This card cannot be Special Summoned from your Graveyard. You can Special Summon this card during you or your opponent's turn when your opponent controls 2 or more monsters than you do. When this card is Special Summoned this way, remove from play monsters your opponent controls until both players have an equal number of monsters on the field. After this effect resolves, this card gains the following effect:

• Your opponent can only activate card effects during Main Phase 1 of their turn.

You can only control 1 "Disruptor Voltanius".

This card cannot be Special Summoned from your Graveyard. You can Special Summon this card from your hand during either player's turn when your opponent has at least 1 removed from play monster and 1 or more Level 5 or higher monsters on the field. When this card is summoned this way, remove cards in your opponent's hand or Graveyard from play up to the number of Level 5 or higher monsters they control. When this effect resolves, this card gains the following effect:

• Your opponent cannot send cards from their deck or hand to the Graveyard, remove cards in their Graveyard from play, or discard cards from their hand during their turn.

You can only control 1 "Disruptor Phaissir".

 

Passive Disruption

Quickplay Spell

Activate only when you control 1 or more monsters and your opponent controls 2 or more monsters with the same Type or Attribute. Discard 1 card from your hand and remove 1 "Disruptor" monster in your Deck from play and remove monsters your opponent controls from play until both players control an equal number of monsters. During your next End Phase after this card is activated, add 1 of your removed from play "Disruptor" monsters to your hand.

 

These are made with the following thought in mind: To completely disrupt strategies of current meta decks.

 

Voltanius completely stops Kalut, Honest, Shura, Colossal Fighter, Stardust(at times), most Counter Traps(at times), etc.

 

Phaissir stops PWWB, Divine Wrath, Rai Break, Lightsworns, Brionac, Honest, Kalut, Zombie Master, Destiny Draw, Solar Recharge, Charge of the Light Brigade, etc.

 

Passive just kind of screws them up.

 

Also, you may notice that I've tried to make the monster's summoning conditions depend on the opponent's actions to activate them, much like Gorz or Battle Fader.
