A certain member negged me because he thought, and I quote, "[My] picture is really dumb." I've never seen or heard of this person in my life, so while this random act gave me my LMAO moment of the day, it also made me want to know whether this was an appropriate reason to neg rep someone.

Actually it wasn't if it was me I would report him because neg reps should only be if someone was to be a constant spammer or if someone was to collect them. You should report them thats nat a good reason.
