Basically if you have 1 Dark Magician, 1 Dark Magician Girl, 1 Dark Magician of Chaos on your side of the field, when you activate this card you can draw 3 cards. Better than Pot of Greed (I know its banned, just saying) but it requires you to have a Dark Magician(s) to be useful. A strictly Dark Magician support card.

Not exactly, if you fill your Monster Card Zones with 3 Dark Magicians and 2 Dark Magician Girls, when you activate this card you can draw 5 cards. But that is an unlikely situation, but its to point out the potential of this card. Most likely you will only have a couple of Dark Magicians at best on the field in any given situation, might really only have 1, in which case, this card doesn't help you out as much, becomes less Pot of Greed and more Jar of Greed. As for the cost, its basically having to have a specific Monster on the field to be useful. Sure you can activate the card without a DM on the field, but it will get you nothing.

 

Thanks for the rate, usually I come up with an effect first then use the right pic to match. But in this case the effect is based on the pic this time. Of course I modded the pic to show DMGirl holding a YGO card instead of a letter, it helps make better sense.
