"Well, after you fainted," Tiberius began to explain. "All we have been doing is walking to Kong's place. We are almost there now actually." With that Tiberius takes the last step and enters the Temple space. Three Temple-like building surrounded a stone ground. Tiberius and the group walked towards the middle palace. Then Kong appeared. Kong was a Old bearded man, wearing a all green Fight Gi. He looked out at all the people gathered. "Tiberius, my old student. Still fighting the good fight I see. How are all of you doing?"

Selene immediately dropped to the ground and kow-towed respectfully. "I a-am h-honored to m-meet you, Master Kong!" she bowed her head even once she had straightened up. "I am Selene, pupil of Mistress Leona!" she said.

She made a mind screen just in case he could detect her outer thoughts.

The moment the group entered the temple the first thing Kaizen thought was 'woah'. It was flying everywhere in his mind, this place was grand and looked relaxing. He noiced Selene kow-towed and bowed to the master. Instintvely, he followed, not wanting to get into any trouble. When he looked up, he looked at Master Kong with envy and annoyance. "My name is Kaizen, no master, no teacher."

Selene could not but closely watch the reaction of Kong as he watched the people introduce themselves, but his face was unreadable and inscrutable. She looked out of the wood balcony and saw a beautiful forest. She could see why Kong was rumored to like this abode the best out of all he had in the world of Rising Sun.

Carnage bowed. 'I have no name, for it has been lost in the sheets of time. I have no teacher, only the streets and personal training.' He looked down. If this guy could read his mind, he would have to put false thoughts into it. He decided to think of freedom, equality, that sort of stuff that he never belived in.

Kong smiled as people bowed before him. Tiberius, however, bowed and stood and gave Kong hug. Kong raised his eyebrow at first, but accepted it. Kong smiled and said "Rise my friends, You re not my students, except you Tiberius. You still have a way to go before you become better than me." Kong looks over at Selene and says, "Mistress Leona huh? Excellent student if I recall. She was very Tenacious." Kong then looked at Kaizen's way and says," Why envy me? With the exception of Tiberius, My life was and is still very difficult." Kong then looked towards Carnage's way. "Carnage, you do not have to hide your true feelings from me. I don't care what you want out of life." Kong then turns to Tiberius and asks," Are these all the associates that will help defeat Ignis?"

 

"Yes master," Tiberius said. "They all have there unique abilities. But we are going to defeat him."

 

Kong looks at his pupil with pride in his eyes. "Very well. You shall stay the night here. Do some training, eat, sleep, whatever. and Tiberius, Tell her the truth. It may set you free. And before you ask, Yes you are allowed to have someone special in your life."

 

Tiberius blushed when Kong said that as he knew what implied. He looked at Selene then looked away quickly, blushing even harder.

"How the..." he thought. "He is powerful. And I know he can read wha my mind is doing now, which is monologing." After he had dismised them, he walked through the premis. "He must have read my depest thoughts and memories... wait a sec" His mind was working harder than ever. "If he is that powerful, he might be able to tell me what my name is."

Sharon grinned as Master Kong spoke to Tiberius, but her mood became sour once she realized Kong's ability actually *was*. She let out a loud audible gasp, as she quickly emptied her mind of surface thoughts. Of course, she wasn't prepared for this, as she was too relaxed after being temporarily released from Ignis' judgment. In the end, she ended up acting like she did when she found out that the tattoo on her back was to regulate her thoughts and provide 'motivation', and while she made no visible movements, her thought pattern was... interesting.

Selene nodded to Kong. "She was the best teacher, other than you. No other teacher would suit me except maybe you." she bowed again and stepped back and watched as he talked to the other people in their group. She wondered why they were stopping at Kong's. Perhaps for more than protection and help. Maybe Tiberius could have possibly missed him? Hard to believe, but possible.

"Well My master is interesting no?" Tiberius said with a chuckle. "Ummm Master?" Kong turn to his pupil. "Yes Tiberius? Is it something to do with the boost that you want?" "Yes master," Tiberius says. "I was wondering if you can give my friends a boost in power? You know for the fight?"

 

"Ahh, now we have something," Kong stated as he faced the group. "Come here all of you and line up. I shall give you a power boost. This will help you defeat Ignis and save the world. But you'll have to stay here for tonight. The power boost has a different effect on each of you. Tiberius, I remember your jump started powers was extremely painful."

 

"Yeah, don't remind me." Tiberius said. The pain was evident in his eyes.

OOC: I just joined. I was accepted as well.

 

IC: Anomaly walked through the streets of the damaged town with his hands in his pockets, staring at all the damage done by Ignis's forces. He couldn't let this continue on. He had to do something to get rid of that monster. While he walked through the town earlier, Anomaly had gotten word of a band of people with powers like himself who were on a quest to defeat Ignis. It was for this purpose now that Anomaly was even traveling through this town. He had heard that they would be here. "Still nothing." he mumbled as he walked. He would need to find them fast, he didn't want to be attacked by one of Ignis's forces. Anomaly then lifted his right hand from his pocket and held it in front of him. He channeled his spiritual power, forming a glowing dark blue ball within his hand. The ball grew bigger and then Anomaly held his hand forward. From the dark bllue ball sprang forth a dark blue hawk as well as a dark blue colored wolf. "Search out and find the band of people with powers like me. Return when you have found them." Anomaly said. The hawk nodded and then flew off with quick speeds high into the air. The wolf meanwhile immediately began sniffing the ground, checking for scents. It could smell many scents, but one of the scents that it had smelt was grouped with more scents, and they all headed in the same direction. Anomaly decided to follow this scent that the wolf had picked up, and so he followed after the wolf, walking right behind it. What if it isn't them? Oh well. If it's Ignis's troops, then they'll just be in for a surprise. Anomaly thought as he walked.

((How will the power-up process work?))

 

Sharon walked up in front of Master Kong, curious about what kind of power burst she would get. She thought about speaking up about being in a body that was not hers, being watched by the enemy, but she figured Kong already knew. Her thoughts wandered back to her old body; her old friends, her old life before being 'killed' by Necra. She wondered for the first time in awhile what would happen to *this* body after Ignis is killed.

 

Does it matter? I can't just stand by now, especially since Ignis wants to take over the world, take over *me*. Sharon decided that she would go forward regardless, starting with the first step. She would accept the Master's blessing.

 

"What do we need to do?" Sharon asked, her eyes staring directly into Kong's, unwavering.

"Do not worry about the thing Sharon," Kong says. "This Shall pump up your power. Now stand before me so I can give you the power boost. 'That way you can have your body back.'" Kong said whispering the last sentence back to Sharon. Kong put his hands out in front of Sharon and started speaking in a old Latin dialect. Magical circles formed around Sharon and...

Anomaly continued walking, following behind the wolf. It had now sensed that the scents were disappearing. "But how is that possible? How does a scent just disappear completely and appear somewhere else without anything in between?" Anomaly thought. Anomaly ran up to the side of the wolf as it now began wagging it's tail, showing that it had caught the scent again, but of only three people. The wolf then ran off, and Anomaly had to quickly run off after it to keep off. "What're you doing? Have you found them?" Anomaly called out to the wolf. The wolf simply howled while pointing it's head up to the sky and continued running. Anomaly looked up to the sky, and his expression changed to one of delight. He marveled at the sight of a huge tower which was just in front of them. It did not look like the kind of tower that Ignis would use, especially since it was just sitting there. Anomaly rushed forward, now catching up with the wolf as they both grew closer to the tower. When they finally reached it, Anomaly went through the barrier, even though he didn't even know if was there. He then stopped as he reached the stairs. "This is gonna be alot of work." Anomaly said. He didn't want to climb all of those stairs by himself, so he climbed onto the back of the wolf and then the wolf began hopping up the stairs, moving up them quickly and with speed. He was getting closer to the top with each leap that the wolf took it seemed.

Selene watched. What was happening to Sharon? It seemed that large, whitish spheres of light were surrounding her...oh.

This was probably another form of manifest. Selene thought. her teacher, Leona, had shown her her version, liquidy waves of water because she could control water, and it pumped her power to its fullest, maximum extent.

[Magnet Soldier]

Derven bumped into the door of Kong's house. He had lagged behind to much and was now locked out. "Hello! Open up!! It's me, Derven! Hey open up I rescued two of you, sortta!" He shouted, banging on the door. "Unlock this damn door before I transform and rip it to shreds!" He threatened. He was thinkng of transforming into his demon form unless the door was unlocked soon. "Come on I'm not evil!"

The wolf continued leaping up the steps, faster and faster each time. Finally, it leaped one last time, but really high into the air. Anomaly looked down at the ground as he was in the air with the wolf, staring at the small specks below him. The wolf came down with a soft thud onto the ground in front of everyone there. Anomaly got off of the wolf and looked around at everyone. "Seeing as you guys don't look like Ignis's crew, I'm gonna guess you're the ones trying to defeat him?" Anomaly asked, looking a little awkward since he had just interrupted them with his appearance. He waved his hand across the air, and the blue wolf disappeared into thin air. The blue hawk then came down onto his shoulder and vanished into thin air as well. "Oh, by the way. My name is Anomaly. I've been traveling for a long distance looking for you guys. I want to help defeat Ignis." he said, introducing himself to make the situation seem less awkward.

Selene looked uncertainly at Tiberius but nodded. "Yes, we are." she said. " and we need all the help we can get, to tell you the truth, but to also be frank, it's his call," she pointed to Tiberius. "Not my choice. I'm not the leader here." she said.

She looked out on the balcony, deep in thought. What if he's a traitor? Well we need all the help we can get... shethought. She didn't know what to think.

"Hmm..." Anomaly thought as he stood there. He then turned to the one she had pointed to. "So, will you accept me into your group?" he asked him. I hope he lets me join. I want to take down that Ignis for everything he's caused people in this world. Anomaly stood there, shifting his hands in his pockets as he awaited for Tiberius's answer. While he waited, he looked around at the area, amazed at it's magnificence. "Nice place you have here." he said to himself so that it wasn't very audible.

"Tell that to the great Kong himself." Muttered Selene but she too looked out of the view. She liked it, she hoped to have a great house like this one day.

She grimaced. She remembered her parents' house.

Then they died because Ignis murdered them

She shuddered.

Sharon's eyes widened as she heard Kong speak about her old body. She had no time to respond, however, since Kong soon began the chanting. Before she got a chance to even blink, her vision faded white. To those who watched, it seemed like the entirety of Sharon's body turned white, as if a being of pure light was wearing her clothes.

 

Sharon found herself in a strange plane when she came to. There was blood everywhere, floating all over. She found herself with no ground under her, yet she did not fall. Suddenly, she was washed away in a tide of bodies. Sharon couldn't tell whether or not they were dead or not, but it didn't matter. Further down, she saw a blond haired woman falling away from the sea of bodies.

 

Wait, that's me!

 

Sharon pulled away from her position and moved herself closer to her body. Her original body. The one that died, because of Necra. As she got closer, she could make out some more of the features. She could even see the clothes she wore the day she died. Before she could reach her body, Necra appeared in between them, facing Sharon. She summoned her dagger, and raised it, as if she was going to kill her again.

 

No, not this time!

 

Sharon pushed herself further forward and ended up going through Necra. As she did this, a terrible shock ran through her, more painful than anything Ignis' tattoo let loose on her in the past. Sharon screamed, did not pass out this time, she was pushing forward. The body was right there in front of her, and she was going to reach it.

 

As this happened in the real world, Necra's body was pulsating red. The tattoo on her back could be seen clearly, through the clothes, as it let loose electricity upon the body. As Sharon yelled in pain in the otherworld, Necra's body screamed as well. Then, just as suddenly, the screams stopped and the tattoo vanished, though the body was still glowing white and red.

 

In the otherworld, Sharon saw the tattoo, now no longer on the Necra she phased through, disappear into the air. Before she could reach her body, she was blinded by light again. When she could see again, she was standing on solid ground. The whole area was dark, nothing but a light shining down on her, and a light in the far distance. With no where else to go, Sharon headed to the other light, making loud noises as she walked as if the ground was made of metal. Fortunately, the light above her followed her as she moved. When she got closer to the other light, there was something amazing there.

 

Both Necra, and Sharon's original body were there. In her right hand, Necra held her dagger, which while it still maintained its sinister curved design, no longer felt evil. Sharon's body, on the right, held a pearly white shortsword in her hand which gave off a faint light. I was never that pure. Even though I stole for others, I was a thief after all... It made sense when she noticed that the two were holding hands. She knew what felt right in her heart, and set off to do it, regardless of the consequences. Well she used to, before she was running scared from Ignis. But now...

 

Necra's body shined a brilliant white, covering the immediate area in such light that it could not be seen anymore. There were two loud 'thud' noises not long after, as dark shadows left the area within the light and evaporated into the air. When the light died down, two bodies laid there unconcious. Necra, and another. This body was clearly that of a well developed older woman in her early to mid twenties, in contrast to Necra. She had blond hair, and black eyes, and was wearing a black outfit designed for sneaking about, tied at the waist with some rope. It appears, this was the body Sharon originally had.

((OOC: Sharon's Upgrade. There are two bodies, Sharon and Necra. These are the same person, as the 'Necra' personality is fully purged and Sharon inhabits both of them. I'll reference them by the original owner of the body, so "Sharon does stuff, and Necra does stuff". Sharon doesn't actually have her original body back (that thing is buried and gone), though. Both bodies share the traits of 'not being human', they don't need to eat or breathe, they don't get tired, and they have minor regenerative powers. Besides that, they seem human (if they remember to feign breathing), and don't have any other powers other than the ones described here. Although not human, they are no longer Ignis' servants, evidenced by Necra no longer having Ignis' tattoo on her back. In fact, Sharon's body was recreated as something born from her own willpower.

 

Each of them now has their own blade they can summon to fight. Necra's blade now is especially effective on other creatures that Ignis controls, causing them much pain similar to the one the tattoo used to inflict. This represents Sharon pushing forward regardless of the tattoo's torture. Much better than useless evil zombie mind control powers. Sharon's blade is an otherwise normal sword that emits a faint white light. Whenever someone who is magically being controlled is exposed to this light, they are freed from the control. This expresses Sharon's will, what she finally rediscovered.

 

And finally, all information is shared between them at the same time constantly. If Sharon reads something, Necra knows of it. If Necra sees someone sneaking up on Sharon, Sharon will not be taken by surprise. This is due to the fact that the two of them are essentially the same person now.))

Kong smiled at this new development. "Who is next?"

 

"Sure, the more the merrier," Tiberius said as he smiled at the newcomer. "You're name is Anomaly right? I'm Tiberius. I'm the leader of this ragtag bunch a heroes and mercenaries alike. But don't worry. Everybody will get there shot at Ignis when we get to him." Tiberius looked at Selene's direction. *I guess it's now or never to tell her.* Tiberius thought to himself. "Selene could I talk to you for a minute?" Tiberius said pointing over to the barracks. "Over there."

Derven banged on the door again. Then he saw a guy come over and walk through another door. Derven walked over to the other door, a bit embarrased now. "Hey sorry about...Have we got another new guy? We're aren't going to blend in when we're the size of a footie team!" Derven said, annoyed. He hated big groups, mainly because his power always either scares themof or makes them suspicious. Before he was changed he had one simple power that he was happy with, the ability to change people's emotions. However Ignus got rid of that. Another reason for him to hate Ignus.

IC: "Er...sure, Tiberius, whatever you need." Selene's pulse quickened. What could it be? She walked over to the corner and looked at Tiberius, but his face was unreadable.

"yeah?" she asked, not abrupt, sharp, or meanly, just asking out of curiosity.

She heard the banging of the door but kept her eyes on Tiberius.

"Yep. I'm Anomaly. Alright. I will do everything I can to help you guys when that time comes." Anomaly said to Tiberius. He then continued looking around and saw the white light that now shined in the direction of Sharon. When he saw that her one body had now become two bodies, he was in awe. "How-How did she do that?" he asked. He then looked at the man who was standing before her. He bowed a little, quickly recognizing him as the great Kong. "I am Anomaly. Spiritual Man Kong I presume? It is a great honor to finally meet you. I have heard much about you during my travels across these lands." Anomaly said as he bowed. "Also, may i ask next for what?" Anomaly asked, looking confused on what Kong had been talking about.
