I like it, but what exactly is up with the random darkness on her arms? Also The Background is meh... If I was you, I would have her like on a stock image of a park or something, Would fit it way better.

 

Also, the reason the text "sucks" is because the outer glow of the lettering matches the circles.

It looks cool...

But try to blend more the render with the BG...maybe a yellow glow?

BTW text isn't that bad, but add a color to it.

Also those circles should blend more the BG too, they blend with the render, but not with the BG

Or maybe try to make the BG with black, brown you know, some dark colors

But it seems cool =D
