Hogwarts RP: Redo! STARTED--ACCEPTING~New classes added!

Hey all, there's been a couple of hogwarts RPs that haven't really been going too well. I'm making one that will succeed into a popular story that tells of a...

Hold on. Before I get to the plot, here are the couple of rules I have.

 

 

1. No centering the RP around yourself with mysterious visions, prophecies, etc.

2. No shortposting. I want this RP to succeed, and one of the reasons for locks is shortposting.

3. This, of course, is advanced, so don't whine if your application doesn't succeed, try try again!

4. this is strictly rated from PG to PG-13. No innapropriate romance, but a little is okay, such as crushes and dates, but no...graphics...and no innapropriate language. (I probably spelled inapropriate wrong."

5. HAVE FUN! IT'S HOGWARTS!

 

 

Plot:

A new year at Hogwarts! What could go wrong? Well, there's a new potions master, who is a little weird. The year starts out okay, but soon there are strange attacks, some even attacking the teachers! What will happen to Hogwarts if it's forced to close down because of wizard murder?

Name: Alyssa Lynne

Age: Fourth year

House: Gryffindor

Classes: Herbology, DADA, Potions, Transfiguration, Care of magical creatures

What is your wand made of: Hawthorn with a hair from the tail of a unicorn, a dragon scale, and a phoenix feather.

Description of appearance: short cropped brown hair, green eyes

Bio: Alyssa is a half blood who has been in Hogwarts for four years. Her mother is pureblood, her father is a muggle. Her strengths in classes are Potions and DADA, her weakness is Transfiguration and Herbology. She is a really good prankster; she buys things from Weasely Wizard Wheezes all the time, and she loves to play jokes on teachers. She almost got expelled once in her second year for putting a filibuster firework under the headmaster's chair. She always keeps her prank set in her bag. Her old friends have dropped out of Hogwarts to go to Durmstrang and Beauxbatons, so she is hoping for some new ones!

What is your wand made of: Elm with heartstring of a dragon, a hippogryphs feathers, and troll hair. A creation of a descendant of Gregorvitch.

Description of appearance: Blues as his name suggests possess blue hair, he usually wears shaded glasses and the occasional scarf. His eyes are a pale green and his robes are often grey in color. His wand is kept in a metal sort of rod which doubles as a concealed blade.

Bio: Blues was descended from a Pure-Blood family which he has detested ever since. Due to filling the standards of "Pure Blood Snake" he has often been insulted and treated as a dispicable person in general. He is actually a quite kind boy who excels in most of his classes except for Transfiguration in which he is a fairly bad one at that. His family is of German descend but about three generations ago moved to Great Britain to search the place and has settled down there quite nicely. He is particularly good at things having to do with recipes such as Potions and Herbology.

Quidditch: One of the secondary members for Slytherin team, doesn't usually participate due to his hatred of his teammates but is fairly good as a Keeper.

What is your wand made of: Oak, with a dragon tooth, demiguise feather, and a chimera heartstring.

 

Description of appearance: Lance is about 6 feet tall and has a medium to thin build. He has straight brown hair that is somewhat long, but not enough to reach his shoulders. He has a bright blue eye and a green eye. He usually wears a heavy fur coat.

 

Bio: He's from a pure blood family, which doesn't really boast it around too much. They just sort of took it for granted. He grew up in a Rural part of Russia, and received application letters to both Hogwarts and Durmstrang, but chose to go to Hogwarts. His parents always told him he had remarkable control over magic as a child, which may explain his ability in Charms class, but he is also good in Defense Against the Dark Arts and Care of Magical Creatures. He's always been the cool and decisive type of person, strongly believing that trusting logic before emotion is the best path, and he tends to be sarcastic. He is interested in a lot of things, but most importantly, his pet Crup.

Description of appearance: She is a tall girl,Long blond hair with streaks of pink and purple,She has a tatto of a rose on her stomach and chest.

Bio: Britney was muggle born so she really geat teazed by the slytherins.Britney's family was rich but when they figured out that she was a witch they completely ignored her.Britney then became depressed until she went to hogwarts.She never left to visit her family on holidays.She is really interested in becoming an auror when she graduates hogwarts.She is also very mischivious and she always plays pranks on the slytherins that angered her

Well, we might as well start.

 

IC: Alyssa stepped on to the hogwarts express and waved good bye to her mother who was standing on the platform. Her father, being a muggle, could not get on the platform, so he was unable to say good bye to her. After she bid her parents farewell, she was overcome with waves of sadness. She realize her old friends had dropped out to go to Beauxbatons and Durmstrang. She wanted someone to talk to, but no one was around, so she sat down in an empty compartment and began to cry.

Britney ran onto the train since her parents are muggles she just immediatly ran onto the train and by accident sat in the same compartment as Alyssa. SHe attemted to ignore Alyssa but she could not ignore a person crying. "Ummm hey....you alright" .Britney said looking at Alyssa cry not knowing what to say at all.

Alyssa sniffled a bit and looked up. "Yeah, I guess I'm just being a baby..." she tried to stop crying. "My friends just transferred to stupid Durmstrang and Beauxbatons. I hope Hogwarts kicks their butts on the next triwizard cup, whenever it is..." she opened a Bertie Bott's Every Flavored Beans box. "Would you like some?" she offered to Britney. She selected a red one and bit down on it. Bleargh. It was blood flavored.

Blues was dropped off by his grandparents, they looked old but they were his favorite memebers due to them not being judgemental on people. His grandfather held Blues' new wand design, it was particularly unusual due to its size and the fact its outer shell was made of complete silver metal. "You be careful with that thing, I worked my whole life to create these designs and I hope you take good care of it alright?" Blues then boarded the train, while being bombarded by several Slytherins who wished him to join there car. In his desperation to be rid himself of them he stumbled into Alyssa's car, silently he walked towards a seat and sat down, as he did not want to be noticed.

What is your wand made of: Willow wood, with centaur tail hair, phoenix tear drop, and veela hai core. (Good for charms and healing magic)

Description of appearance: Angus stands tall, 6'1, he is muscular, but not overly-macho, he has shoulder length straight brown hair, a smallish nose, and striking green eyes. he has a scar along his left collar bone (Nothing to do with magic, or dark wizards.)

Bio: Angus grew up in Bearsden, Scottland with two magical parents, both of whom were in Slyverin house during thier time in Hogwarts. Angus' parents were cruel to him at times, forcing him to practice magic into the early hours of the morning, therefore he gained a strong relative knowledge before entering the school, but also a strong drive not to be like his parents. This determination lead him to be sorted into Ravenclaw, with much consideration on the Sorting Hat's part reguarding Gryffindor house. The scar on Angus' collar bone comes from falling during his first flying lesson, and scraping a rock on the way down.

Quidditch: Keeper.

"Hello," said Alyssa. "Who are you?" she asked Blues. She sniffled a bit more and ate another bertie bott's bean. "Would you like some?" She bit down on a green one. Urgh. Broccoli. She looked out the window and watched the land pass by.

Blues sighed and began twirling his oversized wand in boredom. "The names Blues Wileswrights, I am a Pureblood Slytherin. However I suggest you don't judge me just because of that, thats like saying just because your a Muggle-Born you should die." Blues then continued to dwell into "Secrets of the Darkest Arts" and adjusted his shades so they wouldn't stay out. He then put on his yellow scarf and continued reading. Suddenly a wriggle appeared in his bag and Blues looked in alarm "Oh bother I've forgotten to let out Rumford". He then drew his hand into his schoolbag and out produced a Blast-Ended Screwt with a stinger opposed to the standard blood-sucker of the females. The creature gave affectionate purr sort of noise and rested in the boy's lap as Blues stroked his shelless back.

Alyssa also remembered her pet cat. She took him out of his cage, and it lay, purring on her lap. She opened her favorite magic textbook, Best Hexes, Curses, Jinxes, and More! And started poring over it. She muttered to herself some curses. She got up and decided to try a new one, the Bat Bogey Hex. She walked out of the compartment momentarily and saw a boy who as really Lance, sitting in a compartment. She whispered the bat bogey hex to herself and flicked her wand at Lance. The curse took hold and she quickly ran back to her compartment and sat down.

Blues saw Alyssa in the corner of his eye and muttered at the end of his mouth "You shouldn't have done that. Slytherin House is looking for any Jinxes in here so they can find a target." Rumford the Blast-Ended Screwt then crawled up to the cat in curiousity and began poking it with several of its legs. Suddenly a bulky looking Slytherin approached the car smiling cruely with a stupid look on his face. He said "Hey missy, I saw you curse that guy over there. Me and my friends were looking for some little miss pretty Grypphindor to pick a bone with."

Angus smiled as he stepped onto the train, his parrents had protested his return to the school until he was moved to Slythrin house, but when the Headmaster told them that this would be impossible, they had eventually given in. He looked around the now-familliar train, he walked down the isle and was about to step into his favorite compartment, when he realised it was already occupied by Blues Wileswrights, a Slyverin student who had never seemed quite as vile as the rest of them, along with Britney Betancur, the girl he recognised as his fellow Ravenclaw, and the Announcer for the school's Quidditch matches. There was also another girl he didn't recognise there, he figured that there was still room enough for him, and knocked on the door.

"Desaugeo!" Alyssa said lazily with another jab of her wand. The Slytherin howled with pain and then ran back. "I don't really care." She ate another bertie bott's every flavor bean. She had bubble gum that time. She looked down at her cat and saw it hissing at Rumford. "Hey! Stop that!" she said reproachfully to her cat. "He's not going to hurt you...is he?" she turned to Blues, questioning. She ate a couple more beans. "Eh...I don't really care if they come back, anyways. I have plenty of new hexes learned."

"Pfft, Rumford is the runt of the litter in my families Blast-Ended Screwts. He isn't bad tempered or anything and the only bad thing he could ever do to harm anyone is firing sparks from his stinger." The small, crab-like creature seemed a bit hurt and crawled back into Blues lap. Blues then spun his wand around again and pointed his wand at the retreating Slytherin who was considering coming back into the car. "Depulso!" he said as the blast of orange light hit him straight in the chest, pushing him into a seperate car.

Name: Kaze Hyubashi

Age: 4th year

House: Ravenclaw

Classes to take: Herbology, DADA, Potions, Transfiguration, Care of Magical Creatures

What is your wand made of: Yew. Norweign Ridgeback dragon scale. Griffen feather. Sphinx hair.

Description of appearance: On the tall side. Has long silver hair. Blue eyes.

Bio: Kaze at first went to Beauxbanton with good grades and everything but one girl really ticked her off and she attacked her. She was injured badly and was in the hospital for over two months and Kaze was kicked from the school. She's new to Hogwarts this year and doesn't know anyone. She has a short temper. She loves potions and transfiguration. She is good in Defence against the Dark Arts but just hates the subject.

Quidditch: She doesn't play but she loved to watch the games.

The blast of magic issuing from Blues' wand narrowly missed Angus, it drove the Slyverin boy into the other compartment, and Angus drew his wand and was about to burst into the room, then he realised his owl was clearly spooked, she squarked and hooted madly flapping around her cage. "It's okay Bonnie" he assured the bird, before placing her cage gently on the ground before taking aim at Blues.

"Expelliarmus!" Blues' wand was sent from his hand. "Now! What the hell is going on here Blues?" He said striding into the compartment

Britney just began laughing at what they did to the slytherin boy. "You guys are awesome...reminds me of me....escept i jynked a cart full of slythrins it was so funny they never forgot what i did to them" .Britney said with a big smile remember ing what she did to them. "Anyway nice cat alyssa" .Britney said wanting to steal the cat but ignoring her urge to do so.

She twirled her wand a bit then caught sight of another Slytherin skulking behind the compartment door, trying to remain hidden. He was about to draw his wand when Alyssa lifted hers and shouted "Furnunculus!" The slytherin boy ran back to his friends. "So anyways, would you like a bertie bott's every flavored bean?"
