Since people were disappointed by Sacrifice of Honor and Wiraqocha Rasca, I decided to post the versions I used in my fanfic The New Morning to see if I did any better:

 

Earthbound God Wiraqocha Rasca

DARK

Level: 10

[Winged Beast/Effect]

This card cannot be Special Summoned. You must Tribute 3 monsters to Tribute Summon this card. There can only be 1 face-up "Earthbound God" monster on the field. Destroy this card if there is no face-up Field Spell card. This card can attack your opponent directly. This card cannot be selected as an attack target. Once per turn, by Skipping your Battle Phase, make your opponent’s Life Points 100. Once per turn, you can return up to 3 cards you control to the Deck; then your opponent discards that many cards, and this card gains 1000 ATK for every card discarded by this effect.

Sacrifice of Honor

Normal Trap

Activate only when your opponent declares a direct attack. Negate the attack and add 1 "Earthbound God" monster from your Deck to your hand. Then, for every multiple of 1000 ATK the monster whose attack was negated has, Special Summon 1 "Sacrificial Stone Monument Token" (DARK/Rock-type/Level 1/ATK 0/DEF/ 0).

Anything that turns Sparks into gg must be broken somehow. When that anything can be summoned by a variety of cards (Limit Reverse and Mystic Tomato stick out as the most obvious choices), it's not exactly balancing that anything.

I see your point, so I'll fix it. You have to admit though; this would see way more play than what exists now.
