This card can only be activated when there are 3 or more Ice Counters on the field. Send any number of cards from the top of your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard equal to the number of Ice Counters removed. Cards sent to the Graveyard by this effect cannot be returned to your opponent's hand. By removing from play 1 monster with "Ice" in it's name from your field or Graveyard, you can return this card to your hand.

Card B

This card can only be activated if 2 or more Level 4 or higher FIRE monsters are destroyed during your opponent's Battle Phase. Discard any amount of cards, and destroy all face-up cards on the field equal to the amount of cards discarded. If there are no cards on the field after this card's activation, you can return this card to the bottom of your Deck. As long as this card is at the bottom of your Deck, both players cannot attack until the end of your next turn.

I have some slight problems with Koramore's card

1. how do you know that the trap is on the bottom of your Deck, even after shuffling it could still be there

2. you say "destroy ALL face-up cards on the field equal to the amount of cards discarded" you should probably get rid of "all"

Monkey's card could be quite powerful and I couldn't find anything wrong with it, he gets my vote

Hmm, personally I like Monkey's better, it's a great support card while koramore's mostly some -1 situational destruction with another even more situational stalling effect...

So, Monkey for me.

I vote for Monkey. The other card has a OCG mistakes and bad flow. The last part was just added in to increase the length of the effect to make the card look better. Also, I don't like the pic.
