here is my card, enjoy it:)

[spoiler=effect]1 Tuner + 1 non-Tuner Machine-Type monster

Once per turn, you can equip this card to a monster OR unequip it to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. While equipped to a monster by this effect, that monster ATK becomes 2000. The equipped monster cannot be destroyed by battle (Damage calculation is applied normally). At the end of the Damage Step when the equipped monster attacks, increase the ATK of the equipped monster by 100 x the Level of the attack target monster. When this card is removed from the field, the equipped monster is removed from play.

Once per turn, you can equip this card to a face-up "Ancient Gear" monster you control, OR unequip it and Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position. The equipped monster is unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards. (A monster can only be equipped with 1 Union monster at a time. If the equipped monster would be destroyed, destroy this card instead.)

Effect

This card cannot be Special Summoned. If a monster on your side of the field would be destroyed by battle, return this card to its owner's hand instead. Then, destroy 1 monster, except the one that battled the monster, and inflict 600 damage to your opponent. Once per turn, while this card is the only card on your side of the field, you can add 1 card from your graveyard to your hand, and discard 1 card.

This card gains 1000 ATK for each Spell card that was activated on the turn it was Summoned. If this cards ATK is 4000 or more, you cannot activate any Spell Cards during your Main Phase 1. Once per turn during your Main Phase 1, you can pay 1000 Life Points and discard 1 card from your hand to add any Continuous Spell Card from your Deck to your hand.

 

My thoughts: I'm not a big fan of doing things I've never done before. I guess its the thing about being human and getting aggitated at the things that may seem hard to you. Whatever the case I think that Continuous Spell Cards have been getting a bum rap lately so I wanted to base my card around that.

This card gains 100 ATK for each Gladiator Beast in your deck. When your opponent activated a Spell or Trap during your Battle Phase, you can send 1 card from your hand to the Graveyard to negate the effect and destroy the card.

My thoughts: I looked on Yugioh Wikia to check out Gladiator Beasts and learned that their most obvious weakness was the fact that during the Battle Phase is when their most vunerable. So I thought of ways to get rid of that weakness. I didn't want to make an invurnerable resistance thought which is why I added the attack effect and showing it when its drawn so your opponent can prepare and send the card to the graveyard before it's summoned. I also wanted to think outside the box when it came to its Summon Effect which is where the first effect comes in. By the way, before you say that it needs to be returned to the deck at the end of the Battle Phase I checked and saw that some of the Gladiator Beasts don't have this effect.
