100 years have past since naruto's Last Battle. New people and ninjas have come along. The new organization called The Eternal Six, is taking over the ninja world. It is up to us to save the world.

Name: Kousen Ishiru

Age: 17

Ninja or eternal: Eternal

Main jutsu type: Ice (Formed by Water and Wind since he is a Hyouton user from Haku's clan)

Appearance: At 17, Kousen stands at 5'10", and has gray eyes which make him seem gloomy and sad. Kousen has tan colored skin that makes him seem as if he has tanned in the sun. He has black hair that goes down to the back of his neck and spikes up in the back while the bangs that hang down over his eyes are a reddish color. He wears a black T-shirt with a longsleeved iron mail shirt underneath, baggy black pants with black boots as well as a waist-length blue jacket with pockets that lined the left and right sides to hold scrolls. He also wears silver colored steel bandages that cover his whole arm and end at the dark blue gloves that cover his hands. The metal of the bandages are different, however, because they are very light but still retain their strength and thickness. He wears strapped to his back a black sheathe which holds his black staff pole. Behind him on his waist, he wears a ninja pouch which holds his shuriken and kunai. Over all of this, he wears a long black cloak which has a hood to cover his face in shadows. He wears a white mask over his face with blue lines coming down from the eye holes and connecting in a swirly loop where the mouth should be.

Weapons: A 3 foot, black, lengthening staff pole that pops out blades on both ends when a button is pressed in the middle. At full length, the staff pole is 5 feet long.

Main justsu type: Lightning, Fire (Beast has Wind nature though)

Appearance: Unnamed_Akatsuki_by_ExoLevi.jpg (make shirt reach waist and change hair to black though..)

Weapons: Kusanagi Sword

Justsu: Blaze Release: Kagutsuchi, Amaterasu (is that counted as jutsu?), Chidori Sword, Kamui (can only do twice per day at most currently(Kakashi can do three times and isn't uchiha so i kind of limited myn a bit further))

Limited: Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, Three Tomoe Sharingan, Pseudo-Jinchuuriki of Shukaku if allowed (means i have similar power but in the transfomrations i lose control except for the first, which would just make me just able to control and very bloodthirsty)

 

that's 500+20+?? points.. please tell me how much for the pseudo-Jinchuuriki

ok.. and just to clear things about the pseudo the highest it can go is mini-shukaku..(pseudo's cannot reach the full forms, the only pseudo shown in naruto so far could on go to 4 tail transformation of the fox's 9 tails) oh and i only use mangekyou and that sparingly when i make it on a character due to it's high power or were you referring to normal?

Apocalypse not if it's eternal mangekyou which is when you took your uchiha brothers eyes, eternal mangekyo does not have the limit of making the user blind as the normal mangekyo does (madara took izuna's eyes after going blind from the normal Mangekyo and it restored his sight), but as i said i only use my high strength abilities sparingly

* Description:In addition to Lv. 1, armor like bones begin to appear and grow out of the arms and legs. The horns on the users head grow slightly but not enough to really notice a difference.

-Even Greater Resistance to Genjutsu

-Optical Perception Increased (Level of normal Sharingan Lv. 1)

-Increased Chakra and Chakra Levels and Reserves Even More

-Some Jutsu Require No Handsigns

* Description:The Bones turn pitch black while the horns stay white. The eyes are now like this, the pupil is a bloody, demon, crimson red surranded by the white ring around it that is thick but not too thick, while the rest is pitch black. The horns grow so they can easily be noticed now as they stick out of the users hair completely.

* Abilities/Powers:

-Increased Chakra and Chakra Levels and Reserves Even More

-All Jutsu Require No More then 4 Handsigns
