In this topic, random members somehow know exactly how much each moderator does despite most work being anonymous, a moderator's goodness is directly proportional to his or her trigger-happiness, Realistic Cards will collapse if we don't have an OCG Posse available to ban anyone who forgets to capitalize "Graveyard", and YCM would have more control over the card game than Konami itself if YCM would just ban anyone who posts anything anywhere because a moderator feels like it.

That last one seems like a good policy. Let's test it out. Goodbye, Dark Mousy. So, do we control Konami yet?

The mods who I hardly see on the site are:

J-Max He said he couldn't see images on his PSP or whatever and he made a joke about him being a CC mod so he is leaving for now or so what I've heard for now.' date=' JesusofChaos [b']He was at the top of his "career you could call it then he became unactive rom what I know. [/b], snipeZz I forget who he is. , SushiTheLegend He's active. , TotalObelisk Ummm yeah he isn't actve anymore., Tyrantking10 He doesn't have a hard job just locking threads. , XxShadiusxX From what Rinne has said from the RP Sticky Application Thread Shady's internet crashed or something..

I don't know if they've retired or something, but I never see them anywhere.

The rest of the mods are chill.

We don't need new mods the Mod Team is fine as it is.

Wrong. Not Dark Mousy. Half the mods you named are right. And do some research next time.

Judging by the fact that Dark Mousy was not long banned and you are supposively a new member who decides to post in the thread he was banned him, non-directly commenting on what happened- I was right to assume what I did. And I still believe I am. Right, because I can research IP's without Mod CP access, right? ^__^;;

Then half the mods I named are also wrong, because you don't know what you're talking about, clearly. Care to clarify the other two instead of sitting there making vague comments?

I like you.

In 5 hours, I will be giving you a + Rep.

You still have to attract some really good computer programmers too.

The ones that are spontaneous and pull the gun without warning.

Sorry' date=' but I'm afraid if we don't do that then Smogon will take over Duel Masters before we do.

SURPRISE UNWARNED GUNSHOT TO THE FACE

I'm the double account for Mousy. Kobold GTFO.

They say talking to yourself is a sign of SHUT UP CRAB DON'T MAKE THAT JOKE IT'S TOO OBVIOUS AND UNFUNNY.

This was a spare account I had when I lost my password.

Then I guess you don't need it anymore.

Crab Helmet' date=' don't do things without knowing the context.

I have all the context I need. Smogon and YCM are fighting for control of the Mons industry, and Smogon has already taken over Pokemon. If our mods aren't able to ban you quickly enough, we'll never be able to conquer Digimon.

That's a shame, because in 5 seconds I will be giving you a + Ban. Program your way out of that one.

Crab Helmet last line made me LMAO so bad, I'm definitely putting that in my sig.

On Topic; No matter how many times we suggest that they get rid of the mods who don't do their job, and find new ones who will, they wont do it. FP and YCMaker are the only ones with the power all other mods can only demote themselves like Umbra, or suggest that a change be made.

I agree with this thread' date=' most of the Mods ban people for no reason even though they do what the banned person does all the time. I support.

[/quote']

Fine... Lets clear the air.

Examples please.

Rag wasnt Banned for "Flooding". And at his own request, I chose not to disclose the reason. You still won't get it.

As for adding onto an argument, Ive no recollection of that. Mods usually have the decency to wait till the end of such an act.

If anyone is going to become a mod, it should be someone who has been here for a very long time. And no that would not be me, I joined May 2009, anyway like I was saying only someone who has gotten to know a lot of members, has respect from them members of YCM, and has been here for a long time has a chance of being a mod.

Most members like that are gone anymore...

Really, from back then, there is Icy and I. I'm from 07, Icy barely missed it.

The rest of the mods are either older, or respectable, at least, I think so.

How long you've been on YCM isn't exactly the most critical factor in determining whether you become a moderator or not. I became a moderator after only a month.

However, I believe we need a new team of mods because the current team is guilty of Vague Problem. I cannot provide any specific examples of Vague Problem, except perhaps mentioning Anecdote Very Loosely Related To Vague Problem, but I assure you that this proliferation of Vague Problem will ultimately cause Random Generic Bad Outcome.
