Kaizen wakes up. He sits up and yawns, and gives Tiberius a tired look with his groggy eyes. "Good morning everyone," he said. He looked around for everyone else, but they were still asleep. Kaizen sighed, then his stomach grumbled. He stood up and asked Tiberius "What are we having for breakfast? If any?" He looked around. Everyone was still asleep, if not just woken up. He hadn't realised this group had grown so big. He smiled to himself. He thought, 'this group was gonna be the group to take Ignis down.' it made him feel proud to be part of it.

"Well, I dont know. Maybe things will become normal, whatever that is. Maybe things will happen like wars and such. Hopefully everything will become peaceful. Makes you think what life would be like if we were normal. If I was never experimented on by Ignus I could have lead a normal life." Derven sighed, "I wish things could go back to the way they were before he came along." And he got up and transformed, ready to do lookout.

"Morning all. Nice sleep, eh? You all look brilliant." He said sarcastically, just stopping a laugh as he looked at the groggy faces in front of him. He landed and transformed. "Well, breakfast was there," He pointed to a point on the floor, "But a wolf came along and grabbed it. I think one of your pack survived, Tiburius, as it had red paws. I dont know though." Derven said. He sighed, a thing he was prone to doing, and sat down on a rock. "Not an ignus troop in sight and a fine sunny morning. I think this is going to be a good day." He said to himself.

Carnage hadn't slept that night. Hew was looking into the abiss of the darkness of outdoors. He had made no conversation with Devern or Sharon/Necra. He just leaned against the rim of the cave. When morning had come, he thougt to himself: "I don't like the colour of the sun. It looks normal, but it has made the sky blood red. Maby a sign that we are going to spill the enemy's blood, or die.". He was supersticious about these things, but he thought bett4er of telling the others about this tought. Another feeling was that agitation. It had suddenly spiked when the sun came up. To him, it was an omen of doom.

Both of Sharon's bodies were standing in the pathway leading to the exit of the cave. They were completely still; as if they were dolls. Sharon was actually practicing controlling the two independently and concurrently, even though it seemed otherwise.

 

Only the Sharon body opened her eyes as everyone rose from their slumber. She didn't say anything, merely looked outside; it was a bright sunny day. She didn't like days this bright; it made it hard to see. Or rather it did; whatever the eyes on these bodies were made of, it reduced the glare from the sun.

 

Sharon took out a bad with four red apples in it. They were still ripe, though they looked like they wouldn't last much longer. "If you want food, you can have these..." she said reluctantly, while knowing that humans need food, she still would have liked to eat these during the trip.

Tiberius was looking through his bag when he heard Sharon's offer for the apples. Tiberius turned to her and grabbed one. "Thanks Sharon," Tiberius said as he shined the apple on his shirt. Tiberius took a bite out of the apple. It had been a while since he had eaten fruit. The taste of it was good. Tiberius finished eating the apple and stepped outside the cave. No one was around. Tiberius took a step forward. "Well guys let's go. We are almost at Ignis's castle. We need to be ready for what awaits us." With that Tiberius started walking towards the trees.

'No thanks.' said Carnage. 'Not hungry.' He walked out next. He needed some air. He looked up again. The day was bright. He made his hand metal, and watched the reflection dance along the ground. He made his hand normal again. "I need to eat something. But not apples. Even if she doesn't need them, she likes them. Besides, apples aren't that good for me. They dont taste nice." He looked at a dead wolf. "Even if I wanted to eat that scragy thing, Tiberius would kill me." He then looked at the metal spider in his pocket. "Probably can't digest that thing." He then saw the tree bark. "Eh, I've had worse." But then he thought better of it. "Is there anything edibal that isn't an apple, tree or dead wolf."

"Oh boy," Tiberius said to himself as they began walking. "Here we go again." Tiberius looked at Carnage with a beady eye and said," Don't you remember? Kong gave us each an individual pack of food to eat. They are in your packs. And stop talking about my friends. Just because you don't understand the way I don't work with animals, doesn't mean you can call them out. That is disrespectful for even thinking about eating my fallen comrades." Tiberius walked up to Carnage and looked him dead in the eye. "No one will touch the Wolves. Understand?"

The Sharon body shrugged as both her and the Necra body headed to the exit. "If that's the case, then we're all set," she said, before leaving. She didn't know about that; she didn't stick around to be given any food. Now she wished she kept the apples to herself.

 

If this was a normal day, this would be a good day for travelling. As it stood, though, they had no time to waste. She recalled that the group should be heading north to reach Ignis. While the bodies couldn't be seen from the cave anymore, the truth was that they were outside, merely looking in the direction of their destination.

"Another mind reader." thought Carnage. 'Understood.' he said. He fought back the urge to impale this whimpering simpleton, but he knew that this would put his own life in jepordy. Instead, he walked on. He didn't know if the others were following him, or if he was going the wrong way. He needed space to think, and talk, so the others wouldn't hear him. "I have no idea why i'm working with these guys. I can take them all out easily. Even boss-man said I was one of the strongest." Then he thought, and it hit him. "If he can't control me, how can these people follow him. Blindly, perhaps. But, when he's at his weakest, I'll challenge him." He suddenly looked up. 'It's still there.' he said to himself. 'No-one's seen it yet, but they will.' He pulled out the spider. 'Follow it's shadow.' He said to it. He then walked back to the group, visibaly his emotion had changed. He wasn't going to be easy, but he had to be at least a bit co-operative, if he was to survive another day.

"Alright then, Everyone ready to go?" Tiberius says looking around at the people. All of them nodded the affirmative and then Carnage came back. He nodded the Affirmative too. "Let's go on then. Even though it is early in the morning, we should begin the attack now. It will take us 30 minutes to walk there. From there we begin to put the plan into motion. Alright let's go. Carnage I need to speak with you for second about your group's attack. Could come to the front for a second." When Carnage got up there Tiberius looked at him dead in the eyes. Then He smiled a genuine smile at him. "Give them hell today on the battlefield. Oh and make sure after all of this is done, you come find me. I wanna get a good sparring partner." With that said Tiberius looked ahead and kept walking toward Ignis' Castle in the east.

Anomaly walked up to the front of the cave with his hands in his pockets. When Sharon offered the apples, he said "I'll take one. Thanks." and took an apple. He then wiped it on his shirt like Tiberius did and bit into it. He didn't know when the last time he had eaten last was. He had been meditating so long that time seemed to go by so quickly and he lost track of it sometimes. He continued to eat the apple, and when he was finished, he stuffed it into the pocket of the cloak he wore. He then walked up to the front with Tiberius, knowing that he was on his team. "So, what's the plan for your team? You, Selene, and I just sneak in all at once or we go one by one. If it's like that, I will guard both of your backs and watch for anything." he said as he walked.

"We all are going into the castle together at the same time." Tiberius said as he turned his head to Anomaly. "That way it is less chance of us needed to be snuck up upon by Ignis' forces. Anyway, we are going in the top portion of Ignis' Castle and scaling down so we can open the doors from both sides then, we got after Ignis himself. Don't worry Anomaly, You'll do fine. Just stick to the plan we worked on, and everything will be crystal clear. Oh and by the way, What are you going to do when this is all over?" Tiberius raised an eyebrow at Anomaly waiting to hear his answer.

Kaizen rejected the offer made by Sharon. "Thanks, but no thanks." As Tiberius and Anomaly talked about the plan, he remembered what Sharon, or Necra, had said. "We probably have the hardest job." The voice echoed inside his head. 'The hardest job, huh.' He sighed at that. He turned to Sharon. "If you two have anything for me to hold while the plan is executed, feel free to tell." Kaizen looked into the bright sun. It was hard, so he had to squint. "So, what brought you against Ignis? Like, any personal reasons, you know, other than he's evil and slaughtered many innocent people, though that's a good enough reason, i guess." Kaizen asked Sharon.

"Technically, I'm *dead*. Got a funeral and everything." The Sharon body spoke this time; the Necra one was bringing up the rear this time. She pointed to Necra in the back, who waved at them. "It's complicated, but originally Necra ran around killing people and turning them into her puppets," Sharon continued, turning forward again. "I was killed by Necra about two months ago, but I didn't die, if that makes any sense. *Necra* died when I was killed, and I continued to live... as Necra." Sharon usually did not like talking about the past, but since she might not even *exist* after Ignis dies, she has suddenly become more open about it.

 

"On top of that, I *had* to follow Ignis' commands. That's just not cool." Sharon shook her head. "I've wanted to take him out when I went to his castle before, but being under his control would screw up plans like that." She materialized her shortsword to her hand, and pointed it forward, presumably in the direction of the castle. "Thanks to Kong, though, I'm no longer bound to follow Ignis, which means he's going to get what he deserves, doing that to me." She grinned deviously as she said that, with the malice clear in her voice.

"Hmm...when this is all over, I want to go back home. I've traveled long enough. After Ignis is defeated, my parents will no longer have to worry about him and we can live in peace once more." Anomaly said. He breathed in deeply and then breathed out. He was ready. Nothing could stop them now. They were determined to defeat Ignis, and when one is determined to do something, they always put their best effort into it. He was sure that they would win. He continued walking alongside Tiberius, pondering his life after Ignis's defeat.

OoC: I've beeen PMed about my typing, and the confusion I make with my style, which is the opposite of what everyone else has done. So, from now on, ''= thoughts and ""= speach, like everyone else so it is easier to understand.

Though no-one could see it, when Tiberius said "Give them hell today on the battlefield. Oh and make sure after all of this is done, you come find me. I wanna get a good sparring partner.", he smiled under the face scalf. "Will do." he said. "I might need to practice with a real opponent after the beasts." He then thought; 'Maby, when this is over, I'll spare these guys. They deserve it, and they will definatly be spared by me if I die today.'

Tiberius heard what Anomaly said and shook his head in agreement. *There is always times for peace in this world.* Tiberius thinks to himself as he walks along side Anomaly. *Peace will be needed after this. I know what I'm going to do now. I will first need to see if Selene will come with me. Also I will need to check if all of the Remaining wolf packs are still intact. Then, I will find take Selene with me to study under Master Kong himself. I also want to know if she will Marry me.* This thought put a smile on Tiberius face.

'Peace.' Carmage thought. 'This is somthing I've wondered about for ages. I've never experienced it. Maby that's because I'm a mercinary, and I've always been part of a personal war between two people. But this. This... is a full on war between good and evil, and I'm stuck in the cross hairs of both sides. What a pay-out this is. I'm going to have to be payed mor for this.' These thoughts span in his head. 'Why did I do this. I don't want this to be happening to me. I just don't know wh... oh I remember. I was just to selfish, greedy and self centred. "This will be nothing. I've killed harder before" is what I said. Man I regreat that.'

Kris sighed. He looked up at the sun. True it was bright but his highly trained eyes pierced through it. He thought he saw something behind the sun but shook his head and it was gone. He never understood what it was about. Just a mirage, probably of a peaceful world. He thought to himself. He sighed again. "So I just attack the castle. Thats it?" He asked himself. "Atleast afterwards there will be peace again. But what will I do? Will I just vanish? Become a hermit or traveller, or should I atleast try to be a normal person?" He walked to the edge of cave and turned around. "Hmph, just a cave. Nothing like a mirage now." He sighed again and walked of in some random direction.

Tiberius and the group walked for about 2 hours. Then Tiberius looked at his watch. It was 11:30. Tiberius then looked at the the brush below saw from the standpoint, Ignis's castle. *We are here,* Tiberius thought. *We have come all this way. Now it shall be time to end this war once and for all.* Tiberius motions everyone to sit behind the bush and pay attention. "Now," Tiberius begins to speak. "Everyone, do you remember the plan?" Everyone nods there head. "Good at 12:00, me make our move." Tiberius checked the time. It was 11:55.

The Necra body grinned. "Let's do this."

 

The Sharon body moved a bit closer, hiding behind a broken structure, which probably was a home or stable in peaceful times. Around the castle was a moat, with a drawbridge up front, with a few grotesque monsters guarding the front entrance. She noted the castle used to have a side entrance for supplies, which she quickly located, but there was no bridge or plank there to allow easy access. Still, that was probably the best way to sneak in quickly, she figured.

 

The Necra body, who stood back with the others, glanced around. Time to settle this. "Ready when you all are."

Kaizen stretches. He looks at his watch. It was 11:56. Kaizen noticed that Sharon had crept closer and taken a better look. He spotted what she was scanning at. It was another entrance, and Kaizen smiled. 'Bet we are gonna go through there, probably the easiest.' He thought to himself. He though back to their journey. 'It's gonna all end here.' He looked at his watch again. Now it was 11:58, two minutes until the downfall of Ignis. The countdown was starting to get on his nerves. "I'm ready here as well." Kaizen said.

Carnage got that feeling. The feeling he always got before a job. He rolled his shoulders back, clicking them into a comfertable place. He made his hands metal. Turning them into crab-like claws, but massive, with spines coming out of his soliders. He turned his head around. 'this is it.' he thought, 'the day of recning has come. If we win, its all good. We loose, the world is doomed.' "Just ell me where to go, and hell they shall have." He looked down on his claws. "I shall have blood tonight." This would be one of the best things he had done in a while.

Derven yawned. "This seems too easy." He pointed out. "Well, if he wants hell, he can have it." He transformed and felt a strange feeling coming from Carnage. "You seem excited. It isn't all good you know. We lose and Ignus controls this world." Kris sighed as he got no response and walked behind the group. He transformed and quickly transformed. He looked at the sun and noticed it getting closer to midday. "Three, two, one. Midday. Time to die Ignus!" And he flew straight at two guards, changing his arms to claws and swiping the heads of the guards.

'I like his inthusiasm.' Carnage thought. 'But he's taking my job.' He also jumped forth, cleaving a gaurd in half with one claw, while impaing another. "I'm not excited," He pointed out, whilst chucking half of a gaurd away. "It's a feeling I always get when I'm about to do something. Call it what you like, but it never goes awa..." he cut of because of a spear coming down to his head. He broke it notchently and then fired a shard at the weilder. "You get the point." He finished. "Just watch my back and don't fall behind." He smirked, and then decaitateda gaud once more. The feast had begun.
