OOC: I think we should stop fighting this guy as he isn't an NPC he is controlled by 174302956 and I dont think he'll be happy that you've chopped his arm off.

 

IC:"Well I can too in my demon form, but It has wings so I need to be in an open space." He said with a friendly smile. He watched the hand blade fall off and grabbed it, using it to slash at it's formor owner as well as his own knife. He saw the owner of the hand get angry and the hand disappeared and grew back(?). Kris jumped out of the way and shouted "RUN!"

'SCUM! YOU THINK YOU CAN DEFEAT CARNAGE!!' He wasn't expecting this to happen. He was quite happy to slap a peice of metal over it, but his arm was now back. 'You think you'll be safe, BUT NOWHERE IS SAFE FROM CARNAGE!!' In his mind, he knew that this many people with deamonic entities must off made paradoxes happen. Seeing his chance, He fired shards. But instead of the eight medium ones, he fired a haze of small ones, each like small knife blades. He hit all three of them, but on there shoulders and ankles. He was still getting used to his arm being back.

Sharon blocked a few of the incoming shards that came in her direction with her dagger, but a few of them got lodged in her legs. She did not look any worse for wear, though, besides the small amount of black blood coming from those wounds. In fact, her arm was almost completely repaired.

 

This mercenary is tough... wait a minute... Sharon thought, coming up with an idea. "Carnage!" She called out to him, still standing. Fortunately, Sharon would not go down unless she sustained a large amount of damage, which kind of makes up for her low offensive power. "Why are you working with Ignis?" Her tattoo started to glow faintly. It consisted of various ominous looking runes arranged in a circle on her back, surrounding a large symbol representing Ignis. Questioning Ignis directly was something that would not be tolerated, after all. The pain that came from asking that question was almost unbearable. "What is he giving you? Money? Power?" Sharon fell to her knees, fighting to stay conscious. "What good would anything he gives you do when humanity is under his... control...." Sharon finally passed out, and fell to the ground face first as the tattoo stopped glowing. Hopefully, her gamble paid off.

 

((Sharon's unconscious for awhile, and will probably need to be carried to Kong's place. She should come to again given a bit of rest))

'Cos I'm going to kill him myself.' Carnage said. Suddenly he stopped firing the metal shards. His mind was working like hell. "Wait a minuite. If I kill these guys, I will get payed and then kill him. But if I stay with these guys, I might have a bit of a chance against him and he can still fight them and kill them after." This had never came to him before. 'Okay. I srrender under one condition.' He put his hands up, retracting the metal. 'You stop fighting me. The trade: I can take you to ingnus myself. Deal?' he was ready if these guys started to fight him again.

Tiberius got to the scene just in time to see the fight. Tiberius then noticed Carnage surrender and heard his terms. Tiberius, ever the trusting soul, was for once thinking about the situation at hand. On the plus side, he could walk into the fortress of Ignis undetected. But, on the negative side, It could be a trap. "Well," Tiberius says. "Carnage your in. But I'll be watching you. One step, One toe, One nail out of line, You have to deal with me. Understand? Now Sharon," Tiberius bends over an puts her on his back. "Come on guys, We are going to Spiritual Man Kong's House. Let's go"

"Hello." Kris said as another boy climbed onto the roof. He guessed this was Tiburius when he accepted carnage into the gang. He offered his hand for a hand shake. "I am derven. I would also like to join your little gang here but I have never work for or admired Ignus and never will. It may not look like it but he turned me into a monster." Kris said, somehow smiling.

"A monster huh?" Tiberius said. *Well, everything unusual happens to us.* "Okay, come along. Well this group has sure gotten big. Anyway, on to Kong's. Derven, follow us. Carnage, pay attention and follow me. Don't fall of beat with the others. Remember I'm watching you. One step out and it will be your end." Tiberius and the group then proceed to walk into the forest and towards Kong's Spiritual Retreat.

Selene soared only a little bit above of the path that they were traveling on. "So why are we going to Kong's anyways?" she asked Tiberius softly in case they were supposed to keep their voices hushed.

"Never heard of him anyways."

"Never heard of Spiritual Man Kong?" Tiberius looked at Selene. "He is one of the greatest teachers and fighters in all of the land. He has beaten the Dark Lord of this land many years ago. He can also raise people's power, or give people tools that can raise their power. He is very strict. I trained my power under him. I had to leave early because of this threat. He lives alone on this hill. He is known for his spirit wave attacks."

Selene nodded in recognition. "Heard of him, just did not recognize the name. My teacher was schooled under him, and he passed on much of his knowledge to me. I hope to meet the legend." she smiled in prospect.

She stood up on the ground and walked on normally. "Is he temperamental or normal? Do you know?" she plagued Tiberius with questions. "Sorry, but I just never met the legend..." she said.

"Oh it is Alright,"Tiberius said. "Not many people have had the pleasure of being his students. I got lucky to be one of his students. He is very strict, but he does have emotions. He just tends not to show him. I'm the only student in the history of the school that has gotten him to smile once. That was only because I had surprised him. Oh and uhh by the way, he has a small talent of reading you based off of your emotions and outer thoughts. Try to be mindful of that."

"I know how to do that as well." Selene said. "And i know how to protect yourself from that as well."

she concentrated on the most mundane thing she could find, the rock she was kicking. She let that fill her head and flood the rest of her thoughts and secluded her inner thoughts behind the thought of the rock.

"Well he is not one to read mind's willingly," Tiberius said as he thought about his old master. "Besides, I don't think that those would help. Well you'll see when we meet him." Tiberius and the group walked for about a mile more until they saw a long staircase. "This is where his boundaries begin," Tiberius said. "There is a invisible barrier here. It won't let evil in. So we are safe from Ignis's forces while we visit. It's takes a while to get up so let's go." And with that, Tiberius started going up the stairs with Sharon on his back.

Alyssa watched Sharon on Tiberius's back with a pang of jealously but she was confused as well. Where did that feeling come from? Why would she want to be unconscious on Tiberius's back? She then thought of Tiberius again. Noticing that she had stopped she ran to straight behind Tiberius and resumed her pace.

Kaizen lingered behind only to teleport again. "Man, his house is so far away. Isn't there a faster way? And, you said this barrier doesn't let evil come in. But carnage was able to come in. So he's not completely evil? Or it's because he's with us?" He stopped to tie his shoe lace. But he noticed the group walked quick, and he was soon left behind, so he gave up and teleported up. 'This guy better help us with our powers, this is sooo tiring.' He thought.

"Carnage. What is up with him anyways?" Selene asked Tiberius and Kaizen. "I was off flying when you guys were talking most likely. So why is he like half evil and such?" she floated off the ground as they climbed rickety stairs and then emerged in a hallway leading off to more higher stairs.

Kris stopped. The barrier wouldn't let him through. He had no evilnor good intentions or anything evil about him. Ignus you B******. His touch must be evil or something, I cant get through. He cursed. He then said, "I swear I am not evil. I am a creation of Ignus' but I was once a normal child. He turned me into a monster and because of that I cannot get through. I'll have to stay behind and scout." He said and transformed, guessing Tiburius' face whn he saw what Kris meant by monster.

"Hmm, how did Necra get in? She's also one of Ignus's creations. And how the hell did I get in? I'm the most evil and dangerous of all of them. Oh no. I've gone soft." His mind was racing with these thoughts. "And what was boss-man's power?" He remembered what he said. "Oh, I'll put my foot out of line when we kill Ignus. But he'll be to tired to help it." He moved his regrown arm. It felt like the one before, but it was still painful.

"The reason you guys could get in," Tiberius says turning around. "Is that your hearts. Even if you were evil, Your hearts had started to change. Kong's reasoning, not mine. Also, Kong must sense us coming. One of his powers." Tiberius saw Derven's demon face and was not shocked. Instead, he ran back down and pulled Derven into the barrier. Then, Tiberius smiled. "Don't worry," Tiberius talks to Derven as he walks on through. "If someone of a pure heart let's you enter, you can enter. Kong's Logic. Come on, It should take us around 30 minutes to walk up the stairs." Tiberius then ran next to Selene. *Why am Trying to stay next to Selene so much. Besides the fact she is beautiful and smart and cute, wait what?* Tiberius thinks to himself.

"Philosohy. Man had that boat sailed far from reason. My heart is nowhere near pure, 'cept pure mercinary. Eather that or i'm going soft." Carnage shook his head. For the first time since he had made the truce, he spoke: 'I've heard of Spiritual Man Kong, but I always thought he was mythical legend. I didn't know he was real.' He was only making conversation to lighten his constraints put on by his new team.

What... what was this? Sharon slowly regained consciousness. That tattoo probably would have killed her if she didn't black out first. That considered, there were many things strange about this situation.

 

First off, she was moving. Sharon just woke up so she couldn't see why she was moving, though it kind of felt like she was being carried. Perhaps Selene? Sharon thought. She slowly opened her eyes and saw Carnage among the group, making that the second strange thing. So perhaps he was finally convinced that evil overlords tended to not make good bosses. She knows firsthand, after all.

 

And third off, she could not feel Ignis' presence through the tattoo. Usually, it was like an all-seeing eye meant to keep Sharon's actions in check, and even while she had its approval, she could still feel it looming over her. But now, it was as if it wasn't even there. She wondered if Ignis would notice that Necra essentially disappeared from whatever radar he is using, but that was a minor consequence. Her mind was finally her own!

 

Of course, first, she would need to be put down. "Ugh..." She sounded a little lightheaded. "Could you put me down... Selene?" Sharon didn't really see who was carrying her, so she just said what she assumed earlier. "I'm awake and feeling better now."

Kris smiled and nodded. He continued walking and wondered bhow he had not got in and yet that Carnage, the guy who had tried to make a pin cushion of him just a few minutes ago, had got through. He just shrugged and moved on. He saw Tiburius walk up to Selene and instantly figured out what was going on. He chuckled then went quiet again, staying at the back of the group. He was the new guy and as he returned to his normal form he decided that untill he got better aquainted with the rest of the not-so-little-now group. He jogged to keep up and was wary of anymore barriers. He had a theory that he didn't get through because he was in his demon form, when in that form he had different emotions and thoughts. He just shrugged again and put his hand in his pocket, fingering the knife he had.

"It's to bad I'm not Selene Sharon," Tiberius said with a chuckle. "Are you sure you want me to put you down?" When Sharon nodded the affirmative, Tiberius put her down and looked at her making sure she could stand. He didn't want Sharon to fall, because it was a long way down. He also wanted to make sure that she was still capable of walking. "Sharon, I need you to walk by me, To make sure you don't fall down okay?"

"I'm okay," Sharon replied, stretching a bit. "In fact, I feel great!" Any hint of weariness or pain was gone from her voice. "Better than I have in a looong while, in fact," she added. She was just happy to be free from Ignis' grip, and didn't care whether or not it was unlike her to be that upbeat

 

"Oh yeah," Sharon slowed herself down a bit, returning to her normal tone of voice. "What *happened* to me while I was out cold?" Sharon asked. She needed to know whether or not to expect to have the tattoo examining her thoughts later on, and hopefully her allies would have the answers.

Selene smiled. "Glad to see you back on your feet, Sharon." she said, pushing the last of her jealousy to the back of her mind. Sharon was their friend, after all. "So we came to Kong's place and..." she looked to Tiberius for guidance on how to explain their actions so far.

She looked at the sky it was late afternoon already.
