Must be Level 4 or Higher.

No Divines.

No Fake Types.

No Fusions.

No Rituals.

The Effect must include something to do with Life Points...

That is All. if you do not Include these requirements, you will be Kicked out of the Contest.

Lore:

This card is also treated as a Thunder-Type monster. You can Special Summon this card by removing 3 Anti Counters from a opponent monster. Once per turn, you can inflict 300 of damage to your opponent for each monster with an Anti Counter. If you activate this effect, this card cannot declare an attack this turn. When this card inflict battle damage to your opponent, you can inflict 200 of damage to your opponent for each Synchro or Dark Synchro monster in your opponent Graveyard.

This card attribute is also treated as LIGHT. When this card is Summoned, inflict 500 of damage to your opponent for each Synchro or Dark Synchro monster on his/her Graveyard. This card cannot declare an attack the turn it's Summoned. While this card is in your Graveyard, you can remove from play 2 "Anti Synchro" monsters from your Graveyard to Special Summon this monster in face-up attack position. Once per turn, you can place up to 3 Anti Counters on a face-up monster(s) your opponent controls. (Monsters with Anti Counters cannot declare attack or be tributed, also, the controller of a monster with Anti Counters cannot summon Synchro or Dark Synchro monsters.) Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Anti Synchro - Little Babbo", "Anti Synchro - Warrior Babbo" or "Anti Synchro - Lovely Princess Babbo" from your Deck or Graveyard. If you use this effect, you cannot Normal Summon or Set a monster this turn. If this card declares an attack, before the Damage Step, inflict 300 of damage to your opponent for each monster with an Anti Counter your opponent controls. When this card is destroyed, destroy all the monsters Special Summoned by this card effect. If you inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent in 1 turn with this card's effect, destroy this card.

Inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of Normal Spell Cards x 100. During your End Phase, you can select 1 monster (except "Xaness, the Shadow Sin) and inflict damage to the controllers Life Points equal to the Level of the monster x 200. You can only inflict 1000 damage with this effect.

Effect:

You can Special Summon this card by discarding 1 Spellcaster-Type monster from your hand. When this card is Special Summoned, you can pay 1000 Life Points, to draw 2 cards. If you activate this effect, you must send 5 cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard during the End Phase. While this card is face-up on the field, both players must pay 500 Life Points during their End Phases.

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Tribute Summoned, by Tributing 3 LIGHT Fairy-Type monsters and discarding 1 Field Spell card. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you lose 1000 Life Points. In addition, you can Special Summon 1 Level 3 or lower LIGHT Fairy-Type monster from your Graveyard.

If you activate this effect, you gain 200 Life Points during your next Standby Phase.

Methinks I'll just use some cards I've made previously, so I can add to the pot ;D

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 Fairy-Type monsters. Once per turn, if a Fairy-Type monster you control would be destroyed by battle, you can send the top 3 cards of your Deck to the Graveyard to negate the attack and make the ATK of the attacking monster 0 until your opponents next Standby Phase.

While this card is on the field, the ATK of all cards that are not controlled by their original owners becomes 0. When this card destroys a monster by battle, remove the destroyed monster from play.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase, if you control this card on the field, you can equip it to a Machine-Type monster you control as an Equip Card, OR unequip the Union equipment and Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. While equipped to a monster by this card's effect, the equipped monster gains ATK equal to the Level of the monster with the highest Level in your Graveyard x100. (1 monster can only be equipped with 1 Union Monster at a time. If the equipped monster is destroyed as a result of battle, destroy this card instead.)

Each Rock-Type or Machine-Type monster this card destroys by battle is treated as an Equip Spell Card and is equipped to this card. This card gains 100 ATK for each equipped monster. When this monster is selected as an attack target, you can destroy 3 monsters equipped to this card to negate the attack and Special Summon 1 WATER monster from your Graveyard. You can destroy 5 monsters equipped to this card to inflict damage to your opponent equal to the total Level of the destroyed equip monsters x50.

 

you didnt say no synchros and it does have to do with life points. read the last effect of the card.

1 Tuner + 1 non-Tuner monster

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can remove from play all monsters from your Graveyard to add 1 DARK monster from your deck to your hand OR send 1 card from your deck to the Graveyard. Each time you Summon a DARK monster, you can pay 800 Life Points to return 1 removed from play monster to your Graveyard.
