This is my first time making cars so i dunno if they good..please rate..

 

(Neo-Spacian Ocean Hawk)

Neo-Spacian Air Hummingbird + Neo-Spacian Aqua Dolphin

This Card cannot be special summoned except by the effect of Neo-Contact Fusion. Increase this Cards Attack by 500 Points for every Card in your Opponents Hand. Once per Turn You may Select one Random Card from your Opponents Hand and Destroy It. Then you Gain 500 Life Points.

 

(Neo-Spacian Grand Flare)

Neo-Spacian Flare Scarab + Neo-Spacian Grand Mole.

This Card cannot be speacial summoned except by the effect of Neo-Contact Fusion. This Card Gains 400 Attack Points for every Spell or Trap Card on the Field. Once per Turn You may Select one Spell or Trap Card on the Field and Destroy it.

 

(Neo-Contact Fusion)

Send Fusion Material Monsters that are listed on a Neo-Spacian Fusion Monster Card from your hand or your side of the field to the Graveyard, and Special Summon the Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck. During the Turn when the Fusion Monster is Summoned, it cannot be targeted

by the Effects of Spell, Trap, or Monster cards.

 

(Neo-Spacian Twinkle Moss)

This card cannot be Special Summoned except with "NEX". This card's name is also treated as "Neo-Spacian Glow Moss". If this card battles, draw 1 card from your Deck. Both players check the card drawn by this effect, and according to what type that card is, this card gains the following effect: ● Monster: End the turn's Battle Phase. ● Spell: This card attacks your opponent directly. ● Trap: This monster is switched to Defense Position.

 

(Neo-Spacian Dark Light)

Neo-Spacian Dark Panther + Neo-Spacian Glow Moss.

This Card cannot be speacial summoned except by the effect of Neo-Contact Fusion. Once per turn, during your Battle Phase, Based on the card’s type, apply the proper effect ● Normal Monster: This Card may Switch To Defense Position. ● Effect Monster: This card can Negate the Effect Of the Effect Monster it Battles. ●Fusion Monster: This card can Attack Directly.

 

(E-N Shuffle)

Return 1 "Elemental Hero" monster you control to your Deck. Special Summon 1 "Neo-Spacian" monster from your Deck.

 

 

(Instant Neo Space)

Equip only to a monster that lists "Elemental Hero Neos" as a Fusion Material Monster. The equipped monster does not return to the Fusion Deck during the End Phase. When the equipped monster is removed from the field, Special Summon 1 "Elemental Hero Neos" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

 

(Neo-Signal)

Activate only when a monster you control is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard. Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Neo-Spacian" monster from your hand or Deck.

 

(Neo-Contact Out)

Return 1 "Neo-Spacian" Fusion Monster you control to the Fusion Deck. If all the Fusion Material Monsters listed on that Fusion Monster are in your Deck, you can Special Summon them.

 

(Neos Energy)

Equip only to a "Neo-Spacian" monster. The equipped monster gains 800 ATK. During each of your Standby Phases, the equipped monster loses 300 ATK.

OMG, i was justtalking with a friend about some of the new members here that have made bad cards, but this is not right, you have made awsome cards. Mind you the pictures are wierd, but the cards are great. congradulations. 10/10 lol
