Try listening to their older songs off of the Saturate. They were sort of Punk-Light Metal back then. Medicate and Sugarcoat are my favorites off of that disc.

What is there to say? This band kicks so much ass. It's like being face to face with Crab Helmet.

Nah seriously thought i love breaking benjamin, i dont know if these songs are on this album, diary of jane, I will not bow.I'll have to listen to this album soon if i don't have it.

Nah, Saturate was just another failed Nickleback clone. :/

Phobia is pretty much their best album, being the most original, having the best riffs, etc, followed by We Are Not Alone (although it could be better in some areas), and the content of Dear Agony is basically self-explanatory by the title alone.

 

Oh yeah, and Blow Me Away is generally an epic song.
