You could use it for any synchro after you activate skill drain if thats what you mean. You can also still special summon him.

Yes, but just running any other random Level 4 Tuner would work better.

Agreed and in my opinion a lvl. 5 tuner is not that useful to summon a synchro outside of what you would already summon with him anyway.

No you can't. The rulings say that neither of his lines after the SS effect are actually treated as effects. You can still bust him out for a Synchro Summon, but not for very much.

Can anyone explain to me:

1) Why this is in TCG instead of Strategy

2) Why neither of the card names are in the title

 

OT: Synchro Drain seems weird, unless you're going for a lulzy SDD/AM Deck.

This is supposed to be in Stradegy. Also, it won't work as well.
