SebastiaanZ
This is a story I started on janime as well and I eventually shared it for one chapter with another member there. It is basically the main characters of my story "The Dark Duellist Saga", but then in the world of Capsule Monsters. Chapter 1 “Trapped! Explore the Capsule!” Kamon returned from his trip to Japan and he is at the company of McFlinn again. Graem is still head of security. Sara is still his best friend and Lean has become a good friend of him. He is sitting in a luxiourous lounge and Kamon is thinking about his last trip. He thought it was weird that his grandpa suddenly disappeared. Graem comes by and asks whether there is something on his mind. Kamon says his grandpa has vanished and he hasn’t heard from him since he arrived in Egypt in the ancient pyramids of Gazeeb. Graem says he’ll check whether there are any messages coming from Egypt. Sara, Lean, Dragen and Jen arrive at the McFlinn company, meeting up with Kamon who tells them about the fact his grandpa vanished. Sara says she knew Kamon`s grandfather very well, she is attracted to that as well, so she’ll help Kamon where she can. Kamon says he knows. Then one of the guards come in telling Kamon the Lab A2 is waiting for them. Kamon agrees and tells his friends that McFlinn & Co is working on a new game, called Capsule Monsters. It is not really a new game, but more an advanced version of an earlier excisting game. His friends agree to go with him to check out the new game. They arrive at Lab A2 and there a virtual board has been set up, with strange looking things on it and a laptop on both sides of the playing board. The main scientist say those weird looking things are the capsules which hide the monsters inside. The virtual playing field, means to open the war. Normally you have to buy capsules, but for this demonstration and last test, they get capsules from the lab. Kamon and Dragen go sit around the table and they get each five capsules. Kamon may go first as he summons two capsules onto the field. He does not reveal them yet. The main scientist, called prof. Clainbane, says in order to play the game, they must reveal their monsters hidden inside the capsules. Kamon takes away the top of the first capsule, revealing a Celtic Guardian. Dragen moves three capsules onto the board and reveals all of them, a Knight of the Twin Swords, a Baby Dragon and a Silent Magician lv. 1. He sees on the screen of the laptop, that his Knight of the Twin Swords has a special ability called Twin Swords Strike. He can reveal every monster inside a capsule with it. So he reveals the hidden monster of Kamon, called Silent Swordsman lv. 1. Silent Swordsman and Silent Magician face of in a direct battle and Silent Magician goes down as first. Clainsbane tells the opponents that a war is over when all monsters of one side are taken out or when one of the players forfeit. Kamon sends his Celtic Guardian after Baby Dragon, but Baby Dragon has the advantage of being able to get into the air. Baby Dragon attacks, but Silent Swordsman intercepts the attack, being destroyed instead. Due to the intensity of the attack and the sacrifise Silent Swordsman made, a new opportunity has arisen for Kamon, to utilise the power of the field to change Celtic Guardian into Golden Guardian. Golden Guardian faces of against Knight of the Twin Swords, but Dragen moves in a new capsule, revealing his Total Defence Shogun, defending his Knight. Kamon sends a new capsule in play, revealing Illusion Magician. Baby Dragon goes up into the air again, trying to destroy Illusion Magician, however Kamon activates Illusion Magician`s special ability, Magic Entrapment Ring, keeping Baby Dragon from the air and Illusion Magician can destroy it. Now only Knight of the Twin Swords and Total Defence Shogun are standing, but Dragen has another trick upon his sleeve, sending in a new monster, Flame-Swordsman, destroying Golden Guardian. Dragen has his four last capsules on the field. Kamon has Illusion Magician on the field and Silent Swordsman and Golden Guardian are destroyed. However Kamon sends in a new one, his Winged Sage Falcos. Falcos destroys Flame-Swordsman and Knight of the Twin Swords in one attack. Dragen has two more left, Total Defence Shogun and Baby Dragon. Dragen says he’ll activate the power of Total Defence Shogun, Total Defence Barrier. It keeps Winged Sage Falcos from attacking Total Defence Shogun and Baby Dragon is free now to attack Illusion Magician. However Illusion Magician still has Baby Dragon placed under the spell of him and attacks Baby Dragon destroying it. Dragen says he still has Total Defence Shogun for his protection. Kamon says he does not completely agree, go Winged Sage Falcos! Winged Sage Falcos has now so much battle experience that he is granted a new ability, ability lockdown, locking down the Total Defence Barrier of Total Defence Shogun. Kamon has won the war. Prof. Clainsbane says this is just a start. A war can go on as long as one player can send his capsules inside the arena. Mostly in the new rulebook of Capsule Monsters, it says before the match starts, a deal is made to decide how many capsules are allowed to use. In an all-out match, all capsules are allowed. Then Graem enters, telling Kamon they have found a signal coming from Egypt, from the pyramids of Gazeeb. Kamon asks what. Graem says he has the assistant of mr. McFlinn on the line, who wishes to speak to Kamon now. Kamon takes the phone and asks the assistant what news he has. The assistant, Brian Gloomwood, says he is the assistant of mr. McFlinn, the grandfather of Kamon. He was researching the pyramids when he heard a scream. By the time he arrived at the place of where mr. McFlinn was supposed to be, mr. McFlinn had disappeared. He doesn’t know why but something in the pyramid might have something to do with it. Kamon tells him to stay there, he is coming to Egypt to sort it all out. He tells Graem to ready Flinnair 1. Graem agrees and calls Longario Airport. Lean says he is not going alone, he will go with him. Sara says she is in. Dragen tells him it is not even a question. Jen says she can’t stay behind, she is in as well. Graem says he wanted to go to Egypt always so he is in. They go by limousine to Longario Airport and are guarded by three Hummers. Once at the airport they get in Flinnair 1, taking of heading to Egypt. Inside the plane, Lean is snoring loudly and Jen asks him to be quiet, since she wants to sleep as well. Kamon just looks out the window, thinking where his grandpa may be. He left on a trip to Egypt to research something about a game the world recently rediscovered. He thinks it might be Capsule Monsters, but why have the Pyramids of Gazeeb anything to do with Capsule Monsters? Sara asks him whether anything is the matter? Kamon says he was just thinking about his grandpa. He knows what his grandpa was doing, has something to do with Capsule Monsters, otherwise he wouldn’t have told Kamon he was going to research something on it. Sara and Dragen tells him grandpa will be alright and Graem says a Hummer will be waiting at Egyp Airport to transport them to the Pyramids. Kamon says let`s go. Later, they are transported through the Hummer to the pyramids, where they look for the assistant of mr. McFlinn. The assistant comes up, walking from a small pyramid. He says he found the place of where mr. McFlinn disappeared in that small pyramid. They follow him, being on their guard. When Jen rests to drink some water, she disappears through a trapdoor. When they ask whether she is ok, they don’t hear anything. Kamon asks Brian where Jen has gone too. Brian watches a map on his PDA saying, the trapdoor leads to the destination where they are heading. Kamon decides to go to their destination. However, a traphole appears under Dragen, letting him disappear through a hole in the ground. Brian says all trapholes and doors lead to their destination. So let`s go. They arrive in front of a giant lookalike map. On the other side a door is there, but no-one arrives yet. Lean wants to go to the other side, but then disappears as soon as he touches the map. Kamon says they must go after Lean. Brian says he will warn Jen and Dragen where to go when they arrive here. Kamon and Graem agree, while Sara does not really trust Brian. They follow the way Lean went and all disappear. Everything goes black before their eyes. When Kamon wakes up, he finds himself in a forest. He asks himself where he is and what the heck he is wearing. He wears a strange looking device and wears a belt with holders for something. He asks what he must do with it. He hears a sound and turns around, seeing a big Praying Mantis hovering above him. He can just duck, before he is hit and hits a strange looking stone. It glows and when Praying Mantis is about to attack again, something blocks him. It`s a Celtic-Guardian………
SebastiaanZ
And chapter 2 as well. Chapter 2 “First steps in a new world! Defend yourself!” Watching the Celtic Guardian defend him from the Praying Mantis, Kamon makes a punching movement to the chest of Praying Mantis. Celtic Guardian does exactly the same, but then with his sword, killing the Praying Mantis. Kamon asks where the Celtic Guardian came from, but the Celtic Guardian just nods into the forest. Kamon asks whether there are coming more. Celtic Guardian nods. Kamon prepares himself and then suddenly two Flying Kamikari appear. Celtic Guardian dodges two attacks and strikes himself. The Flying Kamikari press him onto the ground and Celtic Guardian and Kamon are very hurt. Kamon sees that when a monster gets hurt, you are hurt as well. So he strikes the Flying Kamikari himself. However he is thrown back and he tries to get Celtic Guardian to run, but Flying Kamikari are blocking his path. He is thrown against another egg-like stone and a Kuriboh appears from it. Kamon thinks if it is a capsule-monsters game, he should be able to activate the special ability of Kuriboh. A flock of Kuriboh protect him and Celtic Guardian so they can leave. Kuriboh transforms into a small metallike object as Kamon recognises it as a capsule from capsule-monsters. Celtic Guardian does so as well and Kamon thinks he is unproctected as he hides for the Flying Kamikari. He asks himself where the others are. Graem wakes up, finding himself in a cave together with Sara and Lean. He too, sees the strange device on his arm and the belt with holes for something. Sara and Lean carry one too. Graem asks himself what they must do now. Graem says they must find Kamon and then figure out where they are and then find the grandpa and not hope that Jen and Dragen will enter this world as well in order to save the grandpa. They go out of the cave, finding themselves in a big cavous hall with diamonds. Graem asks what this is. From the roof a Stealth-Bird appears, diving and getting Lean. Lean is taken into the air and Graem and Sara follow them. On the ground they are attacked by five Axe-Raider`s. Graem dives in order to save Sara and he hits a egg-like stone, which gives entrance to Thunder Kid. Thunder Kid successfully drives them of and then changes back into a capsule. Graem recognises it as well as the capsule-monsters boardgame. He now wonders how to get it back. Then from the bushes three Skull-Knight #2`s appears, attacking Graem and Sara. Still wondering how to summon his Thunder Kid again, he just defends by using the device on his arm. This one activates and a slide opens. Graem thinks he should try it by putting in a capsule. He does so and shouts: “Load Capsule! Go Thunder Kid!”. Thunder Kid appears again and defends them from the Skull-Knight`s. However Thunder Kid gets hurt and tired. Sara can just dodge an attack from a Skull-Knight and she hits an egg-like stone as well, revealing a Mary the Fallen One. It destroys the Skull-Knight`s. Calling Mary the Fallen One back and Graem calls Thunder Kid back, they continue the search for Kamon. Back at the pyramid…… Jen wakes up finding herself in a big space with a lot of walls. She asks where the heck she is. She remembered falling through a trapdoor. She looks around seeing some kind of a maze and wonders whether she has to get out of the maze in order to find her friends. She walks through the maze, noticing some statues everywhere. They look like Opopis-Snake`s. When she walks past one, she hears some sounds behind her. She turns around, but sees nothing. She goes on and finds a dead end, when she turns around, a wall turns up and closes her in. On the wall, she finds a text, which tells her to decipher the text and solve the riddle. The riddle goes as following: Light and darkness, ruling over the land, Supreme one of the two will be. Together the three lights will be, And the creature of light will stand up You choose the darkness, you will face the light In an all out battle, so begin the fight And the clash will come, and one will be defeated. You choose darkness, or you choose light? Jen wonders what the riddle is, but she guesses that the two monsters the riddle is speaking of are Armytile the Chaos Phantom and Horaktio, Creator of Light, the two counterparts, leading monsters in the struggle of light and darkness. The wall falls away and in front of Jen there are three Opopis-Snake`s. She is scared asking whether they could just step aside in order to let her through. Like it is a miracle, they do so and Jen can enter the maze again. She finds a horde of Zombie-Warrior, but this time they attack, not counting on Jen who tells them to stop. The three Opopis-Snake`s attack the Zombie-Warrior`s and those are destroyed and Jen continue her search for the exit of the maze. In the meantime, somewhere in a blur of colours, a shadow appears. He says he has found a new victim to serve him. The victim has fallen into his trap. The shadow says Julius is back! He thinks now those four have entered the capsule-monsters world, nothing will stand in his way to total world domination. Dragen has woken up as well, and he finds himself inside the maze as well. He remembers he fell through a traphole and then he lost consciousness. He knows, because of his study of ancient Egyptians, that in a pyramid it is very complicated to get out again. He guesses he must find a way out of the maze and find out where the others went and go after them. Then he remembers Jen fell through a trapdoor, which makes two of them being in the pyramid. He must find Jen. He goes through the maze, but finds out that pieces of the floor are falling away. He can just jump aside as a piece of the ceiling goes down. Dragen thinks this maze is full of traps. So he rushes of to find Jen, but then suddenly a big piece of the floor falls away and Dragen is just able to grab the corner of the gab before he falls down as well. He gets up and finds a map. He sees it and it shows a big land. Dragen concludes it is not something on the earth, so it must be another dimension. He immidietly gets the goosebumps since he thinks of their last encounter with another dimension. Dragen goes on to find Jen. Back in the capsule-monsters world…… Lean is still been taken by the Stealth Bird as he tries to hit it, but to no avail. When they finally land, he gets caught into a whole nest of Stealth Bird`s. He falls down and gets into another nest of Kyurama`s. He throws a stone down and hears whether it takes long before he reaches the ground and it does. So he jumps down, but this time there is no nest anymore, only a root with an egg-like stone on it. He tries to reach it in order to get some grib, but then the root breaks and he falls, getting grib on the stone, which glows and transforms into an Armed Dragon lv. 3. It flies him up, attacking the Stealth Bird again, which is destroyed. Lean thanks his new buddy and they set of to find the others. Graem and Sara are looking for Kamon through the forest, where he was as well. They are calling for Kamon as they find a cave. Sara says that Kamon might have taken shelter in order to withstand monsters he came past. They enter the cave, however not to find Kamon, but three Steel-Ogre`s. With Mary the Fallen One and Thunder Kid protecting them, they go on through the cave, finding an exit, which leads them to a sea. However the Steel-Ogre`s retreat. Graem says that`s weird. “Never mind. We are out of danger” says Sara. Graem watches the sea, which gets unstable and asks whether she is sure. Sara watches the sea as well and says she is not as sure anymore. A huge wave comes up and Red Sea-Snake appears from it. Graem calls out his Thunder Kid again and Sara her Mary the Fallen One and they attack simultaneously, but to no avail. Red Sea-Snake uses a tidal wave and they can just hide behind a rock. Graem sees another egg-like stone and tries to get there, but then Mary the Fallen One is attacked again. He tells Thunder Kid to protect Sara and Mary the Fallen One. Thunder Kid can’t do it alone, so Graem jumps in front as well. Then they hear a voice. “Load Capsule! Go, Kuriboh! Multiply!”
