"How irritating..." Midori knew that it wouldn't be that simple, yet she sort of liked Striker and was a tad bit annoyed he was destroyed so easily. Nevertheless, she retained her calm and placed her two remaining cards on the field.

 

"I play a monster in Defense mode..." A face-down card appeared at her words, in the horizontal position.

 

"And then 1 card face-down. End Turn."

 

Before Ryoushi made his move, she had an idea.

 

"Okay then Ryoushi-san, if you win, I'll try to be a bit more light-hearted. Not that that's going to happen anyway."

Ryoushi heard these words and grinned, "So that's how this duel plans to play out, does it? Then I might just need to bust out the big guns after all! Draw!" he spoke as he drew his card. He had everything he needed to win and, with the promise that his opponent might just lighten up, he was filled with a vigor that he needed to win in this turn! He was gonna defeat her and get her to stay true to that promise of hers.

 

He placed a card on the field, "Though I hope you're not trying to underestimate me by setting such a clear and obvious trap! I activate the spell card Bait Doll! Now, I force you to use your trap card right now. If you can't, it's destroyed. If it's a spell, it's returned back to its original position. Either way, Bait Doll returns to my deck once all is said and done." As the card is played, a voodoo doll appears over Midori's face-down card. As it sat in position, it grabbed an equally colored pick sitting next to it, ready to stab the face-down card.

"I wasn't underestimating you. I just didn't want to have to end this duel quickly. I'll activate my face-down card, 'Survivor's Mecha - Defender A-1"."

 

The trap opened, and a giant robotic warrior, made of a composition close to bronze, appeared on Ryoushi's field.

 

"When this card is activated, my opponent, ergo you, gets a Defender Token. In exchange, I can Special Summon 1 'Deathbound' monster... whose level 5 or lower."

 

With that, Lidori took out her Deck and fliped through it, coming to a card she new would be a decent defense.

 

"I summon 'Deathbound Voyager'." Out of the ruined city arose a battered silver mech. He laid his eyes on Ryoushi as Midori continued,

 

"Thanks to his effect, I can add 1 Level 3 or lower monster to my hand. And I chose 'Deathbound Scouter', which I can Special Summon by his own effect."

 

A small little mech appeared, although it was looking down, as it was currently defending itself.

 

"Continue." She smiled. She wasn't going to let him win so easily.

"So that's your duel spirit....." Leo said when he saw Jaden's duels spirit......

"How scary....." Akyio said....... When they reached the center of the forest Leo summon his spirit.......

"Some help now..." Leo said to his spirit while he charged a huge jolt of energy to open a gate.....

"Follow me....." Leo said to Jaden......

Then Leo saw Aneus there...... "Will, any luck...." he said to him......

 

"Where are we goign Leo and whose that you have talked to?" asked Jaden as he called his spirit"Manticore come out"he screamed."This palce is starting to look creppy i hope this guy know where is he goign though if he is driving me into any trouble and want to full me he will has to pass through my spirit when it envolves to sec lvl hahahahahahah"Jaden thought as he lokked arounf following Leo

Then a voice echoed in that cave......... And Ousera's slaves entered..... "What a bad luck....." Akyio said....

Ryoushi was indifferent at the play. Besides, it helped him out quite a bit. He then prepared to summon something big, "Now, I tribute the Defender Token and Oyster Token to summon the Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth!" Both tokens evaporated into thin air and were replaced with a gigantic fish, easily appearing about one quarter of the size of the academy by itself. But Ryoushi wasn't done, oh, not by a long shot. He then discarded a card from his hand, "Now I discard the Unshaven Angler to activate its ability! Go, Summoning of the School!"

 

Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth emitted a low, but audible growl. As he did, three monsters appeared from behind him. Two Eels that appeared to have royal crowns on their heads and a flying fish appearing to have been casted in gold. "I can summon as many fish from my deck to the field as I'm able! So comes out a pair of Royal Swamp Eel and Golden Flying Fish in Attack Mode!" They were all displayed to have 1700 ATK, except the Coelacanth at a whopping 2800 ATK.

 

Ryoushi addressed his opponent, "You can't treat the game like it's inconvenient. It's no fun that way. But regardless, I hope this next attack breaks you from that way of thinking! Because both of my Royal Swamp Eel are tuners, I can synchro summon twice! Starting with Royal Swamp Eel and Abyssal Kingshark! Level 8 tuning!" Royal Swamp Eel and the Abyssal Kingshark swim around each other. The Eel opens up the tuning wave, which appears different than normal as it appears blue rather than green and the waves look more like fins, "Royal Swamp Eel is a very picky tuner. He only permits fellow fish-types to tune together with him." Then Abyssal Kingshark swims within and splits into eight stars in total.

 

"Deity of the depths, awaken! Bless your subjects with your power and wisdom! Synchro Summon! Emerge, Divine Aquatic Emperor - Poseidon!" The gigantic shadow of a being that had been hovering above the academy then began to lower. It was barely twice as large as the Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth and appeared as a great whale made almost entirely out of water. He then held his hand in the air, "Now for the second synchro summoning! Royal Swamp Eel and Golden Flying Fish, Level 8 Tuning! Stars of the night sky, assemble! Allow the sailors to find salvation in your guidance! Synchro Summon! Set sail, Stardust Dragon!" Ryoushi exclaimed as the famed white dragon descended onto the battlefield alongside Ryoushi's Coelacanth. Ryoushi crossed his arms, "Now's the finishing blow! Prepare yourself! Stardust Dragon, attack Deathbound Voyager! Shooting Sonic!"

 

 

The death machine was no match for the almighty Stardust Dragon, but at the moment, it was the weakest monster on his field. He still had two more, "I'm not done yet! Superancient Deepsea King Coelacanth, attack Deathbound Scouter! Submission Sonar!"

 

 

Midori had no monsters left, no way to defend herself against the oncoming attack. This was the end, "Now then, Divine Aquatic Emperor - Poseidon, attack Midori directly! Atlantean Judgment!"

 

 

The duel had ended almost as fast as it had started. In only two turns, Ryoushi had managed to completely overwhelm Midori in both field advantage and life point advantage. He hadn't wanted to end things so soon, but after hearing Midori make the promise she did, he couldn't help himself! He had to make sure he won so that Midori would try to think of dueling as a fun experience rather than work, "Now remember your promise, right? You gotta lighten up a little, okay?"

"Your precious judgement will have to wait mon capitain." A skeletal, gold plated creature had appeared in front of her. It had blocked the ATK and was miraculously still standing. Something clicked in Midori as the attack was fended off.

 

"Hmmm... I'm going to have to take this seriously, otherwise it'll be done before my question is answered..."

 

In realtime, the attack finished itself as Midori continued,

 

"This little guy is my very handy 'Deathbound Speeder'. It can be Special Summoned from my Deck when there are no monsters on my field during a turn that one of my other 'Deathbound' monsters are destroyed."

 

It stared at him as she continued,

 

"If that is all, I'll take my turn if you please."

"What's this are we goign to fight because i have waited this moment for a long time"said Jaden as he activated his dueldisk "Manticore get out and be ready to strike go black mega blast"he said as his spirit appeared and start charging a black blast with weird green symbols on it as the one in manticore's hand"Don't shoot yet we must wait unitll Leo is ready"Jaden warned his spirit which was ready to fire.

"Ummm, you go alone..... I'm not ready to make more enemies...... I have enough already....." Leo answered Jaden......

(But Leo-- No, let's see if he's strong enough..... You just attack at the end..... We can't deal with them if you got overloaded...... Ok....) Leo and his spirit thought.......

Then the slaves attacked them.......

(Leo what if they attack us..... Then we hope that down there is the Heart Kingdom.....) Leo and his spirit thought as they looked down at the endless bottom.....

ooc: i am so sick of waiting for JC Baller to get back on and post. i was going to give his character a chance to respond, but I have had it!

 

Hogosha deactivates his duel disk and walks off of the dueling platform. As he does so, he is suddenly overcome with a feeling of powerful evil nearby. The source of it was not to strong, by how he sensed it, but what disturbed him was the enormity of the numbers in which he encountered it. Not hesitating for a single instant, Hogosha immediately charges out of the assembly hall and towards the forest. Seeing the enemies that were arrayed in such great number, He pulled Desert Warrior Zero from his deck. As long as I don't get hit...i'll be fine. He thinks to himself as the cards starts to glow in his hand. However, instead of the monster appearing in front of the others, Hogosha took on the appearance and abilities of the monster in a flash of light and a storm of swirling sand. Jumping over the heads of the other two students that were present, He blasted away at the mindless slaves, felling several of them before landing. Now in close reach of the slaves, He unsheathed his Energy sword and struck out at the slaves and felling at least two of them with each blow.

When Akyio saw Hogosho and his strength he appeared next to Leo and whispered to his ear "I think he can help defeating the dragons..." but Leo didn't answer him.......

"You're the one who was dueling in the academy...... Did you lose???" Leo asked with ego.....

"We can't use more enemies...." Akyio whispered in Leo's ear..... "Don't worry..... You think you can handle them?? Yes.... Erase them.... All..." then Akyio attacked the rest of the slaves...... He fired balls of glowing dark fire at them destroying them one by one..... His balls were getting stronger and stronger every time he destroyed one of them....... After he destroyed them all he said "Not bad, huh??"

Jaden was disspointed "You want to have fun only for yourselfs damn ok let's go now and kill that pathetik dragon ha? are you in?" JADEN ASKED AND skmirked as he called his spirit attack out since there was no slave left"Master are you sure we can take this dragon out?"manticore whispered Jaden

Jaden laughed and answered"Since i am hold the key to your evolution i am sure we will now let's teach this dragon that no1 will destory this world"

"Heh, pathetic.... They'll all die....." Leo whispered to himself in a weird accent....

"So where is the dragon genius...." Leo said to Jaden "Face is you don't know..... Then how do want to him 'down'??" he continued.....

Then he turned to Hogosho "You're.... Ho-gosho, right??" he asked him "You didn't answer me did you lose??" he continued.....

"Leo we can't fight more enemies......" Akyio whispered to Leo but Leo didn't answer......

[Shadow Zero]

Hogosha simply sttod there at first, standing completely still while he mentally scanned the area for furhter enemies. Finding that there were none, he powered down and sealed the powers of Zero's first form into the card again, mommentarily disappearing in a swirling flash of bright white light as the armor went back into the card. "It is not wise to anger someone you have only just met." Hogoshsa said before throwing the card behind him without even turning around. the card flies past Leos cheek, grazing it just deeply enough to leave a cut and draw blood from it. He then turns around and flexes his hand backwards, causing the card to fly back to his hand as it was still attached to him by an invisible thread of energy. Moving his hand forward and deftly catching the card, he faces Leo and says "You can tell you duel spirit to stop fretting. If I was an enemy, I would have atacked you instead. As for my name and the results of my duel, it is Hogosha, and I won, of course. The power of my deck is not one to be defeated so easily." As he finished, Zero appeared to his right side and a little behind him saying "You shouldn't act so ruthlessly, they only asked a simple question." Hogosha frowns at Zero's admonishment and thinks that he should indeed apologize for his actions, just not right at that moment, as there were more important things that needed to be tended to. "So where is this dragon that we need to destroy anyway?" He asks as he puts the card he had used to transform back in the deck that he still had in his deactivated duel disk.

"A. I'm not afraid of you.... Or of your little pathetic cards..... I have enemies that will freak you out if you knew there powers......

B. I'm not going to fight the dragon.....

Oh and by the way..... I don't care about your name......." Leo answered Hogosha rudely with ego ignoring all of the actions he did....

Then Akyio appeared of the left of Leo and he seemed anger..... "You think I'm weak to be afraid of you...... How pathetic...." he said to Hogosha...... Then Leo pointed at Aneus and said "If you want to find the dragons then he's your guide....." then he left and headed to Light Edge......

Suddenly, Zero Strikes out at Akyio, landing a blow to his left cheek with his right fist wreathed in energy, knocking Akyio more then ten feet behind Leo from where Zero was standing. Before anyone has a chance to react or say anything, Zero disappears and hovers invisibly next to Leo as he continues following Aneus, now a considerable walking distance away and not know or caring what had taken place just then.

IC: Xander's deck was complete. Well, definitely more than before. However, this time, he made a second deck. A new deck with a completely different target, or maneuver. He left his room, with his Duel Spirit behind him. He looked more confident, and definitely, definitely more powerful. He felt a very powerful presence arising...powerful indeed. With his right hand, he clutched his heart and knew where this power's core was; the Forest. He decided to, obviously, begin making his way there. He knew that something definitely wasn't normal, so he decided to activate his Duel Disk, in the case anything unusual would happen. Again, he was making his way there, and would make it there in a dozen minutes, or so.

 

As he made it there, he noticed a few presences inside the forest. Probably not too too deep, but definitely not right at the front. He entered the forest, and noticed Jaden and another student altogether. He ran right past them, completely ignoring them. As he ran further, quite a bit further, he noticed Hogosha, but he seemed a lot more like one of his Reploid cards. "What's going on?" His voice much clearer and confident than before, following Hogosha.

[Shadow Zero]

Hogosha heard Xanders voice and turned to look at him. He had decided that he would do well to be using the powers of one of his cards, just to be on the safe side. This time, he had elected to use Dark Lord Zero instead, since he expected that if he was going to be jumped by more Ousera slaves, that they would be more powerful and harder to defeat, which meant that he needed a stronger attack as well as a decidedly stronger defense. What he had not expected was to have anyone following him in. Although he would normally have explained the situation, and even accepted a challenge if one was issued to him, he had neither the time nor wherewithal to do so right at that current point and time. "Do yourself a favor and leave, you'll only get in the way." Is all that Hogosha had said before turning around and continuing to follow Aneus. By now the dragon was quite close, and it was definitely more powerful then he had expected. Still, he had made further modifications to his deck, so he was confident that he would be able to hold his own and win without there being to much risk involved, although he made sure to add a few of his trump card in case things got messy.

When Hogosha reached the place where Ousera was setting in..... Then he flew ahead of Hogosha knocking him down then gone and disappeared between the clouds.......

"Don't keep hiding....." Leo said to Zero..... Then Akyio appeared from his back and captured him not allowing him to move..... "You made a very wrong choice coming here...." Akyio said to Zero when suddenly a dragon voice echoed from the sea......

"Seems like the time has come....." Leo said..... Then a huge wave from the sea hit the Port destroying nearly everything there......

"Go to your 'pathetic master' and tell him that if he wants to destroy a dragon this is his chance...." Leo said to Zero as he command Akyio to throw him to the forest...... "Have a bad day....." he continued......

[Shadow Zero]

Hogosha saw a sudden giant wave hit the ports...no, it was more like he felt it, more then anything. Running towards where he knew the disturbance to be, Hogosha activates his duel disk and activates the auto shuffle sequence.

 

At the same time, Zero was frozen in place by Akyio and berated for who knows what reason before being thrown over in Hogosha's direction. He could have easily overpowered Akyio, but felt it would be better if he let her pride remain intact. It would make it that much more satisfying to see it broken when the time came when the two of them would inevitably fight on the field of battle.

 

Hogosha reaches the port and sees the form of a giant sea serpent. So this is Ousera. Hogosha thinks to himself as he comes to a stop and stands with his feet just a little past shoulder length apart. While Hogosha observes the mighty sea dragon, Zero lands gracefully beside him and rises from the ground with his hand cannon and energy sword drawn and activated. The battle was about to begin.

Jaden follow Hogosha and he saw the rising of the dragon it was truly amazing he had see nothinglike this before"Ok Hogosha since Leo is a couard and left us alone why don't we fight together this dragon i believe that with our powers compined it will be a piece of cake" he said and he raised his head.

"Idiot...He doesn't know what he's getting himself into..." Xander muttered, and sounded quite impatient, all of a sudden. He noticed Hogosha leave without him, and Jaden run past him, probably to team up with Hogosha. One thing Xander was surprised at was how Hogosha turned into his own card. Xander himself agreed that if he could become any of his cards, it would definitely be either Ziz, Behemoth or Leviathan. Whatever happened, he was determined to find out a bit more. Also to probably see something he'll never see again. As established, Xander followed both Hogosha and Jaden to the scene, with quite the wind pushing him a bit. It seemed like the dragon itself was the embodiment of the ocean...but much more....vicious. Cautiously, he stepped a few feet behind Hogosha, allowing his Duel Spirit to appear. "Hogosha, I recommend allowing Jaden to help you. I don't doubt your skills as a duelist, I just expect that thing's strength to be quite overwhelming, if you were to even attempt to fight it, by yourself..." He looked upon the dragon, with less fear than he had expected. His own Duel Spirit was looking straight into Ousera's eyes, even more fearlessly than Xander. Softly, Xander tapped Arzeis' scales. "This isn't our fight..." Arzeis continued, anyways.
