Koganei then appeared nearby and started to watch the fight prepared to get involved if the need should arise "Hey Karek I am here if you need my help!" he said wondering if Karek would ask for his help or be able to do this on his own since Karek was a captain that had not even released his Shikai yet which would mean that Karek may have underestimated his opponent.

Raizen felt the spiritual pressure nearby. He slid the door of his office open and sighed

"Arrancar..."

He started walking down the wooden walkway.

I don't think I'll have to fight if Karek can take care of it...

He sighed again

"But you can never be too safe..."

Raizen looked at the fight from afar. He knew that there would surely be more captains on their way here, he also knew that this Arrancar couldn't take 2 captains on at once.

Karek watched the Arrancar, still awaiting for his next move. He saw him disappear and then heard him appear in front of him. Karek was about to get ready to defend when the Arrancar disappeared once more. When he saw Gaidoku continue to disappear, he knew that he was not going to get anywhere by just slashing randomly. Karek closed his eyes and employed the training his zanpakutou spirit had given him. He listened for the faintest sound, for anything that would tell him where Gaidoku would be next. When he finally heard the sound he was looking for, which was of a sword moving quickly through the air, he quickly raised his own blade and tilted it as he leaned his body backwards. This blocked the slash and incase it did break through his block, his face was now out of the way. He lifted his left hand and pointed it into Gaidoku's sword arm. "Hado 6: Byakurai." Karek whispered. From his finger shot a small beam of bluish white electricity. The beam shot through Gaidoku's arm, paralyzing it and causing him to not be able to hold his blade anymore. Karek then jumped back, awaiting his next move. "Are all of you Arrancar at this same level of strength?" Karek asked, a smirk forming on his face.

" HAHAAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAAHAHA! Did you think a little hole in my arm is gonna effect me?" Gaidoku then tossed his sword up in the air and caught it with his other hand. " I don't have a "sword hand". And now I see that I can't hold back at the least. I didn't think I was gonna have to release my zanpaktou. But now I have no choice. Your obvisously not some push over. *Sigh* this should be over soon. Poison their minds, Dokuyaku!" Gaidoku said. There was a flash of light, and now Gaidoku was bigger, his skin was now like armor, and he had holes all over his body. He also had a demonic head, with two eye holes so he can see. " Waddya think of Dokuyaku?" Gaidoku asked. Poison gas started shooting out of all the holes. He lifted his sword, and the poison gas followed it. " You see, I can control where the poison gas goes with my sword. I can do lot's of things with it. Check this out!" Gaidoku screamed as he slashed his sword. A wave of poison gas then shot at Karek. Karek could tell that the wave had mass to it, and it wouldn't just pass through him.

"Interesting. So this is your true power?" Karek said as he stared at Gaidoku's release form. He then flash stepped and skidded across the ground when he saw that the wave of poison was heading towards him. "Ah...I hate getting serious, but it looks like I'll die if any of that reaches me." Karek mumbled. "Resound, Hibiki Kaichou." Karek whispered. As soon as he said this, his sword glowed and the color of the blade changed to a dark blue while the blade edge was black. The blade itself cracked and then split down the middle, growing two separate blades 7 inches apart from one another, making it resemble a tuning fork. The blade then grew holes along it, the holes 3 inches apart from one another. Karek tapped his blade onto the ground three times and then pointed it to the wave of poison gas heading to him. "Do." he said as a shockwave of sound reverberated out from the middle of the tuning fork. The sound shockwave blasted into the poison wave, separating it down the middle. This then allowed Karek to flash step through the gap made and move into the air above Gaidoku. "Take this. Bakudo 61: Six Rods Prison of Light" Karek said as he pointed his finger down at Gaidoku. Six rods of light slammed right into Gaidoku's midsection, pinning him and paralyzing his body if this did hit him. Karek then slashed down as he whispered "Re." A large wave of sound was blasted down onto the paralyzed Gaidoku, slamming all over his body and bursting his ear drums if it was to hit him.

After being hit by Karek's attack, Gaidoku crashed into the ground. Because his whole body was armor, he didn't take much damage. He stood up and smiled. " Now were talking!" he said as he started slashing tons of waves of poison all over. Aside from the poison waves, he was shooting Cero's, and also blasts of poison, making it extremely hard to dodge. " C'mon Captain! Is this all you got!"

OOC: I don't wanna feel like all of my moves are hitting like one hit kills or what not, but you know that you can dodge if you're able to right?

 

IC: Karek quickly flash stepped down onto the ground and tapped the tip of his blade onto the ground once landing. He tapped it about 5 times now, making it a total of 6 counters on his blade since he had used up 2 of the other counters. He rushed forward towards Gaidoku, raising his blade over his head for a downwards slice. "Hibiki Heki." he whispered as he neared. When he said this, a loud boom was heard and then as the ceros and poison gas hit Karek's body, they all passed through. Karek had quickly moved himself using the sound energy from his zanpakutou, and in his place had left a sound clone of sorts to replace him. When the ceros and poison hit the sound clone, it activated it, causing it to explode. The explosion created a powerful shockwave that reverberated across the area, smashing into Gaidoku at close range. This shockwave emitted a powerful high pitched sound, enough to rupture Gaidoku's ear drums if they had not already been ruptured from Karek's previous attack. Karek appeared some feet behind Gaidoku, pointing his blade to him. He remained far so that he would not be hit by the poison. "Surrender Arrancar. I have not even entered Bankai yet and I have gotten you onto your knees. Also, your ear drums are now ruptured. You can no longer move at the speed you had showed me before." Karek said. Karek knew that even if he did continue the fight, his balance and speed would be off since his ear drums, which allows one to hear and keep their balance, had been ruptured.

IC: "Surrender you say? Ha! I still have one last move!" Gaidoku laughed. Poison started shooting out of all of the holes, and then spiraled around him, creating a ball of poison. " Now, feel my wrath!" Gaidoku screamed as all the poison gas ball exploded, sending a powerful wave of poison out in all directions. Karek was so close and the blast was so fast it him, sending him flying through a nearby building. Gaidoku then stood up. He then charged a Cero, and shot it at the rubble where Karek landed. " Goodbye shinigami!" Gaidoku said as he fired the Cero.

OOC: Alright. This will be my last post for today. I have to get off. I will reply later tomorrow.

 

IC: "What?" Karek said in shock as he saw the poison ball form on Gaidoku. "What is he doing?" Karek asked himself as he watched. When the poison gas exploded out towards him, he quickly moved his left hand over his face to form his hollow mask at the last minute. He knew that he shouldn't be using it here, but he had to or he would die. And anyway, he would be blocked from view by the explosion, so no one would know. He was hit by the explosion, but the effects of it were minimal since he had summoned his mask. "Ugh." he said as he tried to sit up in the pile of rubble. When he saw the cero flying in his direction, he quickly said "Bakudo 39: Enkosen". As soon as he said that, a spinning shield of reiatsu formed in front of him at the last minute to block the cero, directing it into another building. He stood up, bruised a little as his mask faded away from his face. Better not let anyone see it. He flash stepped out of the rubble and appeared in the air, staring down at Gaidoku. "Looks like you are stronger than I thought." he said as he then held both hands onto his zanpakutou's hilt, taking a Kendo Stance. His opponent was strong, and he now knew this. He better not take him anymore lightly than he already had been.

" I don't know how you survived, but your annoying me!" Gaidoku said. He then used Sonido and with his huge fist, punched Karek, sending him flying into yet another building. " Now, where's that other shinigami I sense. Ah! There!" Gaidoku said as he shot a Cero at the spot Koganei was hiding.

At first glance it would seem that Koganei was caught off guard but because he was about to help the other captain a moment ago he was on full guard and fully prepared for the arrancar's attack "Burn to Ashes, Then Ignite Once More!" yelled Koganei which changed his sealed zanpakto Kogonei into its shikai state then he used Fire Wave "Kaji-Nami!" he yelled swinging Kogonei and releasing a wave of fire from the blade which run into the cero and then exploded on contact effectively nullifying the cero.

Personality:Very nice and layed back. A mix between Yourouchi and Urahara. When it comes to battle he becomes very serious and focused. Makes a lot of jokes.

Zanpaktou: Shikai - Tsumetai Shuuryou (Icy End) -

A short sword that manipulates Water and Ice.

Techniques: Shattered Execution: Stabs his opponent and turns all their body fluids to ice. Eventually freezes their entire body causing them to shatter to tiny pieces.

Hydroplosion: Manipulates water inside opponents body causing all the blood to rush to the brain, killing them instantly.

Bankai - Kuroraka Tsumetai Shuuryou (Blackness Icy End) -

A dagger made of ice that replaces itself when thrown. Can extend into a larger sword that can also turn to water at will. So can be used to decieve opponents while attacking.

Techniques: Thousand Dagger Release:Throws a thousand daggers at opponent within 3 seconds. Can also control 10 daggers at a time, one for each finger.

Cold Darkness:Every time an opponent is cut, a part of their vision is lost, eventually causing them to go blind.

Eye for an Eye: Both opponent and Takeshi become blind. But all Takeshi's other senses are greatly enhanced.

Mask: Has a ressurecion. His mask has no time limit but his ressurecion does. 30 seconds. He can choose to extend it, but after this point, it drains his life energy. He can only extend an extra 15 seconds before dying. His ressurecion is much like Grimmjow's, but has a longer tail and wings.

Bio: Grew up in a very strict enviroment being of a noble family. He got sick of it and left. He trained a lot and went back to the Shihouin Mansion. From there he ran into a portal to earth. He lived on earth for 5 years where he was trained by Urahara and Yourouchi. He eventually got Hollow powers after convincing Urahara to give them to him. For 2 years he trained with the Vaizard. He returned to Seireitei to help quell a rebellion that had been started. He stayed there and became a Shinigami. After the death of Soifon, he became the 2nd squad captain and Secret Mobile Corps Commander. He quickly gained much respect as a Captain and was promoted to the Zero Squad or Royal Guard. From there he began to lose control of his hollow powers and eventually attacked his friends. He was said to be killed but was actually hiding on earth learning to control his new form. After he had gained control over it he returned to Seireitei to help them quell yet another rebellion. He now resides in Rukongai as a Substitute Shinigami to be called on whenever necessary.

IC: Gaidoku stood there in the sky. " You seem pretty strong, Captain." Gaidoku said. " But let's see if you can handle this!" he laughed as all the poison started spiraling around him again like before, forming a ball. But this time instead of shooting it out into a powerful wave, it flew straight at Koganei with tremendous speed. The strength of the ball and Gaidoku would badly injure Koganei if he was hit.

"I do not have time to deal with you so I guess I will release my Bankai and maybe tell you something interesting my Bankai is the only one that needs an incantation," said Koganei as he prepared to use his bankai "Let Your Flames Consume Me! Bankai!" as Kogonei's Flames started to consume him then revealing a now flaming armor that appeared out of nowhere. "Bakuyaku-Nami!" he yelled so he could use his Explosive Wave attack as he swung Kogonei it released a powerful wave Koganei calls Explosive Wave it hits the poison and pushes it back a bit then explodes.

Gaidoku fell to the ground, creating a crater. There was blood everywhere, and he was half-dead. He struggled to get to his feet, but collapsed at every attempt. " Lord...Kukikia....please....forgive....me" Gaidoku managed to say as he disintegrated. The battle was over, Gaidoku was dead. Captain Zeth then arrived. " Woah! What happened here!?" he asked looking around at the craters, ruins of buildings, and Karek who was badly injured.

Captain Osia walked up to them and chuckled

"That seemed to be pretty easy..."

Raizen then looked around

"It's a good thing that he was the only one...I wasn't in the mood for a fight anyway.."

Takeshi awoke from a 3 week coma (from going 3 seconds over his ressurecion limit) and sensed many great reiatsu's in the distance. He felt one was very hollow like.

 

He got up about to flash step to the area to take a look when he felt one of the shinigami reiatsu's dwindling and the hollow reiatsu completely gone.

 

"I wonder what that was about..."

 

Still interested in what had just happened he quickly made his way to the scene.

 

He got there to find a half dead shinigami on Captain Zeth's shoulder.

 

"What happened here?"

Raizen chuckled a bit more

"Isn't it obvious? The Arrancar didn't stand a chance..."

After a while he became serious again

"But I'm sure that wasn't going to be the only Arrancar that will come at us..."

"That Kukikia... We were fools to think it was over when Aizen was killed.."

 

Takeshi turned to Zeth.

"You should take him to the 4th Squad barracks before he loses more blood."

 

Turns to Raizen.

"To think that Hollows have become this powerful... Moreover the fact that it wasn't even an Espada.."

"Well now that is settled I am off!" replied Koganei with Kogonei already back in its sealed state. He began to walk away then stopped and turned to the guy who just got here "I would leave now if I were you because if you stay your mine!" threatened Koganei with deadly intent meaning every last word of it then he turned and continued to walk away.
