he had to. While he flew to the spot that he had heard from the police that had chased him earlier, he toke a large smile, there was mayhem everywhere, he was almost tempted to jump off of the large building he had taken roost apon but then he caught a glint of a black cape rippling through the buildings across from him. Taking a large smile he activated his jetpack again and shoot into the air several feet, then in a burst of flame appeared beside the one and only Batman. "Hey Batty!" Firefly said with glee as he stopped his flames and drew his flamethrower, keeping his carefree behavior "So how's it been? you never call, you never write! I thought you almost forgotten about me for a while."
fenrir
The sounds of demonic laughter echoed throughout the mayor's office, and all inside shuddered at the thought of the culprit. Outside in the halls, bodies of officers and thugs lay spread about. Various bullet holes were located practically everywhere, and discarded tommy gun cartridges were found lying outside the mayor's door. The blood paved hallways were never rare. Inside, sitting in the mayor's rather large swivel chair, was none other than the Clown Prince of Crime himself. And as usual, he was laughing. In the corner, was a seemingly ordinary thug. No clown mask, short blond hair. He was bare-chested, with only a pair of orange trousers. Tally marks seem to cover his chest, and he seemed to be tinkering with some sort of knife.  The laughing stopped. Joker spun around in his swivel chair, a wide, blood red grin plastered on his face. The desk in front of him was ordinary, save for the tommy gun lying to the side and several playing cards scattered about. Oxygen tanks spray painted with green smiley faces were off to one corner.  "Zsasz old buddy-old chum, I believe the time has come!" He giggled. The sociopath known as Zsasz looked up.  "You mean... It's time to kill the Bat...?!" The man stepped forward, a rather unsettling grin on his face.  "What? Oh not yet. That would ruin all the fun! I mean, why spoil the grand finale? Instead we're going to give our friends a gift..."  Joker slid his pale hands into his purple coat, and pulled out a metallic item. The item seemed to have a glass case, showcasing a red button. Joker placed it in the middle of the desk and shot a smile at Zsasz.  "You want to do the honors?"  He didn't get a response. Zsasz was in his corner, muttering to himself.  "Oh fine! You were boring anyways..."  With that, the glass was shattered and the button smashed. The demonic laugh echoed once more throughout the building. --- What was that buzzing sound? It was rare for Croc to think to himself. He preferred to just do what he felt like doing. Right now, he felt like ripping off whatever was around his neck making that buzzing noise! Uncalled for, a sudden jolt ripped through Croc's body. Around his neck, that metallic collar buzzed with electricity, and Croc fell to his knees. It was raining now, he was in the back of an alley. The darkness was hiding him from others, and he could faintly hear the sound of cars. A puddle formed by his face.  Wait... What was that?  A green smiley face was plastered on the collar. This could only mean... "THAT BLASTED CLOWN!"  --- While Firefly was busy taunting Batman, a small blue light emitted from his jet pack. And... What do you know... Another green smiley face. --- Dent's coin vibrated. On the scarred side was nothing other than a green smiley. --- Oh is this night going to be fun... ((Super mega bump of doom.)) //Zeromaru//
Harvey and his men had goten out of the museum with only a couple of the priceless artifacts that they wanted. And one mummy. Harvey couldn't believe what had happened that evening. They had gotten through a heist without Batman or Robin stopping them, but ofr all intents and purposes that meant nothing. A new hero had arrived in town, a very disturbing new hero. He closed his eyes to think of what this meant, but no sooner had his lids shut then a buzzing was felt in his left breast pocket. It was subtle and Harvey didn't notice it at first, then he realised that his coin was moving. He pulled it out and looked it over. On one side was the obvious and crude symbol of a fellow villian, The Joker."Where were the police earlier?" He asked the driver."They were at City Hall I think." was his answer."Bring me up the number for the mayors office," The thug he had spoken to looked at him confused, "Don't just sit there you idiot do what I say." The man did and gave him the number on a scrap of paper from his pocket.Harveys hands shook violently, in one he held a cell phone, in the other his coin. He carefully placed the number onto the phone and steadied his hands. Without looking Harvey flipped the scarred silver dollar and his men looked intently at it. Flipping from silver to green and back. He looked at the coin and placed it gently into his pocket. With a renewed calm he pressed the call button. As the phone picked up he spoke roughly, "What do you want?"
fenrir
"Oh Harvey! We haven't spoken in so long! How's the wife? I'm sure she's dying to know the recipe for my laughing pie. She did enjoy that right?" Joker broke into a fit of laughs. He enjoyed tormenting Harvey about his wife. Oh what fun it was! It's usually even funner to talk about his son. What was his name again...? Harold, was it? Harvey's coin vibrated once more, as if something was going to happen.
//Zeromaru//
"It's funny you should mention that Joker." Harvey said through gritted teeth, "But lets just cut to the chase. What the hell did you do to my coin? AND WHEN THE HELL DID YOU DO IT?" He crashed his fist down onto the dash and he felt the buzzing again. The recent events had his blood pumping and the clown was not helping his situation. All of his men eyed him carefully, even the driver kept throwing a wary glance at his boss, not sure wether to keep driving or jump out of the van and forget the consiquences. Shadow Zero
Harold had noticed that Harvey Two-Face and his men had decided to stop fighting and get out with only a few of the things they had wanted to steal instead of sticking around. Getting up to cautiously follow them, he arrived at the door just in time to see Harveu Two-Face shaking in anger before flipping a coin that had obviously been tampered with. Walking back over to where the police bike was, which was miraculously unharmed due to the firefight, and mounted it, kicking into life and riding out of the front doors of the museum while musing at the decided lack of police vehicles. By this time, Harvey Two-Face and his crew were driving off in a van. Gunning the engine, he was able to catch up with the van and waved at Harvey through the window, his hand cannon in his backpack which he had started to modify as an impromptu holster for it and his ammo. Reaching into his jacket, he took out a coin with a magnet on it and a note attached to it with string, placing it on the side of the car before screaming back off towards the city hall where the joker was, hoping that some progress had been made in apprehending him and that the firefight was over. In the folded up note, he had written down five words in cramped, but neat writing that said "Something to remember me by." He had scratched one of the coins sides, marking it so that it was like Harvey Two-Faces coin which the Joker had obviously ruined. Like Harveys, it had two head, and no tails, hence the scratched side.
fenrir
"Harvey-baby, it's okay. Tell you what, I'll give you a nickel so you and your little friends can go and buy a piece of gum or two!" The laughing ensued. The coin had stopped vibrating finally, and as it did a beeping noise took it's place. High above Harvey, a military helicopter of unknown design flew in on it's target. Inside, Joker thugs. One of the thugs slid the side door opened and aimed with his sniper. This one had goggles on his face, as to assist him in his night time hunt. Shadow Zero
ooc: its HARVEY, not harley! *grumbles about random motorcycle references*Â Harold had only just started to speed off when he had noticed the military helicopter. at first he did not give it much consideration, but he decided to take a closer look anyway and took out his hand cannon, then switched his aiming sight over to night vision. He aimed the hand cannon up towards the helicopter and used his sight to get a closer look, and was surprised to find that there were several more of jokers thugs in the helicopter. "GODDAMIT, WHERE DOES HE KEEP GETTING THESE CRETINS!!!" Harold screams into the night. He couldn't help feeling enraged. he had downed almost a hundred of those idiots back at the city hall before heading off to confront his father. He knew that the reason why they were here had to do with something that either involved getting rid of him, or getting rid of his father. He did not know which it was, and while he had a hard time caring for his father do to the many misdeeds that he had committed, he did not wish to see him harmed. While steering with his left hand, he fired his hand cannon with his right hand and hit a few of the jokers thugs, then aimed and fired at the fuselage, puncturing it with holes and causing its fuel supply to start leaking out. fenrir
((I want to keep the copter intact for a while Chaos, so it would be nice and all if you didn't go all 'blowey uppy' on me. On a side note, I just noticed my spelling error that you pointed out. xD)) For a brief moment lightning flashed, revealing the copter. It was a modified MH-53J Pave Low. The modified part was the sliding door the henchmen seemed to use to peer down. It was a black, with a spray painted Joker smiley face at the front of the copter. The henchmen seemed to be in deep conversation, with the pilot ignoring them all. The sniper sighed and slid the door back as to close the entrance to the copter. Bang! The door to the helicopter was seemingly struck, but by what? A coin fell from the copter... "Hah, you just got lucky there Blindy." One of the henchmen started. Inside the copter was a poker table and sitting around it were several henchmen. The sniper took his seat next to one of them, placing his rifle down on the floor. "Sometimes I wonder what Joker's enemies are. I mean there's the Bat, but I want to know just what some of the rest are." This got Blindy -the sniper- a glare. "Don't even get me started..."
