What is it you're using it on? Good way for ATK increaase to stop your opponent when they think they'll destroy your monster, and to generate spell counters.

Hah, well, it can be compared to shrink. At times, this may better as it could deal more damage. But shrink might pull through if its a really big monster you can't take down. Either way, both are pretty horrid since Kalut and Honest piss all over it. In OCG however, Shrink is decent because shrinks effect applys AFTER the kalut or honest.

Well what if you have your weak monster with 2 stronger monsters against it. Shrink can only take care of 1 and then the other will be able to take your weak guy out. With rush, you have the possibility of stopping other attacks albiet you will probably do less dmg.
