Kana entered the lab looking around feeling the rooms objects with his fingers. "Ah, this is a perfect lab for chemistry class. Now...What will i do today." He poundered upon the many things he should start with. "I have it." he sat there improving his deck. once it was all done he began to shuffle his deck waiting for the next period.

OoC: I'm going to pretend that none of the above actually happened. Just to avoid giving out a lot of detentions.

Mathematics Room

Gemin noticed a hand, "Ah, good, people are paying attention. Now, with a dice roll, it's the same thing, to get a single favorable result, then the odds are 1/6. Now, I have here a simple worksheet for you to do, and it's due tommorow. If you finish the sheet now, then I'll let you have the remainder of the time to duel."

Gemin liked freetime. He always had. They couldn't get used to it thought. He wouldn't let them.

" Yes," said Donny in a quiet tone. Donny looked at Kris then at John he nodded at them. Boastfully Donny showed them his new deck filled up with different types of Heros. Donny then went to his worksheet. Easy! Its simple fractions so they spin the rainbow circle that has... Donny babbled to himself in his mind. After about 10 minutes he dropped his pencil and said, " Done."

While he waited with Kris' reply to his challenge, John nodded while Gemin explained stuff. By the time he got the worksheet, he was so clear with his concept that he was able to finish the worksheet in three minutes--of course, he didn't reduce the fractions but he was rather sure that Gemin knew enough Math to know that even if they weren't reduced his answers would be correct. He then considered Donny's deck. Not a bad build, he thought, grinning at Donny, but I'm not showing anyone my ace card--anyone except my unlucky opponents in the Tournament.

IC: Talia smiled at what the teacher had said. She finished the work sheet in a matter of minutes, it was extremeley simple and easy. She wanted to duel for the first time at the academy, believe it or not, she hadn't dueled anyone yet, which was pretty pathetic. She looekd around for someone to duel, as she thought of new ways to use her "Double D's" deck, so she could widen her dueling variety.

Ryu quickly finished the sheet it was just too easy for him. he thought to himself "God, will this class ever end. Well at least i've got some down time now what should i do" he then looked through his deck to ensure it was set up perfectly. "I can't believe i still havent dueled anyone my pals need some action." he then put his paper in his bag. "Dont wanna lose this." he continued to look through his deck. then he pulled out his duel disk put in his deck. "Now ill just wait."

Talia put on her duel disk, and looked around for someone to duel. She saw a kid (Ryu) with his duel disk on, so she decided to ask him to duel. She walked over to him, with her duel disk on.

"Do you want to duel me?" She said, looking at the kid in the eye. "There's really nothing else to do for the rest of the class. So do you want to duel, or what?"

She looked through her "Double D's" Deck, thinking of new cards to get, cards to trade, and some just plain old suckish cards that need to be thrown out.

"sure" finally my monsters thirst for battle will be quenched. he raised his duel disk and got ready to duel. "Shall i go first?" he awaited for the answer. he drew his hand. as he looked at it his brain saw all the combos it could. he thought each move over and wondered what deck is she using "oh well she will surprise me with her deck all i need to do is think this through."

"Awesome." She said, with a grin. "You can go first." She said, shuffling her deck. She drew five cards, as her hand. She racked her thoughts for any type of strategy she could use, but first, she had to know what style of dueling her opponent had, and what his deck was. She braced herself for anything, and really, anything. She thought that he had an egyptian god card, even though that was impossible. She had to expect anything and everything, and the unexpected would never happen.

Kris nodded at both John and Donny, after doing his work in five minutes, and stood up, placing his duel disk on. He saw the others do the same. He looked at his deck and once again he could have sworn he'd seen his cyber winged kuriboh wink at him. He shrugged it of, shuffled his deck, and inserted it into his duel disk. "Let's duel then, and this time I wont hold back John." He laughed. "So either of you two want to go first or should we flip a coin?" He asked.

IC: Talia looked at the cards in her hand. "Actually, I will beat that. I start my turn by drawing. I Special Summon Gilasaurus* "I also play Big Evolution Pill**, and I tribute Gilasaurus. Then, I normal Summon Super Conductor Tyrano***, and I Set two cards face down. I end my turn." Talia said, smiling at her opponent, she said, "Now you may try and beat that. By the way, I never caught your name." She said, looking at her opponent.

Kris turned to watch the duel that was going on at the other side of the classroom as Donny and John decided if they wanted to go first. She could have destroyed his monster just then... oh no she couldn't. If she had attacked it it would have gained a thousand attack points and destroyed her card. Now that is a tough card. Nothing like my top cards mind. Kris thought to himself. "Hurry up you two, we haven't got all day. Infact we only have untill lunch."

Donny looked at his cards and mixed them up a little he placed some new cards from a new deck and some old cards. He had a grin on his face a daring look and said, " Kris why don't you go first, John you can be next, and I'll be last sounds good." Alot of girls were staring at the duel some finished and some not finished.

Peter finished his worksheet and turned it in. He tip-toed back to his desk and hid himself, so nobody would challenge him to a duel. He didn't want to look like a fool. He watched Donny's duel, and wondered if he could ever be confident like Donny. He looked at the clock on the wall. He noticed that a kid was looking at him, then Peter gasped. Oh no! It was the kid he had hit earlier. The kid had a grin on his face, and looked as if he had a sort of plan up his sleeve. Peter looked away, and then back at the duel.

Backstory: Jason is a poor person and can barely afford anything. Though he may be poor, his parents know Kaiba REALLY well so Jason gets discounts on cards everywhere. Jason is a okay duelist and can sometimes rise to the top, but he can only go by the luck of the draw. Being a poor kid and buying trading cards with his money, he had to steal most of his food. Hehasstealth and strength, aperfect combo.

"I'd rather go first," said John, who was by this point tired of going second. (Note: I'm not joking, in every Duel that he's been in, John has gone second so far. XO)

"And," he added, "since it's a three-way Duel with three players, it's only fair that we start with 6000 Life Points, to maintain the same player-Life Point ratio that we have in normal Duels. How's that for Mathematics?" he flashed a friendly grin at both Kris and Donny. He slipped on his Duel Disk.

"Now let's Duel!" he said, pulling out the top six cards after it had shuffled.

Not a bad first hand, he thought. In fact, it was a really good hand.

"I summon the Messenger of Lightning Child Prodigy! Next, I Special Summon Lightning Fiend Summoner, whose effect allows me to Summon it when I control a face-up 'Lightning Fiend' or 'Messenger of Lightning.' Next, I discard one card to use its effect--Special Summoning 1 'Lightning Fiend' from the Graveyard. In this case I choose to Summon the Monster I just discarded-- Lightning Fiend Sorcerer! This allows me to destroy your hand instead of your spell/traps. Now I can activate my defenders effect that, since I discarded it, I can resummon it and destroy a card on your field. I pick your sorceror." He pointed at the desired card. "And then My knight attacks your Summoner. And since you have no cards in your hand you cant negate this. And my turn hasn't ended there." Kris waited to see Johns reaction to this combo, if there was one.

Zach finished the easyest paper ever. After that he didn't feel like dueling because he was so excited about the new Ancient Legend set. He had heard about it from his brother back home. His brother had the set and he has won each duel with it. So he thought it most be very good. Well he waited for the bell he read a magazine about the awesome new set.

"Well this is better than my old home." Jason muttered to himself. His old home was just a shed, nothing more than that. His trading cards were the only things he had,he bought some and got most of them from some nice person who said they gave up dueling.

Donny drawed and smiled, " First I summon Metroid Hero - Robot Raver, and since theres only 1 Metroid Hero that means I get to Special Summon another one and I choose Metroid Hero - Motor Synchron, I place 2 cards face down and end my turn!" Donny crossed his arms and said, " Try that!"

Backstory: Not much known but he was a pro duelist at age 7, he was beaten by someone with the power to inflict actual harm. due to this he stopped dueling for years. he uses his own duel disk that was a family heirloom and will not duel using another one. he got a black suit of armor from armor crafting that his father showed him. He is also an excelent carpenter. one day there might be an open field and the next day is a mansion almost completely finished by himself. His main card is one that is a duel attribue monster! Beware when dueling him now, he is now full of hate when dueling and will stop at nothing to try and win

Backstory: A little young as teachers go, Aschton is carefree, easygoing, light, and cheery. Even when offended, he takes it like a joke. Everything's a joke. When he wins a duel, he seems genuinely surprised, and even when he loses, he acts as though that's how it was supposed to be. The only time he clams up is when he is asked about his family. He always just shrugs it off and looks away. That's the only time he never smiles, even while chastising a student, he always smiles. People are attracted to him and his friendly nature.
