Shinzuku
[align=center] 1 "Blackwing" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersOnce per turn, you can add 1 Level 4 or lower "Blackwing" monster from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can discard 1 monster from your hand to destroy 1 card on the field. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon it, its ATK is halved, and its effect is negated. This card cannot be Special Summoned. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand for 1 monster your opponent controls ATK 0 until the End Phase. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can add 1 "Blackwing" Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand. Alexis Rhodes
Effects are good did you draw the images ? 6/
ragnarok1945
if you drew the pics yourself, they're not crappy pics the OCG is solid for both of them effects are reasonable too, so I'll still give this 7.9/
Killey
The pics are poorly drawn as you warned us but I actually like the design concept for them and the background rendering isn't too bad. Could be better but it could also be much worse. lol I think the Synchro would be overpowered if it wasn't hard to Synchro Summon in a pure Blackwing deck. Basically, you are looking at Gale (or your own tuner) and Fane to Synchro for this guy. I guess you could always RFG Vayu and any Level 4 Blackwing for it. It has respectable enough stats and with Q'altat in hand it can atk over a lot of things. The deck tutoring and then destruction effect is a bit much as it thins your deck by 1 and supplies the discard cost for the destruction effect. I would add this clause after the destruction effect "This card cannot declare an attack during the turn you activate this effect." or "You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect." either one of those would balance it out. Being a Level 5 and SS itself after being destroyed in battle it could potentially be used to Synchro Summon for a Level 8 monster afterwards. The OCG on the 2nd card is incorrect. It should be something like this: Once per turn, you can discard 1 card from your hand to decrease the ATK of 1 monster your opponent controls to 0 until the End Phase. When this card is destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard, you can add 1 "Blackwing" Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand. There are no Spell Cards that support Blackwings that actually have Blackwing in its name so the 2nd effect will never trigger at this rate. Your going to have to reword that 2nd sentence to something more applicable. Although it can't be Special Summoned I don't think Blackwings needs a card that can reduce the ATK to 0 when Gale already halves the ATK permanently. Just something about this card that lacks creativity for the theme.
