Tales of Wyndia [Not Accepting/Started] [PG-13]

This is my RP, Tales of Wyndia. It is based off of the "Tales of" video games, a series of japanese RPGs. However you do not need to have experience with any of the games to enjoy this RP. The plot is original as is everything else. I hope you enjoy it, I myself am looking forward to it. Oh, and as a surprise to him, Fenrir is the co-owner. Essentially, if he has issues with your app you'd best be changing it accordingly unless I see no issues with it.

Many say the land of Ventus was born of the wind. Now some would argue that's impossible, but what else can be said? The breezes are strong and the land seems to almost drift along on the wind. It has been accepted that a race of divine beings created the land below their dwelling places. Every 200 years the divine beings visit Ventus. They then chose 5 unborn children to inherit The Will of the Sky.

 

The Will of the Sky refers to legacy left by 5 heros of old. With the most unique of skills they set out to stabilize Ventus in its earliest years. According to the legend, when Ventus was created the winds were far too strong as was the presence of monsters and evil. Many humans cared only for survival and many were evil. The 5 heros stepped up and confronted the source of the evil. Wyndia. Wyndia was an enormous bird who plagued the people and wished for nothing short of Ventus' destruction. Upon defeating Wyndia the heros set out to help the people of Ventus prosper.

 

According to the legend the five sealed their abilities to help the land prosper. The divine beings were touched by their many sacrifices and used the sealed abilities to assist the land. Many years passed and soon the land began to become unstable yet again. The divine beings chose the next set of heros to inherit The Will of the Sky. Only these five could resolve the crisis. Apparently, Wyndia revives every 200 years.

 

Now the time of the Selection of the inheritors has been past for 17 years. The new group of heros will set out to restore order to the land of Ventus. But is all really as the legend says? Some things hold more than they appear to. The 5 will discover the truth and more as they set out to save their land.

Type of Character: (1. Melee- fights up front with short range weapons. 2. Long Range Mage- uses magic but is bad at fighting. 3. Close Range Mage- uses magic to compliment fighting skills. 4. Mid to long range Melee- fights with weapons but from a distance, ex- archers.)

Weapon and Fighting Style: (Describe what weapon your character uses and how they use it. If your character is a mage describe the magic they use.)

Artes: (Trade mark attacks that your character uses. A list of all artes from the series will be provided so you know what they should be like and how to name them. Please name each arte and describe what doing it looks like. Please try to make at least 10, though I might expect a bit more from mages.)

Blast Calibers (Otherwise known as Mystic Artes or Hi Ougis in the series. These are very flashy, very powerful, attacks. Examples of Blast Calibers will be provided so you know what to make them like and how to name them. As these are powerful, don't expect to use these too often. Please name and then describe one of each level. Inheritors of The Will of the Sky will also learn another level 3 in the story. For the purposes of the RP and preventing BC spamming using a blast caliber requires a certain level of energy, called Arles, from its user. Arles energy is built up by fighting and allows the use of Blast Calibers, attacks that no person could otherwise do. Once a Blast Caliber is used this power is set back to zero and the user is left to fight with their own strength again. Meaning, if you use a Blast Caliber and use another one shortly after you will be penalized for god-modding.)

[spoiler=Powers of The Will of the Sky.]

5 of the characters will have a unique ability that will be important to the plot. If your character is an inheritor you MUST have one of the following in your app and it cannot be taken.

Just a note, all of the inheritors have 空, kanji for sky, as a birthmark of sorts that spreads across their entire back. Other physical distinctions will be given.

 

1. Sense of Wind:(Taken by PrimalFear) This power makes the inheritor very in tune with minute changes of the ever-present winds of Ventus. The inheritor can often detect presences based on how the wind reacts and can even feel if the person is an enemy or not. This inheritor is also able to apply wind to their fighting style if trained to do so; they always are. One can recognize the inheritor of this ability by their dark green hair.

 

2. Thunderbird:(Taken by Marsuvees Black.) This inheritor will eventually be able to turn into the large Thunderbird, the Wyndia's sworn enemy. However, this power is not often realized until it is absolutely needed. The inheritor is born with wings that grow to come down to almost the ground and go past his/her head by almost a foot. Due to the nature of the ThunderBird, the user is often able to use lighting in their fighting style.

 

3. Link to Earth:(Taken by Ketodama) This inheritor is in tune with the land of Ventus itself. As such the inheritor often has the ability to use earth techniques in their fighting style. It is said that this power is absolutely required to stabilize Ventus. The inheritor is able to tell how much time Ventus has left until its destruction. To this inheritor, the planet is something more than just a place to live on; it's a living thing. A distinct physical characteristic of this inheritor is the various black markings and magical symbols running up the arms. It's said these markings are the Link.

 

4. The Transfiguring Eye:(Taken by Ninjew.) The power to transfigure. No one is quite certain what that means. It incorporates changing something but no one who hasn't seen it knows what it is and none of the users of the ability would say what it did. The inheritor's left eye is a normal eye color but the right eye's iris is a very pale blue; this same pale blue is also often the inheritor's hair color. This inheritor is often able to use water/ice in conjunction with their fighting style.

 

5. The Force of Connection:(Taken by me.) The final power is one of critical importance. It links the five together; without this link the Wyndia could never be defeated. The inheritor is often a passionate person, whose emotions and thoughts are often optimistic. This person connects the five together with a sort of burning life force. This inheritor is able to use fire in conjunction with their fighting. A distinct physical trait of this inheritor is the person's bright red/pink/orange hair and eyes.

 

 

[spoiler=Expanded Info on Character Types]

Close Range Melee

These characters used, you guessed it, a close range weapon. They are very strong physically, often sporting good offense and defense. They have little talent in magic. If one of these characters do know magic, it's often a simple healing spell. These characters do not take magical attacks very well. They don't all have to be, but these characters are often the fastest in the group.

 

Long Range Melee

These characters use weapons that attack from a decent distance. They have good offense but often low defense, hence they stay away from enemies. These characters often have better time with magic. These characters can use various attack/support magic. Though not great at it, they can take hits from magic better than close range fighters. These fighters are faster than mages but are by no means speedsters.

 

Long Range Mage

Long Range Mages have very little skill in physical attacks and defense. They don't take hits well and physically they can't dish them out. However they are amazing with magic as you might have guessed. They stay to the back and devastate the enemy with offensive magic or heal/support their allies with great skill. They are the slowest type of fighter.

 

Close Range Mage

Close Range Mages are sort of the all around fighters. They are good physically. They know how to fight up close and can take hits, within reason of course. They also have good skill blocking and using magic. In order to make up for mediocrity in both fighting and magic they often use both together. They have to be quick on their feet as they cant take too many hits without serious consequences.

 

 

 

[spoiler=Rules]

-God-Modding: I feel like I reuse the same things for every RP I make in regard to this rule. Well then, god-modding includes: controlling other users' characters, controlling NPCs, one-shot killing anything that I don't tell you can be killed easily, using Blast Calibers immediately, etc. God-modding will not be tolerated by any means. Do it and I will ask you to edit your post. Failure to do so might result in a neg or expulsion from the RP if you've annoyed me with it before. Continually god-mod and I will erase your character's existence from the RP, oh and you'll be kicked out too.

 

-Posting: As per the rules you need to post at least four lines in each post; though more is greatly preferred. If you start posting short then I will have to ask you to increase the length. One liners will not be tolerated. Ooc-only posts will not be tolerated either. Anything that would require an ooc-only post should be PMed to me or Fenrir instead.

 

-Activity: I want good activity, however I don't want overactivity. I don't want anyone to come in and have to read like 3 or more pages if they only were off for a few hours. However I don't want this to slow to a crawl. If at anytime you will be unable to post for an extended period of time please notify me if possible.

 

-About the Application: Please remember that I want detailed apps. Your bio in particular must be detailed and of decent length. Unless your character intrigues me greatly, simple apps will not be accepted.

 

-Acceptance Process: So you post your app, but as we all know that's just where it begins. I'll look over it and if I have any issues I'll tell you over pm. If you don't change the app then you essentially are telling me you don't really want to get into the RP; so you won't. Then I'll see if Fenrir has any issues with your app and if I view them as valid issues I will request you change them, again the request will be over pm. Once I see your app as acceptable I will notify you, in the thread, that you have been accepted. Then you must wait for the RP to begin. Once it has started I will pm you that it has begun and that you can post.

 

-Fights within the RP: Okay so I'm making you make an extensive Arte list and a few ultimate attacks (blast calibers). I don't expect every attack you do to involve an arte. I want you to think of the artes more as special attacks that are meant to get past the enemy's guard and hurt them. As said before I do not want Blast Calibers being used right off the bat. They are to be viewed as last-ditch efforts in a battle. Oh, and just so you know, the fights in tales of can defy the laws of physics SLIGHTLY. I don't mind your person being able to push off the air or jump a few feet in the air but nothing impossibly superhuman.

Weight: 120 lbs

 

 

Personality: Lucia is passionate and blunt. She says things how she sees it and often considers her own emotions. She wants to make friends badly. She's often happy but anything she thinks to be wrong angers her very easily. She'll defend what she cares for with everything she's got. She hates not being able to understand things and tries her best to understand everything she comes across; it helps that she's bright.

[spoiler=[b]Bio:[/b]] When the divine beings chose the unborn Lucia to inherit The Force of Connection, her parents were both happy and upset that she had been chosen. They were happy that she would be able to help the world but upset that so much responsibility would be forced on her that she wouldn't be able to enjoy her life. Sure enough, when she was born Lucia had the symbol on her back, pink hair, and deep red eyes.

 

Her whole town loved that they had an inheritor in their midst. As such they treated her with respect from an early age. However this also meant that the families kept their kids at a respectful distance. Lucia, who had no real idea what the mark on her back meant, was sad that she couldn't ever play with anyone. It didn't make sense to her and her parents didn't like it, however the other parents wouldn't listen.

 

Lucia's only friend during this time was a strange creature named Scipio. He, well they assumed it was male, appeared at the Yule household a few months after Lucia was born. He said that he was to protect the child of Connection. Lucia's parents weren't sure whether or not to trust such a strange creature. He refused to leave however and they shortly began to like him. Lucia grew up with Scipio always around and they quickly became best friends.

 

When she turned 12 she, like all other inheritors, was educated as to what she was and what her powers included. She was amazed at first but came to accept it. From that time she was trained in battoujutsu and how to use her limited fire manipulation. The kids her age still avoided her at this time, except for the other inheritors, until she told them to stop it. She told them that she wasn't anything special and that she simply wanted to have some friends. They finally felt like they could approach her and shortly Lucia had many friends.

 

Upon turning 17 she wast told of the quest she and the other inheritors would have to take in order to maintain Ventus. Though she's frightened of what her failure could result in she's determined to see the events through. She wants to know all about what really goes on in this adventure. Thankfully, Scipio can often assist in this issue.

 

 

Type of Character: Close Range Melee

Weapon and Fighting Style: Katana. Lucia very much uses a quick hit and run strategy in battle. She often uses battoujutsu, style where each attack is drawn from the sheath for increased speed. Though not skilled in magic, her ability as an inheritor allows her to manipulate fire around her sword briefly while attacking. She likes this as any cut she makes is seared shut and doesn't bleed.

-Demon Fang: Lucia slashes her sword out and a shock wave travels along the floor.

-Tiger Blade: Lucia slashes the enemy up into the air, jumps up, and then slashes it back down into the ground.

-Fiery Beast: Lucia's sword becomes surrounded by fire, she jumps out and slams her sword into the ground causing a small sphere of fire to explode outwards.

-Fang Blade: Lucia slashes down once, then immediately slashes up and drags the enemy up a few feet in the air.

-Crescent Strike: While on the ground, Lucia does a simple slash up and then a simple slash down; appears to be cutting a crescent moon.

-Rising Phoenix: Lucia jumps straight up into the air ready to draw her sword. She then dives forward at an angle. As she passes the enemy she makes a quick draw attack while her sword is surging with flames.

-Infernal Torrent: Lucia slashes outward and an arc of fire follows her slash.

-Searing Gale: Lucia jumps into the air, fire surging about her. She then crashes her sword into the ground and flames surge up in a circle a few feet around her.

-Air Raid: Lucia knocks the enemy into the air with her sheathed sword then delivers three quick slashes, the last of the three having fire added to it.

-Void Tempest: Lucia performs a horizontal quick draw that creates a vacuum within the range of the attack. Air inside a body rips through the skin in the presence of a vacuum. As such the attack makes some nasty cuts without actually cutting.

-Raging Blast: Lucia uses her right hand, her weaker hand not holding the katan, and a small sphere of red energy forms inside of it. She slams this into the enemy and then it explodes outward. If she tries hard enough she can throw the sphere to use it as a projectile.

-Dragon's Roar: Lucia draws her sword and two dragons made of flames erupt off the edge as it swings. The dragons fly out and burn the enemy multiple times and end with a bite.

-Steel: Lucia concentrates her energy, temporarily increasing her defense to both physical and magical attacks.

-First Aid: Basic healing spell. Can heal minor injuries; either her own or allies. Though she is not a healer by any means.

 

 

Blast Calibers

Level 1: Crimson Reaper. Lucia does a fiery slash to knock the enemy into the air. She then knocks the enemy further up with a few kicks and hits from her sheathed sword. Then at the top she draws her sword, charges it with energy and fire and slashes the enemy back to the ground.

Level 2: Severing Hellfire. Lucia draws her sword and chains of fire fly out at the enemy. She sheaths it and the chains wrap around the opponent and begin to burn him/her. The chains latch into the ground so the opponent cant move. Lucia then readies to draw her sword, then she moves straight past the opponent at amazing speed. During the dash she draws her sword and slashed the enemy. As soon as this hits the fire in the from her sword forms multiple arrows that crash in on the enemy once she comes to a stop past her opponent.

Level 3: Inferno Distortion. Lucia unleashes large amounts of flames that form a sphere around the enemy. The fire then starts moving at great speeds, some parts clockwise, and other parts counter clockwise. The enemy becomes disoriented very quickly. Just trying to see inside the sphere puts great strain on the enemy. Lucia then dashes in and out of the sphere slashing at the enemy as she passes. After 10 lighting quick dash attacks she stops next to the enemy, knocks them into the air with a few slashes, and then causes the whole massive sphere of fire to simultaneously crash in on the opponent.

Vis Donum is the power to communicate with nature, IE: Living beings. Scipio can communicate with other animals, people, even plants. Not only this, but he can take the form of an animal or plant he has seen. Depending on the length of the last time he's seen his target form, he can only stay in the form for a certain amount of time. IE: If he's staring at his target form, he can stay as it for as long as he wants. If he saw it a minute ago, he can stay in it for 3 hours. If he saw the target form a week ago or more, he can stay in it for 2 minutes.

Scipio himself does not know how he was created. He doesn't remember anything of his past, nor his parents. His powers are a mystery to him; he has them, but doesn't know how he got them. In essence, he doesn't know crap about his past. Only the present. However, given his love for certain human foods and knowledge of information generally restricted to humans; it can be said that he was a human. One of the only things he does know, is that his duty is to protect Lucia and her companions. Well, mostly Lucia.

Personality: DArk and Sneering. Normally aloof, yet light hearted. Wise, yet vile. COnflicting.

Bio: He is from a small village. Born with wings, heterochromic eyes, and the kanji on his back, he was shunned from birth, by the village. Only his parents loved him, and he was happy. A few years later, his parents were killed, and he was branded as a monster. They tried to kill him, but he lost memory of that night. When he came to, his attackers were detroyed, looking burnt, maybe hit by lightning? Since then, he was alone. He was about 8 at the time. He is a very conflicted individual, like his eyes. You could almost say split personality. Now, he is travelling the world, and doing whatever he pleases. Some people noted his kindness, while others noted his cruelty. He now resides in a mountain cave, fending for himself, and only coming down to buy supplies from a nearby town.

Type of Character: Long Range mage.

Weapon and Fighting Style:

Mage's Staff. Wear out opponents from afar, and harm them with magic.

-Dark Judgement

Judgement with purple pillars of light.

-Fireball: Shoots 3 medium sized fireballs outward.

-Eruption: A hole emerges in the ground and then lava surges upward in several bursts.

-Flame Lance: A large lance, made of flame, launches outward at the opponent.

-Explosion: A seemingly small burst of fire falls directly above the enemy. Upon hitting the ground the fire explodes outward in a large sphere.

 

-Lightning: Basic spell, single small lighting strike hits.

-Thunder Arrow: 3 spheres of lightning form around the opponent. They connect in a triangle fashion and shock everything inside with a lot of force.

-Thunder Blade: Like flame lance, only it's a large concentration of thunder and it's much stronger.

 

-Dark Sphere: A dark magic circle appears on the enemy. It then sends two strong waves of dark energy through the enemy.

-Negative Gate: A sphere of darkness appears above the enemy. The power then surges outward hitting anything inside of it many times.

-Bloody Howling: The floor below the enemy turns a dark purple. Then a large amount of dark purple and red flames erupts upward.

-Banishing Sorrow: The user swings their staff directly in front of them. Anything directly in front of the staff is hit with a lot of force, similar to a professional boxer's knock out punch.

-Pow Hammer: lol, this one is just for the lulz. The user raises their staff and a small toy hammer appears and falls on the enemy. The enemy is stunned for a second or two.

-Severing Fate: The user jumps up, swings their staff, and a magic triangle appears below the enemy that cuts the enemy multiple times.

Level 1: Dark Thunder - Black and purple lightning sears an enemy.

Level 2: Yami Shock - When enraged, his wings open up, and he begins to fly. He goes up to enemies and exposes them to huge amounts of Black Lightning. Can fly from this point on in battle.

Level 3: Yomiraitori - Turns into the thunderbird, but purple and black, and begins to attack any, and every, enemy in sight, either physically or magically. Can carry people into the sky, stab them with his talons/beak, or just plain shock them. Wears him out.

Personality: An all around nice guy who looks after his comrades. Doesn't usually get involved in fights, but when he does he makes sure not to lose. On the other hand, if he gets angry he will start fights and end them quickly. He cares for all, except when angry, and tries to make the best of everything. Kisune hates to see people hurt, but he will protect them at any cost.

Just before birth the divine beings chose him as the boy who who take on The Transfiguring Eye. His parents were pleased that this would happen though they were also very sad. At birth he was noted at having 2 different eye colors. One being green and the other a pale blue. His hair seemed to match this pale blue however, which was quite odd of any hair color. Even the tattoo on his back was sign enough that he had been given one of the powers.

 

At the age of five, Kisune began noticing that he had powers then everyone else. He began to secretly train it through all the years until he could use it without problems. The reason he did it in secret was because he didn't want to be cast off as the weird one. Though he knew that his hair color and different eye color already did it.

 

When he hit the age of 12 his parents both died suddenly and he didn't know what was going on. He had to survive on his own and live on his own. Sometimes he used his ability to survive, but only when it was needed. He then left his town in search for a better place to stay. Soon he met Lucia and became quick friends. He then made his home near hers, but not very close.

 

At the age of 17 he was told of his quest and what he had to do. He wasn't afraid of failure, but he wanted to be sure he did what was needed. He continues to train in preparation for the leave. Often with Lucia, so that they can be a better team.

 

Type of Character: Melee

Weapon and Fighting Style: Jadocin [Jade Sword]. Kisune uses this as his main weapon. This is basicly his full offensive weapon because its his main weapon. He usually only uses this to fight, besides his own two hands.

Demon Fang - Kisune swings his sword along the ground, releasing a wave of energy.

 

Crescent Strike - Kisune slashes up, then slashes down again, slicing a fictitious moon.

 

Void Tempest - Kisune horizontally slashes in an arc in front of himself.

 

Tiger Blade - Kisune jumps with an uppercut, slices whilst in the air,

then comes down with a chop.

 

Tempest - Kisune somersaults multiple times in the air,

his sword striking anything in its path.

 

Beast - Energy is blasted out in a form of a ferocious beast.

 

Final Cross - Kisune runs his sword along the ground twice, creating a cross pattern, and with a commanding point of the sword, light explodes from it.

 

Dragon's Skin - Kisune hardens his energy, which makes a dragon like scale skin on his body. This protects from all magic attacks and element attacks.

 

Dragon's Eyes - Kisune focuses his energy into his eyes and is able to see heat energy from a person or a thing with heat.

 

Triple Slash - Kisune holds his sword in a reverse grip while running at the opponent. Then upon passing he slashes upwards through their body. Then he quickly spins and slashes their back after spinning the blade into a normal grip. Then he stabs them through the back.

 

Splitter - Kisune stabs his sword into the ground and a large crack spreads towards the opponent.

 

Blast Calibers

Level 1: Freezing Rain - The sky begins to rain and anything the raindrops hit will freeze upon Kisune's will. The part of the body that gets hits, freezes into ice completely. This is meant for slowing down the opponent.

Level 2: Frozen Arms - Kisune becomes covered in ice and anything he touches can begin to turn into ice. The ice also acts like a suit of armor, protecting him from almost everything. Everywhere he walks begins to freeze, the ground turning to ice. He is also able to shoot ice needles out of his body. The same effect happens if a needle strikes the opponent like the rain, freezing the part that gets struck.

Level 3: Ice Age - Kisune can summon a sphere of ice around and area or and opponent. He can move the sphere once its been summoned in case he misses. This is purely meant for freezing the opponent in ice, or trapping them in an area. Their body temperature begins to drop, putting them in a deep hypothermia. Soon their body shuts down and they die. Everything in the area such as plants, die.

Also, a note on the characters. I greatly encourage that the inheritors know each other, even if only a bit. Making characters long term friends and love interests is not only okay but encouraged. (It's Tales of so this should be common.)

Here's the app I promised. Since most of the Inherited traits are taken already I'll be one without one.

 

Name: Orepalos the Black

 

Inheritor of the Will of the Sky: No

 

Age: Uncertain

 

Gender: Male

 

Appearance: Very tall and skinny frame, about 7' 8". His face is obscured by a black helmet similar to a Corinthian helmet, except that instead of a plume, a horn protrudes from the front. His body is obscured by a black full body robe. He has a permanent hunch that casts a shadow over the front of his body. His eyes glow red from under the shadow of his helmet. His arms are armoured with a flexible metal that allows full movement while providing protection. He carries a tall ebony staff topped with a large onyx tetrahedron which seems to be a focal point of his power.

 

Personality: Despite his foreboding appearance, Orepalos is not a force for evil. He is a good being, helping out people with their problems, no matter how big or small. His magic does deal with the dark side of the arcane, but it did not corrupt him. He makes money by selling healing herbs and potion and gived whatever he doesn't need to the poor, who still fear and resent him. He is rather loney because of this and always tries to make friends.

 

Bio: Orepalos' past is uncertain to most people. According to Orepalos, he was once an ordinary scholar until he came across a book containing dark rituals, which he did not know at the time. Without knowing it, he cast an eternal curse upon himself, a spell of an eternal life of suffering. His body withered into a husk and he always felt thirsty and hungry. His whole body ached beyond human endurance. Most people would die from his condition, but he wouldn't. His curse kept him alive, not being able to die no means. He tried poison, hanging, slashing his neck, but this only brought him additional suffering. His body refused to die and he was trapped within it. He eventually accepted the curse and now finding a way to lift the curse by studying the dark magics.

 

Type of Character: Long Range Mage

 

Weapon and Fighting Style: Dark Staff | Dark Magic (not including necromancy)

Dark Bolt: This spell does not require an incantation. He simply holds out his staff and a black bolt of energy strikes his enemy.

 

Dark Tongue: This spell does not require an incantation. He simply holds out his staff and a stream of dark energy swirls around his enemy and holds them in place for a few seconds.

 

Breath of Abbadon: After saying an incantation, a cloud of black noxious gas forcefully blasts from the top of his staff at his enemies that can poison them.

 

Fist of Focalor: After the incantation, a powerful gyser of water bursts from under his enemies, drowning them in a jet of hot steam and water.

 

Wrath of Mammon: After the incantation, a flurry of gold coins and treasure blasts out of the top of his staff, smashing into his enemies with incredible force. The treasure can be gathered after the battle's end.

 

Care of Uphir: After the incantation, a glow of dark light appears on an ally of choice. The dark light heals their wounds while draining a part of their mana/TP.

 

Stranglehold of Nicor: After the incantation, wind bursts from his staff and creates a twister around an enemy or group of enemies. This twister lifts them into the air while smashing them into eachother before violently throwing them to the ground.

 

Minions of Merihim: After the incantation, swarms of locusts and rats burst from the ground around Orepalos and assail his enemies. They are easily killed and shaken off.

 

Teachings of Leonard: Orepalos calls upon Leonard, the demon of the dark artes and asks for his aid. This gives Orepalos increased magical power and defence.

 

Grip of Lucifer: After the incantation, a snake of light streams out of his staff, coiling around his enemies, burning them with the light of the morning sun.

 

Slumber of Cresil: After the incantation, a grey cloud of smoke wafts from his staff that lulls his enemies into a slumber. Even the strongest enemies get drowsy and become slower and weaker with sloth.

Level 1: Black Inferno

Orephalos calls upon all his power to summon black flames from hell, which covers his enemies. His enemies take immense damage from these flames, which cannot be put out by any means.

Level 2: Gaze of Mephisto

Orephalos calls upon all his power to summon a massive hideous eye from his staff, which paralyzes all with fear. This eye will also fire beams of fire from it's pupil on Orephalos' enemies.

Level 3:Duriel

Orephalos calls upon all his power to open a portal to hell, where Duriel, a massive scorpion like monster bursts out from. It attacks his enemies with scythe-like claws and infernal flames of hell.

Personality: Hayate is a quiet man who rarely interacts with others unless it is necessary, he tends to sit and observe people and situations only acting when it is of the utmost importance. When he talks it is usually short sometimes only with one word being uttered. Hayate enjoys practicing his skills in Martial arts as well as his abilities gained through the will of fire. His favorite food is eggplant and he dislikes unsweetened tea. He is tough but fair with the others but tends to take things to seriously. He wishes to prove himself an ally with the rest of the inheritors.

Bio: The day Hayate was born he was left in a orphanage by his parents afraid of what powers he would posess. As he grew older his hair and eye color started to turn orange, due to this and his mysterious markings on his back no family wished to accept him as their kid. When he turned 15 he ran away from the orphanage and began training with a Monk who taught him many different Martial Arts.

 

After the death of his teacher Hayate continued to train in his martial arts styles. He soon began having weird night mares that saw him possessing great abilities, As he turned 17 he was told about his gift and what he was destined for. He began to train furiously for the upcoming battle they lay ahead, only to have his dreams crushed. The Inheritor's of the Will of the Sky saw Hayate as a threat due to his built up anger and taking things way to serious which lead to deaths of innocent people while training. He was soon stripped of his title as an Inheritor and could know longer Link the 5 Inheritors together. Though he was stripped of this power his power to control Fire, and his bright orange hair and eyes remained. Upon his back lay a scar across the markings that was cut into him removing his title and link ability.

 

Though he was no longer a Inheritor of the will of the sky, he continued to train for 4 long years in order to help the newest Inheritors finish the job he was chosen for. The new Inheritors see Hayate as a burden to their job and though they respect his will and courage to continue his fight, they saw him as a failure.

Type of Character: Close Range Mage

Weapon and Fighting Style: Uses a single Katana with his superior martial art skills; Kendo, Kenjutsu, Muso Shinden Ryu, Daitō-ryū. Do to being a former Inheritor he possesses some skill in Controlling fire.

1: Kendo Slash - Is a slash with his right arm from his left side waist point at an 40 degree angle.

2: Kendo Barrage - A series of slashes from one shoulder to the oppoesite waist point, then switching to the other shoulder.

3: Kenjutsu Stab - Holding the chain on his Katana he does a 360 degree spin launching his blade at the enemy.

4: Kenjutsu Barrier - Is a Sword/Magic attack where Hayate runs his blade along the ground creating a Barrier of dust.

5: Musho Ryu slash - Using the chain on his Katana he swings his sword in a circle above his head, then he launches it at a opponent with a slash.

6: Serpents Feather - Throwing his blade in the air above the opponent he runs toward them with a series of Kicks before the blade would fall to stab his opponent.

7: Daitō-ryū Spin - Hayate spins his blade in a circle over his wrist when he is attacked hand to hand. Hitting his opponent with the handle of the blade in a pressure point stopping the attack.

8: Daitō-ryū Pistol - Using the chain on his Katana he can hit his opponents with his Katana on a pressure point in the chest that knocks them back 5 feet.

9: Daitō-ryū Finger - Using his finger Hayate draws a line on the ground which if the opponent steps on would cause a current to go through their feet and fall to the ground.

10: Daitō-ryū touch - Hayate kicks the opponent in the arm, hitting a preassure point, then with a touch of his finger knocks the opponent to his knees.

Personality: Rayge is a very calm, if removed, individual. He is content to be left alone to go about his Business. He is very friendly when he opens up, and if he does open up to you, well then he'll be your friend until he dies. He would die to protect any of his friends, and after leaving the cavern of Hammer will not hesitate to fight to protect. He is always in touch with the earth, and has the relationship with Ventus that most boys have with their Mothers. With the exception that he never argues and is always loving towards Ventus.

[spoiler=[b]Bio[/b]] Rayge never knew his parents. They knew what the black symbols of the earth upon his arms meant, and they abandoned him. He was left as a small infant lying in the shade of a sturdy oak tree. A small silver hammer was upon a chain around his neck. The abbot of a nearby temple saw the basket lying in the shade, and came to find him, laying in it soundly asleep. The abbot heard the whisperings of the earth spirits about him and knew without even seeing the markings that this was the Earth Inheritor.

 

The abbot found a small note left within the basket beside him. The note only said "Rayge, of the house of Hammer". The abbot had only seen "House of Hammer" once before. And that was upon the doors into a secret chamber within the Mountain upon which his Monastery sat. He brought the child back to the monastery and raised him as his own. Rayge grew up like a normal boy, save the fact that all the other boys his age in the village surrounding the monastery were terrified of him. The monastery in which he grew up was far to the west of the homes of any other Inheritors so he never knew the comfort of their presence. He did always have one person with him. A being he referred to as "Mother" always spoke to him and offered guidance.

 

At the age of 10, Rayge began the life of a monk. He never needed to meditate, as he was always at peace with the world around him. One day when he was sent out into the market on an Errand, he saw a young girl being attacked by a gang of five boys his age. He stepped forth and commanded them to leave her alone. They turned around and struck at him. It was that day that he discovered the destructive nature of his powers. A single enraged strike to each of them and they were turned to stone. Ever since that day he vowed never to use his strength or powers for destruction.

 

By the age of fifteen, he had become every bit the proper monk. He was always at peace and emanated peace into the world around him. However, Rayge began to sense something was wrong with "Mother". he told the Abbot about this and, finally after having to keep the child he saw as his own from this terrible fate the abbot told him everything. "Mother" was the spirit of Ventus, and soon after learning everything, Rayge began to be able to directly tell how much time she had left. Now, on the day of his seventeenth birthday, Rayge tries to hide from his Destiny. He has no desire to fight or see any destruction caused by his hands. Since that day in the market, he has trained himself and made himself immensely strong and tough. "Mother" taught him how to control his powers so as to never again accidentally harm someone. He knows many destructive arts, but a few very powerful restorative ones as well. On this day, he shall venture forth into the Cavern of his Ancestors and he will learn all there is to know about himself, and the powerful weapon held within.

 

Type of Character:Close Range Melee

Weapon and Fighting Style: Currently; Unarmed. He fights in a defensive manner, working to tire out his opponent rather than to strike them down with his own strength. He uses no weaponry and refuses to use it. He fights hand to hand and will occasionally use his defensive Artes to prevent harm from coming to himself.

 

After the journey into the cavern; The legendary Warhammer "Mountain Hewer". He fights fiercely and savagely, crushing enemies with the full force of his strength. He still uses unarmed combat very frequently and is still as skilled with his defenses as ever. He channels his powers of earth through "Mountain Hewer" allowing him to unleash terribly devastating attacks.

*Terran Fist-Rayge channels the power of the Earth into his fists, making them as strong and hard as Granite. He then Charges his opponent, striking them in the torso with his fists, once per fist.

*Ventus' Open Hand-Rayge channels the healing powers of the earth into his hand, laying it directly upon a specific injury and completely healing it.

*Terran Wall-Rayge slams his palm into the ground, generating a wall of pure granite to defend all those behind it.

*Terran Gift-Rayge calls upon the earth spirits to strengthen his allies, allowing them to deal greater damage with all attacks. As well as take less damage from physical attacks.

*Ventus' Blessing-Rayge calls upon the earth spirits to heal the majority of the minor to moderate injuries upon an ally or himself.

*Ventus' Shield-Rayge lifts his hands to the sky, calling upon the earth spirits to defend himself or one ally. This creates a barrier of solid granite which completely surrounds them.

*Terran Strike-Rayge slams his fist into the ground, causing spikes of earth to shoot up from underneath his enemies, dealing damage to them.

*Ventus' Prison-Rayge slams his palm into the Sternum of an enemy, calling upon the Earth Spirits to imprison them in stone, doing no damage but immobilizing them.

*Mountain's Fall-Rayge bashes an enemy in the chest with the small pointed top of Mountain Hewer, before bringing it up above them and slamming it down upon them,aiming to strike either the head or shoulder.

*Mountain's Collapse-Rayge brings Mountain Hewer in an upwards arc, slamming it into the groin of an enemy and using the force to send them slightly into the air. He next brings Mountain Hewer up above his head and waits as they fall. When the reach about the level of his chest, he slams Mountain Hewer back down into them.

*Mountain's Vengeance-Rayge spins in a circle, slamming Mountain Hewer into his opponent again and again up to ten times.

*Terran Break-Rayge hefts his hammer to the sky with one hand, before bringing it down with immense force back down to the ground in front of him. This causes the ground to fracture and break beneath his foe(s), opening various cracks into which they fall, trapping their feet and legs.

 

Blast Calibers

Level 1 Terran Anger-Rayge slams Mountain Hewer into the ground and then lifts it to the sky. This causes the ground beneath all of his foes to shatter and collapse, before flying forth into the sky above them, dealing damage to them. He then slams Mountain Hewer back into the ground, causing the fractured pieces of ground to slam back down upon them, burying them under a mountain of broken ground

Level 2 Mountain's Rise and Fall- Rayge slams Mountain Hewer into the ground, causing a massive three-thousand foot spire of stone to grow forth underneath his foe(s), slamming into them on the way up. He then throws himself into the air with the aid of the Earth, rising up just above them and then falling down onto the mountain-top, slamming Mountain Hewer into the peak. This causes the mountain to rapidly collapse, dealing damage as the tons and tons of stone fall upon them.

Level 3 Ventus' Revenge- Rayge calls upon Mother Ventus to lend him her power. His body becomes stone and nearly indestructible at this time. He then rushes his opponent, holding Mountain Hewer behind him as he charges. He then brings Mountain Hewer upwards in a direct strike at his opponent's chest. It's most of the destructive ones, eh? I've taken a look back at them and made some changes, hope i fixed what needed to be fixed. Sorry about that, sometimes I get a little carried away making powers.

 

I was referring to the healing ones.

 

I mean when you look at this guy's stats, and the fact that he's warrior based; then add on the fact that he can revive and full heal...

Ah, the healing ones. I honestly thought they made sense. And yeah, there really should have been a point limit. It didn't occur to me at the time but it makes sense. Regardless I think I'll keep at least two of the healing spells. I'm definitely going to get rid of the resurrection one though, probably gonna nerf the full healing one.

When he talks it is usually short sometimes only with one word being uttered. Hayate enjoys practicing his skills in Martial arts as well as his abilities gained through the will of fire. His favorite food is eggplant and he dislikes unsweetened tea. He is tough but fair with the others but tends to take things to seriously. He wishes to prove himself an ally with the rest of the inheritors.

Bio: The day Hayate was born he was left in a orphanage by his parents afraid of what powers he would posess. As he grew older his hair color changed from a blond to a dark green, due to this and his mysterious markings on his back no family wished to accept him as their kid. When he turned 15 he ran away from the orphanage and began training with a Monk who taught him many different Martial Arts.

 

After the death of his teacher Hayate continued to train in his martial arts styles. He soon began having weird night mares that saw him possessing great abilities, As he turned 17 he was told about his gift and what he was destined for. He began to train furiously for the upcoming battle they lay ahead, combining old fighting styles with his power to control the wind. Hayate met the other 4 Inheritors, but do to his seriousness he never became emotionally attached in case something happened.

 

After becoming a Inheritor of the will of the sky, he continued to train for a few months before now in order to master his abilities and finish the job he was chosen for.

Type of Character: Close Range Mage

Weapon and Fighting Style: Uses a single Katana with his superior martial art skills; Kendo, Kenjutsu, Muso Shinden Ryu, Daitō-ryū. Do to having Sense of Wind he can use wind based attacks as well.

4: Kenjutsu Barrier - Is a Sword/Magic attack where Hayate runs his blade along the ground creating a Barrier of dust.

5: Musho Ryu slash - Using the chain on his Katana he swings his sword in a circle above his head, then he launches it at a opponent with a slash.

6: Serpents Feather - Throwing his blade in the air above the opponent he runs toward them with a series of Kicks before the blade would fall to stab his opponent.

7: Daitō-ryū Spin - Hayate spins his blade in a circle over his wrist when he is attacked hand to hand. Hitting his opponent with the handle of the blade in a pressure point stopping the attack.

8: Daitō-ryū Pistol - Using the chain on his Katana he can hit his opponents with his Katana on a pressure point in the chest that knocks them back 5 feet.

9: Daitō-ryū Finger - Using his finger Hayate draws a line on the ground which if the opponent steps on would cause a current to go through their feet and fall to the ground.

10: Daitō-ryū touch - Hayate kicks the opponent in the arm, hitting a preassure point, then with a touch of his finger knocks the opponent to his knees.

Level 1: Rising Sword - Hayate would fly forward with extreme speed and hit his opponent with a series of slashes with his sword. Jumping up above the enemy he charges his sword with Wind for a crushing strike which would send out a wave of wind knocking the enemy back to the ground.

 

Level 2: Tornado Wind - Hayate spins very fast and launches a small tornado at the opponent, causing them to spin around wildly and setting them up for an additional combo.

 

Level 3: Fuijin Limit/Release - Hayate can fully manipulate the wind either increasing the surrounding winds for attacks or defensive purposes or decreasing them for the same purpose.

And that was upon the doors into a secret chamber within the Mountain upon which his Monastery sat. He brought the child back to the monastery and raised him as his own. Rayge grew up like a normal boy, save the fact that all the other boys his age in the village surrounding the monastery were terrified of him. The monastery in which he grew up was far to the west of the homes of any other Inheritors so he never knew the comfort of their presence. He did always have one person with him. One day when he was sent out into the market on an Errand, he saw a young girl being attacked by a gang of five boys his age. He stepped forth and commanded them to leave her alone. They turned around and struck at him. It was that day that he discovered the destructive nature of his powers. A single enraged strike to each of them and they were turned to stone. Ever since that day he vowed never to use his strength or powers for destruction.

 

By the age of fifteen, he had become every bit the proper monk. He was always at peace and emanated peace into the world around him. However, Rayge began to sense something was wrong with "Mother". he told the Abbot about this and, finally after having to keep the child he saw as his own from this terrible fate the abbot told him everything. "Mother" was the spirit of Ventus, and soon after learning everything, Rayge began to be able to directly tell how much time she had left. Now, on the day of his seventeenth birthday, Rayge tries to hide from his Destiny. He has no desire to fight or see any destruction caused by his hands. Since that day in the market, he has trained himself and made himself immensely strong and tough. "Mother" taught him how to control his powers so as to never again accidentally harm someone. He knows many destructive arts, but a few very powerful restorative ones as well. On this day, he shall venture forth into the Cavern of his Ancestors and he will learn all there is to know about himself, and the powerful weapon held within.

 

Type of Character:Close Range Mage

Weapon and Fighting Style: Currently; Unarmed. He fights in a defensive manner, working to tire out his opponent rather than to strike them down with his own strength. He uses no weaponry and refuses to use it. He fights hand to hand and will occasionally use his defensive Artes to prevent harm from coming to himself.

 

After the journey into the cavern; The legendary Warhammer "Mountain Hewer". He fights fiercely and savagely, crushing enemies with the full force of his strength. He still uses unarmed combat very frequently and is still as skilled with his defenses as ever. He channels his powers of earth through "Mountain Hewer" allowing him to unleash terribly devastating attacks.

*Terran Wall-Rayge slams his palm into the ground, generating a wall of pure granite to defend all those behind it.

*Terran Gift-Rayge calls upon the earth spirits to strengthen his allies, allowing them to deal greater damage with all attacks. As well as take less damage from physical attacks.

*Ventus' Blessing-Rayge calls upon the earth spirits to heal the majority of the minor to moderate injuries upon an ally or himself.

*Ventus' Shield-Rayge lifts his hands to the sky, calling upon the earth spirits to defend himself or one ally. This creates a barrier of solid granite which completely surrounds them.

*Terran Strike-Rayge slams his fist into the ground, causing spikes of earth to shoot up from underneath his enemies, dealing damage to them.

*Ventus' Prison-Rayge slams his palm into the Sternum of an enemy, calling upon the Earth Spirits to imprison them in stone.

*Mountain's Fall-Rayge bashes an enemy in the chest with the small pointed top of Mountain Hewer, before bringing it up above them and slamming it down upon them,aiming to strike either the head or shoulder.

*Mountain's Collapse-Rayge brings Mountain Hewer in an upwards arc, slamming it into the groin of an enemy and using the force to send them slightly into the air. He next brings Mountain Hewer up above his head and waits as they fall, slamming his War Hammer down into them.

*Mountain's Vengeance-Rayge spins in a circle, slamming Mountain Hewer into his opponent again and again up to ten times.

*Terran Break-Rayge hefts his hammer to the sky with one hand, before bringing it down with immense force back down to the ground in front of him. This causes the ground to fracture and break beneath his foe(s), opening various cracks into which they fall, trapping their feet and legs.

 

Blast Calibers

Level 1 Terran Anger-Rayge slams Mountain Hewer into the ground and then lifts it to the sky. This causes the ground beneath all of his foes to shatter and collapse, before flying forth into the sky above them, dealing damage to them. He then slams Mountain Hewer back into the ground, causing the fractured pieces of ground to slam back down upon them, burying them under a mountain of broken ground

Level 2 Mountain's Rise and Fall- Rayge slams Mountain Hewer into the ground, causing a massive three-thousand foot spire of stone to grow forth underneath his foe(s), slamming into them on the way up. He then throws himself into the air with the aid of the Earth, rising up just above them and then falling down onto the mountain-top, slamming Mountain Hewer into the peak. This causes the mountain to rapidly collapse, dealing damage as the tons and tons of stone fall upon them.

Level 3 Ventus' Revenge- Rayge calls upon Mother Ventus to lend him her power. His body becomes stone and nearly indestructible at this time. He then rushes his opponent, holding Mountain Hewer behind him as he charges. He then brings Mountain Hewer upwards in a direct strike at his opponent's chest. He strikes only once, but the fury of Ventus is channeled into this strike, causing it to do damage equivalent to, say, The Earth's moon slamming into them at mach 8. If he is dropped from above his Foe, he can perform the same strike upon them from above.

Okay so I like it except that as a close ranged mage you shouldn't have any stat at even 8 really; of course I won't make you do that. Your character is one who is not great at physical fighting or magical fighting. As such he compensates by using both. Please change the stats accordingly. And I hate to tell you that no one can strike with the force in your level 3 blast caliber. The moon traveling at moch 8? I don't think so.

Just for your information, the mass of the moon is 7.3477 x 10^22 kg. If we assume the speed of sound is it's speed at freezing point, Mach 8 is 2656 metres per second. Force is mass times velocity. That means that the force of impact would be 189276752000000000000000000 Newtons. In comparison, the force of impact from a 4000 kg truck travelling at 100 km/h is 20000000 Newtons. That means the force of impact is approximately equal to the force of 21275553290000 Megatons of TNT. A conventional nuclear bomb has the force of 500 megatons of TNT. Therefore, if his character could strike with such force, both himself and his enemy would explode from the force of impact, along with the rest of the world, and maybe parts of the solar system.

Personality: A very kind, and wise person, who prefers to keep himself to himself. He doesn't mind making friends, but doesn't make it much of a priority. He never really chose a social life of any kind, and chose to study, battle, and have fun by himself or family. He has a few friends, but he still doesn't do it often. He has claustrophobia, and despises large bodies of water. He decides to stick to land if possible. He has a high passion for justice, and has never really spoken his opinion on anything, and just go with the flow.

He was given a choice as to which school he wanted to go to, the boarding school, with very little people, or the very large and less elite school. He preferred the small, elite school, and many people often made fun of him for reasons unknown. His parents asked if he wanted to go to another school, but said he didn't care, and wanted to stay. He eventually made 2 friends, Brendon and Michael. He studied much on philosophy and psychology, and really enjoyed it. He eventually learned swordsmanship, and considered it an art. He decided he loved the thrill of battle, and grew up to be a precise, quick, and a resourceful oppurtunist in battle.

Weapon and Fighting Style: He chooses to use a curved, blue blade that use used for quick, precise, and agile strikes. He often attaches a rope to his sword so he can launch his sword at the environment around him, being as resourceful as his. He scans and sees openings in his opponent and his environment, and capatalizes. He will also tend to bounce off the walls, and use ariel attacks. He is agile, precise, energetic, and resourceful.

Artes:

1. Faster than the Wind - He strikes at amazing speeds in a diagonal motion directly at his opponent, often striking past his opponent. Very precise, and often aims for the torso.

 

2. Reel in - He attaches a rope to the handle of his blade and sends it flying towards his opponent. It wraps the opponent and yanks the opponent towards him, putting Jake at a perfect position to strike, and often uses a torso stab.

Blast Calibers

Level 1: Wind Blade Strike - Leaps high into the air and slashes his blade at the opponent at high speeds, sending sharp winds that cut metal, and when hit the opponent, leave them with cuts and scars.

Level 2: Turbine Winds - Spins his blade at high speeds at his opponent, creating a cutting and slicing whirlwind at his opponent that is mostly a mid to long range attack.

Level 3: Tetraslash - Rushes towards the opponents at high speeds and slashing two diagonal slashes, and steps to the side for a horizontal strike, and repeats from the other side. He finishes by jumping and doing a somersault and slashes twice in mid jump, and the blade hits the ground sending a wind shockwave towards his opponent.

*Ventus' Prison-Rayge slams his palm into the Sternum of an enemy, calling upon the Earth Spirits to imprison them in stone, doing no damage but immobilizing them.

*Mountain's Fall-Rayge bashes an enemy in the chest with the small pointed top of Mountain Hewer, before bringing it up above them and slamming it down upon them,aiming to strike either the head or shoulder.

*Mountain's Collapse-Rayge brings Mountain Hewer in an upwards arc, slamming it into the groin of an enemy and using the force to send them slightly into the air. He next brings Mountain Hewer up above his head and waits as they fall. When the reach about the level of his chest, he slams Mountain Hewer back down into them.

*Mountain's Vengeance-Rayge spins in a circle, slamming Mountain Hewer into his opponent again and again up to ten times.

*Terran Break-Rayge hefts his hammer to the sky with one hand, before bringing it down with immense force back down to the ground in front of him. This causes the ground to fracture and break beneath his foe(s), opening various cracks into which they fall, trapping their feet and legs.

 

Blast Calibers

Level 1 Terran Anger-Rayge slams Mountain Hewer into the ground and then lifts it to the sky. This causes the ground beneath all of his foes to shatter and collapse, before flying forth into the sky above them, dealing damage to them. He then slams Mountain Hewer back into the ground, causing the fractured pieces of ground to slam back down upon them, burying them under a mountain of broken ground

Level 2 Mountain's Rise and Fall- Rayge slams Mountain Hewer into the ground, causing a massive three-thousand foot spire of stone to grow forth underneath his foe(s), slamming into them on the way up. He then throws himself into the air with the aid of the Earth, rising up just above them and then falling down onto the mountain-top, slamming Mountain Hewer into the peak. This causes the mountain to rapidly collapse, dealing damage as the tons and tons of stone fall upon them.

Level 3 Ventus' Revenge- Rayge calls upon Mother Ventus to lend him her power. His body becomes stone and nearly indestructible at this time. He then rushes his opponent, holding Mountain Hewer behind him as he charges. He then brings Mountain Hewer upwards in a direct strike at his opponent's chest. He strikes only once, but the fury of Ventus is channeled into this strike, causing the damage caused by this single strike to be approximately ten times the damage dealt by "Mountain's Rise and Fall". If he is dropped from above his Foe, he can perform the same strike upon them from above.

Personality: Hayate is a quiet man who rarely interacts with others unless it is necessary, he tends to sit and observe people and situations only acting when it is of the utmost importance. When he talks it is usually short sometimes only with one word being uttered. Hayate enjoys practicing his skills in Martial arts as well as his abilities gained through the will of the wind. His favorite food is eggplant and he dislikes unsweetened tea. He is tough but fair with the others but tends to take things to seriously. He wishes to prove himself an ally with the rest of the inheritors.

Bio: The day Hayate was born he was left in an orphanage by his parents afraid of what powers he would posses. Hayate new nothing about his parents and remained in the Orphanage for a while before a man adopted him. After two years of being with the man Hayate's hair color changed from a blond to a dark green. This freighted the man that adopted him and basically locked Hayate away from the other kids until he brought him back to the Orphanage. Once the owners learned what happened they gladly accepted Hayate back into the Orphanage, but after any of the parents found out about his Hair changing colors as he grew older and the mysterious markings that where carved into his back, the families decided not to accept him as their kid. Hayate remained in the Orphanage until the day he turned 15, in which he ran away from the orphanage and stayed in a monastery. Hayate began to train with a Monk who taught him many different Martial Arts.

 

After the death of his Master Hayate took a solemn vow to never speak again as long as he lived their, out of respect for his Master. As he grew older he continued to train in his martial arts styles, remaining speechless throughout the hardships. He soon began having strange and weird night mares that saw him possessing great abilities and fighting against an unknown force. When Hayate turned 17 he was told about his gift,and the powers he possessed. He was told what lay ahead for him and had a glimpse into his destiny. Though he broke his Solemn Vow to his Master Hayate never really said much other then a few words. He began to train furiously for the upcoming battle that lay ahead, combining old fighting styles with his power to control the wind. Hayate met the other 4 Inheritors, but do to his seriousness he never became emotionally attached in case something happened.

 

After becoming a Inheritor of the will of the sky, he continued to train for a few months before now in order to master his abilities and finish the job he was chosen for.

Type of Character: Close Range Mage

Weapon and Fighting Style: Uses a single Katana with his superior martial art skills; Kendo, Kenjutsu, Muso Shinden Ryu, Daitō-ryū. Do to having Sense of Wind he can use wind based attacks as well.

1: Kendo Slash - Is a slash with his right arm from his left side waist point at an 40 degree angle.

2: Kendo Barrage - A series of slashes from one shoulder to the oppoesite waist point, then switching to the other shoulder.

3: Kenjutsu Stab - Holding the chain on his Katana he does a 360 degree spin launching his blade at the enemy.

4: Kenjutsu Barrier - Is a Sword/Magic attack where Hayate runs his blade along the ground creating a Barrier of dust.

5: Musho Ryu slash - Using the chain on his Katana he swings his sword in a circle above his head, then he launches it at a opponent with a slash.

6: Serpents Feather - Throwing his blade in the air above the opponent he runs toward them with a series of Kicks before the blade would fall to stab his opponent.

7: Daitō-ryū Spin - Hayate spins his blade in a circle over his wrist when he is attacked hand to hand. Hitting his opponent with the handle of the blade in a pressure point stopping the attack.

8: Daitō-ryū Pistol - Using the chain on his Katana he can hit his opponents with his Katana on a pressure point in the chest that knocks them back 5 feet.

9: Daitō-ryū Finger - Using his finger Hayate draws a line on the ground which if the opponent steps on would cause a current to go through their feet and fall to the ground.

10: Daitō-ryū touch - Hayate kicks the opponent in the arm, hitting a preassure point, then with a touch of his finger knocks the opponent to his knees.

 

 

Blast Calibers

Level 1: Rising Sword - Hayate would fly forward using his manipulation of the wind with extreme speed and hit his opponent with a series of slashes with his Katana, first at the right arm second at the left, his third one at the enemies right leg and the fourth at the enemies left. Then using the wind to lift him above the enemy he charges his sword with a Wind energy called Fujinaka for a crushing strike which would send out a wave of wind knocking the enemy back to the ground.

 

Level 2: Tornado Wind - Hayate spins in a circle with extreme speed gathering the wind around him he launches a small tornado at the opponent. The Tornado is controlled by the amount of wind Hayate uses, the weaker ones would cause the enemy to spin around wildly and set them up for an additional combo. The force of the stronger attack creates a razor sharp wind that cuts the enemy when their trapped inside.

 

Level 3: Fuijin Limit/Release - Hayate can manipulate the wind in two separate ways. Although a major backfire to this, Hayate must first charge the winds surrounding him with the energy made from his body in order to make this work. An attack or defensive maneuver performed with uncharged winds or not fully Charged winds could result in complete failure or a weakened version of the said maneuver. The first would allow Hayate to increase the surrounding winds around him in conjunction with another attack, increasing the speed and effectiveness. The second would allow Hayate to increase the winds in conjunction with a defensive maneuver like increasing Hayate's speed or decreasing the speed of an attack from an enemy.

A little more description on the blast calibers, and bio if possible, would be appreciated. Might want to take the whole "will of fire" out of the bio though.

OK Andx, I updated the descriptions for the Blast Calibers, removed the part that I missed with the Will of Fire and changed it to Wind. I also added a whole lot more to Hayate's Bio, I hope you like it and can't wait to start.
