I was negged by a guy called Dokoupil, whose reason was "poor judgement". When I tried PM'ing to see what it meant since I didn't know, it said he locked other people from doing that. I didn't know this guy at all.

As you can look, his and my opinions differ. But I'm pretty sure this isn't worth a neg. Is this something I can remove using the neg-rep thread thing? Also, can someone tell me where it is? I can't find it anywhere.

You could try PM'ing a Mod and ask them to delete it.

No, I guess it's not. But Reps mean nothing (I WANT MY GODDAMN NEGS BACK BTW, WHOEVER REMOVED THEM CAN GTFO D:<) so meh. You should definitely avoid giving 10/10's and not giving a valid comment rather than stating someone else's.
