I have 2 parts of Exodia in the field, 2 in my hand. I activated Dimensionhole the previous turn on the last part of Exodia and now I retrieve it. Win.

 

If that is not valid, then:

I have Vennominaga with 2 Hyper-Venom Counters and Moja (or any monster with less than 500 ATK) in Attack Position; I got Creature Swap and Kuriboh in hand. I activate Creature Swap to give my opponent my Moja and take his/her Yubel. I attack with Vennominaga. Win.

 

EDIT: Oh yes, I got a Venom Boa in my Grave so Vennominaga gets the ATK boost.
