RotJ was a book, but IS considered canon. And in Martha's first episode, they actually don't go to Earth. They go to the Moon, which is neutral territory. And the Judoon in SJA must have been renegades.

Well, there you go. They were employed by teh proclamation, who ARE Galactic Law. They could prolly bend the rules to capture the criminal.

No, they're canon to the series. Torchwood, SJA, K-9, they're spin-offs. The books aren't though.

Wandering stuggled as the handcuffs were placed on his wists. Yvonne clicked her fingers and soon he was Draged towords a black land Rover. While that happened, the Judoon was knocked out via a blowdart and secretly smuggled out via crate into a Armored lorry.

 

"Well; if you tell us your Races name, we wont have to do the Boring tests at torchwood." Yvonne asked as she climed into the Back seat of the land rover with Wandering. After they started to drive; she continued.

 

"Well, what is it?" She asked again. Wandering just looked down, silent. Soon he raised his head and faced the head of Torchwood. His hearts beats rose as she breathed out two words;

 

"Time lord". Yvonne face suddenly changed into shock.

"Well, 1995, Torchwood tower, great." the Dark Bringer said sighing looking into the time warper.

He stumbled out of his TARDIS approaching the nearest door.

"Humans, primitive apes." he said firing his Sonic Gun at the door. As he entered he noticed a computer showing a camera in a van heading here. He squinted harder and made out the faint outlines.

"Look at that! The Wandering and The Prophet, captured, by these primitive apes!" the Dark Bringer chuckled as he spoke.

As he watched a bit longer a security guard entered and said, "Oi, you, what ye doin' 'ere. No unauthorised personell here." he stated while frowning at him.

"Oh, do shut up!" the Dark Bringer said while firing his Sonic Gun at him. The man disintergrated into the air with a loud scream.

"Now lets go meet my 'hostages'!" the Dark Bringer said chuckling to himself.

The Author exited his TARDIS, the nigh-magical ship behind him transfiguring into an oblong blue-shape, similar to other statues he could see around and about him. He glanced down at his feet, and nodded at the dull blue dust.

 

He turned around to examine the planet in the distance. Life at the Edge of Existence was confined to the blue moon, Kil'Kalan, not the actual planet, which was full of contaminated and dangerous gasses. He wondered what strange people lived here; no records remained with the Time Lords, and he figured it was because they weren't notable enough.

 

Notable enough for him, however, he thought as he retrieved his pen.

As the Car appoched the Torchwood Tower, Yvonne noticed the Doors blasted open. She knew somthing was Not right. But she was more worryed about the Time lord she had Captured; She knew Wandering was the key for finding the Doctor, Torchwoods Enemy.

 

"Guards; Take him to the Restraint room and for the Rhino...To the Mortinary." The guards saluted Yvonne and soon draged out wandering. She stuggled but failed; with them tighting his Handcuffs as a peraution.

 

The tower was not Canary Wharf; but the BT Tower which was discuised as The famous telecom building in the heart of london. Soon though wandering was inside, near the top floor stapped to a chair. The room was not much; just 4 white walls, a table with recording equipemt, a See through glass window and a eletronicly sealed door.

As Yvonne stared through the window the Dark Bringer walked up to her.

"Give me him, now!" Dark Bringer shouted.

While at the Holding room; Prophet though to himself. His though about his Master plan; He so called "Revenge agenst the Universe...":

 

"That canaster; the Fuel sourse i got, but what about the Engery converter and the Zeta-Nutios impactor...yet alone a Gravity shift..." He thought.

"Don't even bother." Dark Bringer said confiscating the pistol.

"I am talking about 'the Prophet', secondly, I got here by using my brain and a....T..A...R...D..I..S. Lastly, I am the The Dark Bringer, a name rememberd through insanity and destruction. I do not fear you but you should fear....ME!" he shouted. An explosion erupted through the tower and the door exploded.

"I have just fused Xeno-Pyrato atoms with nuclear fission waves to create a big bada boom and oh yes, I'm a TIME LORD!" he laughed and shouted at the same time.

He grabbed Prophet from his chair and took him back to his TARDIS.

"Now where is your TARDIS?" the Dark Bringer asked.

The double doors guarding The Wandering from the outside world were pushed open, and a man seemingly in his early twenties came through, his hoodie's hood pushed down, revealing his long brown hair. His accent was a strong British one, but one who seemed to have picked it up over a while. His features with strange, his eyes almost green, but his mouth was curved into a smile.

 

The Artist straightened an imaginary tie, before opening a conversation with the captured man almost cheerfully; "Hello hello hello, what do we have here then?"

 

His eyes turned to The Dark Bringer, and he merely smiled yet again. "Oh dear, have I walked in on something wrong here? Oh well." Raising a light blue paintbrush, colourful energy darting through various power lines embedded upon it, he fired a single burst of energy from the tip towards The Dark Bringer, attempting to knock him away from The Wandering.

IC: Kris ran down the street where he had parked his TARDIS and Guess what. He knew the minivan was a bad Idea and now three minivans were parked there. "What am I talking about. I've got a sonic gl...." He looked at his fried Glove. "Oh, I forgot. I hate EMP's. Wll I'll just have to guess." He took the TARDIS key out of his pocket. The key 'pulled' to the one on the left. "Oh yeah, stupid me. The TARDIS key always wants to be with the TARDIS." He said, Facepalming himself. He ran inside the TARDIS And put in the controls to say 'Torchwood tower'. He looked on the screen outside and he was falling. "I'm an Idiot. Torchwood tower hasn't been made yet." He adjusted the controls and materialised in the bottom floors in a secluded area of BT tower.

Sensors indicate that the destination is Earth, circa 1995

"Hmph. The human race. A feeble species, not worth bothering about. But why does the scanner say there's danger...?" The Trooper gazed at the TARDIS Cam. It showed a derelict alley, littered with rubbish and cardboard boxes.

The Trooper took a small device from his back pocket. It was a box, layered with buttons and antennae. He flicked a switch.

"I hate disguising myself.." The Trooper grumbled. But, he can't have gone out of his TARDIS in his real form. The Trooper was a cyborg, a forced self-surgery he had to do to save his remaining lives. The Trooper had taken the form of another Time Lord. A Time Lord he once knew; a renegade who he was great friends with. He had taken the form of the Third Incarnation of the Doctor.

"Now, where's my blaster?" Trooper looked around his TARDIS in dismay.

"Ah!" He found it hanging on his coatstand, where it always was

"Damn rusting motherboard.." The Trooper threw on his jacket and stepped out of the TARDIS doors.

"Strange, that minivan has a lot of energy..." The Trooper cautiously edged towards it, his blaster primed...

OOC: Sorry, that would be kao's fault. I believe he put the wrong name for his character in his post.

 

His attack successful or not, he wasn't sure, but The Artist ducked to the control panel, his body hidden behind the large reactor in the center of the TARDIS. He began to program the computer to send the TARDIS to a certain point, hopefully unaware of The Dark Bringer.

OOC: The minivan (my TARDIS) Had dissappeared and is now in the BT tower, the current location of Torchwood.

 

IC: The prophet stepped out side and looked at his Tardis. It had taken the appearance of an out of order toilet cubicle in a mens bathroom. He stepped outside the empty bathroom and looked around. There was a sign on the end of the corridor that said 5 floor. He ran to an elevator and pushed a button to send him to the top floor. He arrived and stepped out of the elevator door only to see the Wandering, Yvonne and two other people he didn't know. One was holding a gun while the other was holding a paintbrush. He identified the one holding the paintbrush as a timelord as he could see the device was Sonic. "Let my guess. The painter or the artist." He said to the obvious Timelord. He then looked at the other one and wondered if he was a time lord too. He looked at Yvonne and said, "See, told you I didn't need you too pay for it. I had 7 more." And he waved his hand with the sonic glove on. He pointed it at the EMP device and said, "Don't wont you to disable it this time though."

Handheld Device (Example: Sonic Spanner): Portal Wristband (Lets user keep some items inside the band by sucking them in... and relase them. Oh and nothing too big.)

Bio (4+ Sentences): Ryan may be young be he is not short when it comes to skill, he is alone though so he looks for someone to help. He likes to go around fighting any well "Evil Aliens." But he has a good heart and is good, but he does not have anything to do, no one to talk to. He has a Siameses Kitten called Sarah though so he is not alone completely. He loves books so he has a libary in his Tardis, along with a guitar. Inside his tardis is about the size of a house with 11 rooms, but outside it is just a Private Aeroplane(the size of a big bus). To get into the House with 11 rooms (A.K.A. The Living Quarters) you have to walk down to the back of the Aeroplane and go into the Bathroom/Portal. The actual Driving seat is in the front of the jet.

"HAH! Kroton Dynotropic engines!" The Trooper beamed at his discovery. In the back of one minivan were 5 large, round engines.

"These beauts could probably run my TARDIS for 20,000 Milennia! What's in the other?" The Trooper aimed his blaster at the doors.

"Oh, my... What have we here?" The Trooper could feel his corcuits frying at the sight. Salvaged scrap. But ALIEN scrap. There was the respiraot unit of a Cyberman, Polycarbide, in liquid form. Tucked away at the back was an Ice Warrior's sonic cannon, obviously ripped from it's unlucky host. There was a veritable plethora in that van, just lying there...

"Ah, well! Finders keepres? Better scan for traps..." The Trooper flicked a switch on his blaster, which emitted a shrill bleeping noise.

"Hmm, no obvious traps..." The Trooper picked up an armful of "Found" goods and made his way to his TARDIS.

OOC: Magnet; Wandering is not with Yvonne. Hes at the Top of the BT Tower in a SECURE Intergation room. Gunnykid your Accepted. Please; this is geting crouded at the BT Tower; its a siege of time lords! Someone is going to regenerate at this rate!

 

Wandering was Stuggleing to free himself from the handcuffs; Unaware that below that the timelines have caused the last Time lords to arrive at Exactly the right time and place. Soon though, he had a Brainwave.

 

He kneled down and saw on the table a Splinter a size of a neeled down. Turning his back to it, aims his Handcuffs at the slimter. The wood slid into the key hole and after fiddlying with it, The handcuffs opened.

 

"Yes! Got it!" He whispered to himself before geting up and rushing over to the Door with the chair. Grabing it, he throws it at the door. The glass smashed without stuggle; Torchwood must had been cheep. Climing over the glass he rushes for the nearest elevator.
