Can you make cards/reword OCG/balance cards well in your opinion?: i would make card for sure, then my ocg is usually correct as i can see, about balancing, i dont know, i'm stuck with old yugioh cards so i could have different ideas of OPed/UPed, but i guess i can recognize broken cards or useless UPed ones

Do you have YVD: i do, dont know which version though

 

i know i'm not an expert member but i got a lot of spare time by now so i think i could help at whatever you'd need

Accepted, welcome to the team. Now anyone going to post a card?

Start with some normal monsters if possible, consider these "standards" for the levels:

1 - 400 ATK / 100 DEF

2 - 1200 ATK / 800 DEF

3 - 1500 ATK / 1100 DEF

4 - 1800 ATK / 1400 DEF*

5 - 2100 ATK / 1700 DEF

6 - 2400 ATK / 2100 DEF*

7 - 2700 ATK / 2500 DEF

8 - 3000 ATK / 2800 DEF

9+ - for now, no Normal Monsters at this level

 

* = no monster this level or below should ever have more ATK than this without a negative effect.

There's a reason why Goyo is limited. :p I honestly don't think any Level 6 monster should be able to reach 2800. Personally, I'd cap it at around 2600.

1) This doesn't include the TCG or OCG, so why mention those cards when referring to balance?

 

2) In this version, being a Synchro could be a noticeable downside, Goyo might be considered balanced anyway.

Crag Breaker Fiend

Fiend

A rock fiend with the ability to alter gravity around certain areas. It's strength is feared by even the most powerful warriors. Once this beast has a target within it's sights, it will not give up until it beats them or is beaten itself.

ATK: 1700

DEF: 1500

 

Bird of the Colorless Rainbow

WIND|Level 4

Winged Beast

This bird lives upon the top of a rainbow that has lost it's lush colours and has become a monument of pure depression. Even though it lives in such a habitat, the bird is said to have 16 different colors on it's feathers when it starts to fly.

ATK: 1600

DEF: 1600

This card can be chained only to the effect of a Trap Card. Destroy a Trap Card on the field.

 

Ravening Jar

Continuous Trap

When you would draw a card(s) by card's effect, you can draw 1 additional card. During each of your End Phases, discard 1 card, if you cannot, destroy this card.

Can you make cards/reword OCG/balance cards well in your opinion?: I make cards very well with the exception of finding pics. I have good OCG, but I think its a bit old. Generally speaking my cards are not OP or UP.

Purpleshopia seems slightly UP'd and Jar seems like it could lead to insane drawpower, possibly OTKs.

 

I'm going to deny Jar because I don't like abusable drawing, sorry. Purplephobia could be accepted, but you might want to make it more powerful.

 

All others so far are accepted, so is sephiran1.

mmm...it depends on which cards we'll make and if this could become too abusable imo, but maybe you're right. about purplephobia i thought of this:

 

This card can be chained only to the effect of a Trap Card. Destroy a Trap Card on the field, then, draw 1 card, if it is a Trap Card, discard it.

 

or:

 

This card can be chained only to the effect of a Trap Card. Destroy a Trap Card on the field. You can discard 1 Trap Card to add this card from your Graveyard to your hand.

 

i prefer the last one, but i'm not completely satisfied with it though...if someone has some ideas of possible changing, i'll be glad to hear them.

 

edit: about ravening jar, what if i make it a normal trap instead of a continuous trap?

Here's one of the cards of one of my sets, tell me if you think I should add the rest:

Devastated Realm

Field Spell

During a player's Standby Phase, send the top card of that player's Deck to the Graveyard. If the sent card is a "Devastated Realm" monster, Special Summon it to its owner's field and it is treated as if it were Special Summoned by the effect of a "Devastated Realm" monster.

Here's another 1 then

Multifaceted Organic Monstrousity

DARK Lv 8

Fiend / Effect

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by its own effect. You can Special Summon this card from your hand by sending 6 cards on either side of the field to the Graveayard. At least 3 of the sent cards must be monsters and at least 3 must be sent from your side of the field. In order to attack with this card, you must remove a card in both player's Graveyard from play. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can return this card to your hand. If this card returns to your hand, you can Special Summon it by paying 1000 Life Points and destroying 1 card on both sides of the field. "Multifaceted Organic Monstrosity" cannot attack more than 2 times in 1 turn.

2600 ATK/ 2000 DEF

I'm not sure if this is the correct format so please tell me.

The YCCG has died so many times that I've looked over it, figured out why and am solidly not going to let that happen again.

Also, I'm going to go convert these to YVD format that have been posted.

Keep things more simple for now. One, maybe two effects is plenty.

You also clearly haven't read the first post. This is your last warning. Third strike and you're out.
