Once per turn by removing from play 1 "BloodLust" monster from your hand, field, or Graveyard you may select one of the following effects (This effect can be activated on either players turn).

1. Increase the ATK of this card equal to the ATK or DEF monster you removed from play until the End Phase.

2. Destroy 1 card on the field.

3. This card cannot be destroyed until your End Phase.

4. Special Summon 1 "BloodLuster" monster from your deck or hand.

5. Choose the amount of card in your graveyard or removed from play pile and senf them back to your deck and pay x100 Life Points for every monster you sent to your deck.

You can pick 1 card on your oppenents side of the field or hand and place it in your hand or field or for every card your oppenent has on the feild or hand(you choose) you can decrease his Life Points x200 for each card and increase your by the same number. During your stand by phase you must tribute 1 monster, discard a card from your hand, remove a monster in your graveyard from play, and pay 1000 Life POints. If you don not this card is destoryed

how is it now?

Effect: Flip: When this card is destroyed by battle special summon 3 "Civilion Tokens"(Dark/1/ATK 0/DEF 0/Fiend) to your or your oppenents side of the field. If it is special summoned to your oppenents side of the field it gains this effect:

This card cannot be tributed

If it is summoned to your side of field it is treated as a normal type monster

I see an OCG error in Blood Hound (I'm not sure on how to fix it).

 

Lord Redsel:

Once per turn if you control a BloodLust monster (excluding this card) you can halve the attack of 1 card on the field and then increase the ATK of this card by the amount that was halved.

 

Queen Sakit:

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, your opponent loses 500 Life Points during each players' Standby Phase. If "BloodLust King Sinne" is on your side of the field this card gains 1000 ATK points and cannot be destroyed (damage calculation is applied normally).

 

King Sinne:

I suggest instead of 40+ cards, 15 and an ATK of 2500.

 

God Ghor:

This card gains 100 ATK for each "BloodLust" monster on the field or in the Graveyard.

Once per turn by removing from play 1 "BloodLust" monster from your hand, field, or Graveyard you may select one of the following effects (This effect can be activated on either players turn).

1. Increase the ATK of this card equal to the ATK or DEF monster you removed from play until the End Phase.

2. Destroy 1 card on the field.

3. This card cannot be destroyed until your End Phase.

4. Special Summon 1 "BloodLuster" monster from your deck or hand.

 

I would remove number 5 (way OP) and a capped ATK of 2800.

 

I really like this idea and I'd like to see more.

 

As of now without fixes, 7.5/10.
