When all the comotion was over, Abigale gets up, she is covered in shadow stuff, She walks up the stairs of the bacement, "I can feal your Inermost desires!" The Shadow Queen says, through Abigale.

 

She opened the door to the basement and walked to the liveing room. Her familiy were siting there talking, a tendril forms a spike and impails the oldest bother in the head it sticking out the other end, The family reacts but not fast enugh all of her family exccept her father fall, he used magic to deflect the blow.

 

"Wha-Whats going on here?..... Abigale! What have you don-" Her father manages to get off, before being impailed in the neck with another spike.

 

Abigale colapsed with a horable laugh the Queen makeing her presence not known.

Leo Bell walks down a side street that eventually leads to Abigales place, a large and comfortable looking house that had thus far managed to avoid the attention of the Karmdarcer Empire. It's been a long time since I've seen her. I wonder what happened while I was away? Leo had 3 Important artifacts that had been given to him by his descendants and had served him well in his travels. A mantle that could change it's appearance, as well as size and shape, in accordance with the will of its user, a sword that had raised letters on each side of the hilt spelling out the word TRUTH, and 2 silver circlets that rested on his wrists and were inscribed with the grace.

Leo walked up the pathway that led to the front door and knocked on it. Surprisingly, there was no answer, and this caused Leo to worry as there had always been someone to answer the door and try sending him away if it wasn't Abigaile answering it herself. Something is wrong, very wrong. It's to quiet, and...there's a smell of death on the air! Normally Leo would have been calmer in a situation such as this, but there was someone who was very dear to him in that house, even if her whole family despised him.

Without a moments hesitation, he turned the doorknob and found it unlocked. Another thing that was out of place as the door was always locked at this time of day when the sun was setting. Stopping only long enough to close and lock the door behind him, he ran into the living room to see everyone sprawled on the floor and covered in pools of blood, His close friend Abigaile off to the side and just a little ways away from the basement door. "ABIGAILE!!!" Gripped with a panic stricken terror that seemed to almost stop his heartbeat he ran over to Abigaile and dropped on the floor beside her. "How could this have happened.....how??!" Suddenly Leo started emanating a golden glow. By now he knew what it meant and didn't waste a moments time as he loudly yelled "Shin Saifojio!" causing a circle with four weird blades looking exactly alike to appear above everyone, completely healing their woulds although it did nothing to replace the loss of blood. Reaching into one of his mantles inner pockets, he took out a vial that was filled with a dark red potion that would replenish a good portion of the blood loss that Abigaile had suffered and poured it into her mouth. Please, don't be dead...please.... he silently pleaded as the potion trickled down Abigailes throat and into her stomach.

While a great battle going on in Mltial, Leon slipped through the forest to a sidewall of Mitial. He waited a few seconds and then went through the wall.

 

He was in one of the interior corridors, there were a few soldiers. One by one the soldiers attacked him without bothering to protect themselves from the blows of the attacker. After a few minutes Leon had already defeated the few soldiers who were lying on the ground dead.

 

Walking through the walls, Leon went in the direction of troops Karmdarcer killing some enemy soldiers he found in rooms and corridors. Using your shield to protect himself and his sword to kill enemies.

Abigale opened her eyes to see the blood shead, as she lookd on in horor she turns to see her long lost childhood friend Leo, She imidiately flung her arms around him seeking his cofort.

 

"L-Leo" Abigale managed to get out, tears streeming from her eyes.

 

A black tentacle raises from no where and sharpens, "Should I kill him?" The Queen says, in Abigales mind.

"Well I guess he dies?"

 

 

"Nooo!" Abigale screems, out loud. then the Queen says as the Tentacle fades away.

"Ok... no need to screem?"

"W-What?" Leo was surprised that a suddenly shadow seemed to materialize and then disappear again. what he found even more disturbing was that the shadow seemed to emanate from Abigaile herself. "Abigaile..." Leo pushed Abigaile back just enough so that he could look into her face and was sad to see her so upset. Speaking quietly so as to not upset her further Leo says "Abigaile...what happened here?"

"Golem squad Nine, begin your advance! ROut the enemy here and chase them back to their base! Report what you find!" Zan Commanded as he looked over the Battlefield. The enemies troops were Routing in several places, except for the Royal Knights.

The reply came in a mechanical voice "By your word it is done" said the Mana-Powered Golem squad leader as the other Golems powered up and began to advance. The Golems were Zan's weakest Unit to be created, but even they could rout the now panicing enemy army. Once the nearby outpost was taken only the Capital and Mltiau, which was already under attack would remain.

"Soon I will lead the attack against the Royal City, and use the Colossus to eradicate the enemy morale with the destruction of the Royal Palace." Zan said to himself before returning to the other Army Commanders. Zan having been granted the title of Baron by the Emperor himself, was the highest ranking member here. As such he commanded the entire invading army which consisted of several Thousand troops and only a few hundred Mana-Powered Units. Zan took his seat and began "So this will be our plan for the attack on the Capital..."

DMG ran through town, into a run-down shack, after making a quick duck around a street corner. Several soldiers ran past, without noticing her. "Where did that wretch go?" she heard one of them ask. She clutched her fist close to her heart and held her breath, standing to the just behind the door. The soldiers ran off, and she exhaled. "Lost them, she said quietly, sinking down to the floor. She looked at the crest in her hand. "Was this little thing really worth it? Well, I have it, may as well use it. At some point," she said, slipping it into her pocket, sneaking out of the shack, and running down the street.

"I-I Dont know, Cant realy remember...." Abigale said.

 

"Heh so you like this one!" The Queen Says, In a mocking tone.

 

"Shut up!" Abigale says, in her head.

 

"Leo Weve been friends forever what happened to the nicname you had for me? Abby?" she says Pushing him out of the house. she walks over to her father and kicks his head she then precedes to take off the Anti mana drain generator, she walks out side and attached the Anti gernerator to Leo.

"Here, Lets go...... Is there a war your suposed to help in I wana join Please Introduce me."

"So is this plan acceptable?" Zan asked even though it was unecessary, as the Officers would follow his orders wether the plan was suicidal or not. His plan however involved minimal casualties to the living troops and his Golems would take the brunt of the attack. " Now you must leave the Archmage to me, it was him and the High Consul that drove me out of my home. I would like to talk to him personally before we send him to the Mythril Mines in the eastern provinces." Zan said which aroused a small chuckle from the group.

Now that the meeting had ended Zan walked back to the cliffside and watched s his Golems eradicated the Royal Knights as they slashed and stabbed futily at the Mechanical Units. "I expected more from the Monarchy, apparently without their advantage of Mana, they are powerless. And with my Manuafactured Mana Shards, I can power my Machines without the need for prisoners." Zan said to himself slightly amused as one Knight tried a jumping slash at a Golem's leg.

Leo was surprised that he was being shoved out of the house, but was slightly reassured when Abigaile rejoined him a few moments later. "I'm sorry, I was still very worried from what i saw when i walked in Abby, I hadn't had time to recompose myself before you came around." Leo bent down and gave Abigaile a kiss before meeting her gaze and giving her a loving smile. "Do you forgive?"

A robber had tried to steal from Chase's house one day, although he was caught and placed in a torture chamber for the night although he was not tortured.

Chase began walking down the stairs, his black hair coming down to his nose only moving a little to reveal Chases sinister eyes.He had a wicked smile on his face. his high dollar shoes causing an echo with every step. When Chase reached the cell he opened the barred door. The thief ran out and tried to kick Chase but he punched the man in his stomach without much effort and the man flew back a few feet. when he hit the ground he was unconcious. "take him to that room please." As Chase said that two maids seemed to appear and carried the man away. Chase then chuckled sinisterly and began walking up the stairs.

(a few hours later)

The man woke up secured to a chair by cuffs. The man then began to struggle. "You chose the wring house to rob, you think your life has been torture well then your life ends as I show you hell." Chase then picked up his sword which surged with electricity. He then brought it down on the mans cuffs which shocked his whole body.

 

The rest of the night you could hear screams eminating from Chases house.

Abby's Heart ached from the kiss But a happy ache, She released from the kiss, her face red.

 

Abby looked away and repeted her question, "Take me to the leader of the resistance please...." She shyly asked, Still keeping ahold of his hand she noticed a Explosion in the distance.

"We need to go, I will try to keep your love with me, even though my parents are dead."

Leo didn't want Abigaile to be involved in the fighting, but he knew that there was nothing he could say to convince her otherwise. He only hoped that she would be safe, even though they were both about to walk right into the middle of a hellish battle field. "I do not know where the leader of the resistance is, but it looks like there's a fight over yonder that could use our attentions." Leo moves aside his mantle so that Abigaile is covered by it as well and manipulates it so that it circles around her, helping to hold her in place. Placing a hand on her waist Leo quietly says "Hold on." and suddenly leaps into the air, easily reaching the trees at the edge of her otherwise treeless yard and starts quickly running through the trees, using the branches as his footholds as he quickly sped towards the battle field.

Bio: An assassin raised by birth to work for Karmdarcer He was given the weapons as a way to help with his assassinations. However he never once wanted to kill his victims and if he did he would pray and leave flowers at the hands of the family of the victim. With the rebellion he hopes that he can finally leave this buisness.

Other skills: As the most powerful of assassins and one of the most powerful men known he is very skilled in the art of killing. He is a master in the art of swordsmanship and spear wielding. He also has limited skills in the art of magic. Specifically in lightning and healing magic. While not a skill he has what his trainers and peers calls Shiny Luck. He is able to escape any situation when the need arises and he always makes his kills even when he makes mistakes and gets noticed. For his day job he is a florist who uses this to spy on his targets.

All he was allowed to bring with him to Earth was his Sword which was given to him by one of the highest ranking ArchAngels and a Necklace which was given to him by the only angel to have believed his innocence, Araya. Abby Was shocked by the sudden movement, She looked at The explosion in the distance beyond the walls, She wondered if Leo could jump it.

 

"We need to talk after we gett done with the battle ok?" She said, hopeing that they could get over the wall.

"I want to hear what happened while you were gone."

"As you wish m'lady, but there's not a whole lot to tell. Truth be told I had met several members of the resistance, but none of them were powerful enough to help turn the tide of the war. "Leos face suddenly grew grim and sad all at once as he said "I am starting to think that we might not have a chance in this war...but I can't give up hope! None of us can, otherwise we'll all be enslaved forever, and that is no life." As he reached the walls of the fortress, Leo didn't even bother trying to jump over them, and instead ran up them. "A life like that is no life at all. To merely exist, to have nothing except making the same motions day in and day out while being dead inside, that type of existence....!" For the first time in his life, words failed Leo as he recalled some of the scenes that he had witnessed during his travels, scenes that he had hoped he would never be asked to recount. Reaching the top of the wall, Leo placed his foot on the top edge to see what he had feared, the enemy having slaughtered countless resistance soldiers with only a few of them left standing. Landing in front of the few soldiers left, Leo manipulates the cloak so that Abigaile is safely behind him and that she and the other soldiers are protected by his durable mantle. His eyes gaining a powerful look he lifts his right arm and yells "Ganreizu Zakeru!" summoning what seems to be a large shield surrounded by 8 smaller shields with the larger shield having a lightning bolt shape that extended over the edges of it. flicking his arm to the left, the spell starts firing off a quick succession of high voltage rapid fire shots in a gattling gun fashion as the smaller shields spin around the larger one at a very fast rate. Slowly moving his right arm from his left side to his right side, Leo strafes the enemies in a back and forth fashion, going first from left to right, then from right to left, then left to right again, taking down more and more enemy soldiers with each pass.

Race: Star Faery (Did I spell that right?)(Anaynowyn or something like that are their cousins) - A mixture between an Angel or Demon and a Fae. The Faery split their ties to other Faery a long while ago. Therefore, they are classiied by location. Star Faery presumingly are the descendents or reincarnations of stars, in mortal form. They gain very limited power, in terms of magic, but have highly advanced weapons blesed by the stars. Their weapons depend on their Father Constallation and/or Location of Birth.

Carved out of an ancient wood, the bow has the magical property of the stars. It was altered by the Faery to radiate energy similar to the stars. It was named "Shooting Star", which in Old, is Clemion. Clemion must recharge after used many times.

Halisgaraad and Pendelton: Artifacts used in the creation of magical weapons. You must pray to a specific star to make it work.

 

Bio: Long, long ago, there was a power called Selatin. It flowed ever wonderously between the stars, carving pictures of the future, making shapes of the past. No one knew where it came from, but it was there. Selatin, in its nature, will either bring good luck, or bad luck, depending on its mood. It was harvested by the stars, and used to create children of the stars, named the Fairy. The childran of the stars where mini stars themselves, but could move, talk, breath, die, and interact with others. But, as time went on, the Selatin has left them. It has flown into other beings, making other Faerys. Ray was specifically born of a Fae/Angel cross, the Selatin, and a star.

 

Ray's life has always been up in the stars. Considering Star Faerys are born of an area past the heavens themselves, he has really spent most of his life drifting to his destination. When a Star Faery finds purpose, no matter where they are, they are born.

 

Picture/ appearance description: Ray changes color depending on what time of day. In the morning, Ray appears very light skinned, with bright blond hair, sometimes described as bright white. Ray's eyes are a very bright blue. His clothing usually changes with him, so he wears a white jacket over a yellow shirt with light blue jeans. In the afternoon, his hair is a bright gold. Ray's eyes are gold, but much deeper than his hair. His skin has more color, as well. His clothing is usually a darker version of morning clothing.In the evening, Ray's hair becomes a dirty blondish tpe of color. His eyes are a light brown, and his skin is very tanned. His clothing, once more, is a darker version of his previous clothing. In the night, Ray's hair is brown, and his eyes are a deep, deep brown. His skin is bleach-white, and his clothing is jet-black. For the whole day, he is 6'3", and has colorful, transparent wings which appear as multi-colored glass.

OOC: Faery are a stretch due to the natures of angels demons and fae (here fae are all powerful elementals, angels are strong beings created from magic residue and reside in heaven, they are less than altruistic, they can grant other power but usually require a period of bondage, demon's origins are a secret but they come from a terrible land and often try trading powerful items for objects of sentimental value, it's like they are missing something) it's like very diffucult for them to be mixed normally and your bio states them as a thing that are more like divine aliens. But your accepted for creativity and a pretty balanced character.

Kurashi is also accepted. The other guy needs an advisors permission due to an angel's strength.

 

Also Chaos, a warning, Caine is one of the 4 strongest Karmdarcer members. You probably won't win against him.

 

Plus I still need to work out his powers, I don't know much about poker and his attacks revolve around poker hands.

IC: Caine was walking through the inside of the fort. Giddy as a school girl. At least a schoolgirl planning the death of her hated math teacher. "It's somewhere in this fort, I can feel it. Soon it will be mine, and then that burning dragon will finally be dead. He thought he could control me, he thought that I wasn't a threat, but I'll show him. Soon very soon..."

 

Cackling madly, Caine headed towards the treasure room.

 

OOC: Thanks to the botched mana experiment, Caine believes that their is a Burning Dragon out to get him and is to blame for the experiments failure. His fear and hatred of it is pretty much the basis for his existence.

With one last strafing run Leo finished destroying all of the enemies that had been advancing on the fortress, even the mana powered ones, although they had taken more effort then he thought they would, even with just Ganreizu Zakeru. Turning to one of the soldiers Leo asked where the one reponsible for this attack was. The soldier raised a shaking hand and pointed into the fortress itself. "His name is Caine. I don't know why, but he just left us alone and went inside. Still, if you hadn't shown up..." For a moment it seemed as though the soldier would faint from fear. he was just starting to regain some sense of composure when Leo walked over towards the fortress, stopping at the door. "Abby, you stay here. I've seen what Caine is capable of, and your not quite ready to face him. Soldiers, make sure that you guard her with your lives. If any harm comes to her, Caine will be the least of your worries." With that, Leo ran into the fortress and headed straight for the treasure room. I don't know if Caine is actually searching for something, but whether he is or not, I have to stop him. Leo knew for a fact that there were artifacts in this fortresses treasure room that belonged to 2 close friends of the demon king he was descended from. He also knew that if the Karmdarcer empire somehow got their hands on those items and learned how to use them, that he and everyone else would be in a whole world of trouble. No matter what else happens from here on in, I can't let him get his hands on what was left to us by Leiru and Lunaie. I have to get to the treasure room first and attain them, no matter the cost!

 

ooc: nexev, Ganreizu Zakeru is but one of many spells that my character can use. I look forward to seeing how the fight with Caine goes.

"No! Let me-" Abby managed to get out, before He left.

She began to claw at the gurds holding her back, but then she calmed down, "Do you have any thing good to eat?" Abby says,with a growl from her belly.

 

"Uhhh yea just come to the guard house?" One guard says, Hoping that if they fed her she wont get wild again.

As the guards showed Abigaile to the guard house, Leo suddenly caught sight of Caine. He was standing in front of the Treasure room door and about to enter it. Not wasting a single moment, Leo manipulated his mantle so that it slammed against the ground right as he jumped forward, sending him hurtling over Caines head and into the treasure room. Rolling upright and turning to face Caine, he raised a hand to the sky and screamed "Bou Kuru Disugurugu!" A giant golden hand raises up from the ground in front of him, looking much like the hanrd and fore arm of a dragon. Lowering his arm, then forming his hand into a fist and thrusting it forward, he causes the great dragons fist to slam in Caine and cause him to fly backwards down the hall, then moves his arm and causes the dragons arm to gently close the door and seal it shut before releasing the spell. "That should do it. Now, to find Leiru and Lunaire's items." holding both arms out to his sides, he extends his presence through his mantle and uses it to start searching the room hundreds of times faster and more effectively then any one person would be able to.

 

ooc: just go with this nexev, it plays right into the whole dragon thing, and i have a plan for an interesting side story. ;)

While Leon was walking down the enemy fortress, he saw someone entering the treasure room, as he approached he saw that Caine was thrown on the floor. Leon did not try to open the door, because somehow he knew it would not work. Then he ran to the side of the room and prepared himself for the battle.

 

After a few seconds he was with Vanguard, the powerful shield that has a face of demon in the middle, and Soulstealer, his powerful sword that drains the souls of their victims.

 

He walked through the wall and saw his enemy.

 

"Hi,my name is Leon Hasenhought. What is yours? Well no matter, if all goes well you will not get out of here." he said looking at his enemy but no sound came from under the mask, was the shield.

"My name is Leo Bell." Leo said as he found what he was looking for and manipulated the mantle so that Leirus wand was brought to his left arm and attached itself there, recognizing the presence of it's closest friends descendant. The Stars left by Lunaire also recognized hus presence and attacked themselves to him all over his body, all 32 of them. "So what is it that you are here for? Surely you don't mean to fight me? Anyway, I wanted to fight Caine when i was ready, which i now am." Leo tilts his head to the side and gives Leon a questioning look. "Do you really intend to fight me?" At the same time, he reached out to Abigaile using the close bond that the 2 of them had and said Abby, we have a bit of trouble here. Mind helping me out?

 

ooc: please note that this is different from telepathy and that no-one can eaves drop on Leo and Abigaile when they do this, as they have a very close relationship from before the were involved in the war.

"Your name is Leo Bell." Leon said looking at the enemy once more. "I'm not sure what I have to do here, Caine seemed to be looking for something, but I do not know what he's looking for but I think you found it. And whatever it is I want it back." he paused

 

A few seconds later Leon spoke again "I saw from the upstairs, what you did with my soldiers, and saw that you were not alone." He paused again.

 

A few seconds later he began to speak "We are 2, and you are 2, if you fight one of us will attack her while the other will be fighting against you. I must admit that you are strong, but I am too." he stopped talking again and approached the wall.

 

"This fight can be avoided if you give me what I'm looking for, or would rather risk his life and hers in a battle against me and Caine? You choose." Leon stopped talking and waited for the answer, always ready to flee if necessary
