Naomi laughs.. "I like your deck.. This can help me.. just need to pull out my own little combo... The face down is D.D. Warrior.. so both my d.d. warrior and your graphyr are removed from play." naomi smiles.. and thinks.. "how many more cards can i get removed from play?"

 

"You gain a thousand from my d.d. and your graphyr being removed!"

"Woah, hold on," interrupted Aryana immediately. "I'm confused Naomi, what do you mean by that move? I thought Macro Cosmos removed monsters from play - and if it did, then it means Haeron's gone, which meant I could only have Graphyr on the field, and since there's no other Nightmare Carcass on the field, then how can you take another batch of damage?" She folded her arms and waited for the answer; this was certainly confusing, it was undeniable.

"umm... i forgot about their effects.. i've never seen those cards before.. i'm sorry.. there are lots of new cards i've never seen before.. so wait.. i'm home free! i take no damage.. but you gain a lot... >.< i think.. am i correct in thinking this?" naomi starts thinking to herself... "maybe by coming to this school... I'm way in over my head..."

"Ah, well I only gain 500 Life Points," was all Aryana could say. God in heaven, this girl is stupider than I thought she was, Aryana thought, though her expression remained emotionless. "Well, Naomi, I have a clear field in front of me ..." She paused, her eyes darting left and right briefly to see if Rio was around. When she clarified she wasn't, Aryana continued. "It's your go." And I hope you make it a good one, or else.

Naomi draws a card and starts laughing.. "I play Gren Maju Da Eiza In attack..." this isn't to bad.. lets see how this goes.. I then play allure of darkness" can you stop this?

Rio got up after the 'meeting' and slung her bag onto her back "What idiots, waking me up at 7AM for something so short and trivial, Oh well, the hrm's done now, guess I'll go take a look at the spineless fools here and see if any are worthy of facing me in a duel, of cource, I doubt any of them are, except her, oh well, let's take a look at the competition" she snickers evily and then leaves to go to the duel field, when she arrives and takes a seat in the stands, she quickly scans the area before noticing Aryana and Naomi dueling, she quickly ducks down so she's hidden by the row of chairs in front of her and watches the duel, being careful to keep as quiet as a mouse.

[Naimo]

"No, go ahead," said Aryana, not bothering to activate anything. "But thank you very much for the extra 500 Life Points." The more Life Points she gives me, the better ... just you wait, you won't know what's hit you little girl. She felt herself folding her arms even tighter, her cards pressed firmly against her chest. "I can't wait to see the rest of your move." Indeed ... and when I come to duel you again, I will know exactly how to beat you if I don't beat you this time round.

"Let's see..." said Aryana as she counted out the top ten cards. "NC Zoenara, No Bodies For Cards, Return of the Carcasses, Mask of Darkness, NC Marthirs, Reburial, NC Graphyr, NC Abersmyth, Carcasses Awaken, and NC Daeraff." Thank goodness No Funeral For The Dead is safe ... She wondered what the next card would be on the top of her deck; if she was to beat Naomi, she was going to have to make a next specific draw. "Hmmm ... looks like I too have 13 cards removed from play."

"All right.. I will attack with Gren Maju Da Eiza for 5200."

Aryana took the hit from the Gren Maju Da Eiza, though she made no objection to her Spell Absorbtion being destroyed. She hid her feelings as she calmly yet nervously drew her next card, and it only took one look before she found herself feeling relieved. "First I set a monster, next I activate one of my face downs, Return of the Carcasses! Now I use it's effect to bring back Abersmyth, but in defence positon! Now I set one more, and hand it over to you."

aftera aryana played return of the carcasses.. "I play a second d.d. dynamite. doing another 3900 to you.. bringing the total damage up to 7800 on your turn. so this damage and gren maju totals to 13000"

"oh by the way.. how many cards to you have in your hand at the end of your turn?"

Aryana just smiled in the face of defeat. She made no flinching movement, though when her Life Points hit zero, she just packed up, feeling bitter. So, she lost ... not that she hadn't seen it coming, she had a feeling her deck couldn't stand up to it ... yet. However, she had a feeling she knew where Naomi's weakness was, and with that in mind, she turned and began to leave, saying nothing.

naomi looks at aryana very confused... "why the heck you giving up?" naomi yelled! "we weren't done yet.. you had 4500 life points left..." naomi looked dissapointed.. "that wasn't even a victory..." she ran over to aryana to see what was going on.

Rio snickers as she watches Aryana go down in defeat "Oh, now that is rich, going down to that little loser, are you even worthy of being my rival Aryanus?" she smiles evily "You can have one more chance, but if you fail again, you'll become even more of a loser than the rest of them, hahahahahahaha!" She stands up, sticks her tounge out at Aryana while she's turned the other way and leaves, plotting to herself.

[Naimo]

"I didn't," said Aryana, turning back on her heel. "I only had 1800 after Gren Maju attacked." She wondered whether Naomi had made a mistake or not. She then gave a very quick glance at where Rio was sitting, and then leaned in to Naomi and whispered, "We have unwanted company. If we are to duel again, or rather duel round two - and you can if you want, I'm in no rush - move somewhere else." She then waited for what Naomi would say, her eyes tentatively on Rio.

 

Aryana then put her hand into her pocket, and felt a smooth round marble, small enough to hurt but do no permanent damage. She also pulled out a rubber band, and shot the marble straight at Rio, watching in pleasure as it lightly hit her on the back of the head. Aryana put the band away, knowing the marble couldn't do lasting damage; after all, it hadn't killed before the two times she had used this technique.

"You have soul absorbtion for a reason though.. you gain 500 lifepoints for each card removed from play.. you had gained 6000 lp's from the cards removed by both of my necrofaces from me.. and another 5000 for the 10 cards removed from your deck.. so right there was 11000.. plus the 7000 you originally had.. you had about 18000 life points before my first attack.." naomi looks at her waiting for a response. "and i'm ok with not dueling at the moment.. maybe we should see what rio is up to?"

[Naimo]

"I think you were mistaken," said Aryana. "It was Spell Absorbtion. And as for Rio ... let's just say she won't bother us anymore." She paused, looking around, before paying attention to Naomi again. "Well ... since we're free for the rest of the day ... round two?" she asked, just glad that Rio wouldn't really be bothering them again. At least that way, if she lost, Rio wasn't going to be there to witness it.

"oh... hahahaha yeah.. i was very mistaken.. i was like... crap.. she will be gaining life out the wazzoo! hahahaa so i was thinking i was going to be a bit screwed with the amount of life gain there.." naomi looks around.. "I guess we could do a round two.. hopefully my deck will preform a lot better..." she walks up to aryana and holds her hand out.. "thanks for the duels"

[Naimo]

Aryana smiled and took her hand. "Well, I don't see why not ... except, can we do this later? Time may not be pressing for Aryana, but it certainly is for Magnet, who's going to be going in two minutes; she always prefers Harry Hill - and comedy in general - over going on the internet." Aryana paused. "Well, I guess I will see you tomorrow. And Naomi, can you make sure for me that Rio got hit? Thank you." Without saying a goodbye, Aryana turned and left the duel field, and Naomi, behind.

Rio went to get some food after she got quite hungry, after all, she skipped brekfast because she was woken up so early, she went to the 'Rec... whatever you call it' (as she says) so she could get some food, more specificly, her favourite, sweet melon, she bought enough to keep her busy for, oh at least 5 minuites, but, since she loves it so much, it should last her 20 minuites, she sits alone and pleasntly eats the melon while thinking to herself what to do with Aryana

seeing rio went to the rec naomi runs after her.. as she got in the rec center again.. she smelled all the delicious food and quickly got side tracked.. she went and bought some more sweet bean pasteries again sat at a table and started eating away.. she looked around to see if anyone else was in there besides staff she completely missed rio.. she laughed a bit.. "i think there are more staff here than there are students.." naomi pulled out her deck and started to skim through it seeing what she could improve on it..

Hmm I'm getting a bit hungry I might as well get some food before I open up the shop Trylor thought to himself as he was making his route to the shop via past the rec hall. He peered inside and noticed two of the girls who were at the announcement and turned back outside for a brief moment.

 

"Okay Trylor get it together man they are just people like you and who knows they may only be interested in eating." Trylor whispered to himself and walked inside over to the table where a vast amount of food was laid out he looked over at the food to try and find his favorite pancakes with cream. After looking for about 4 minutes he found some pancakes and poured cream on top off it and sat down on the chair closest to him he didn't have much time to eat as he had to open the shop soon.

naomi saw that trylor sat down.. she picked up her things and took a seat next to him.. "So whats your story? you seem kinda young to be at this school.. and your even running the store... so spill the beans..." she glanced at her sweet bean pastry and took a bite.. "yummy!!!" she let out after her bite.. "How long you been here? first year? its mine!" she decided to wait before asking anymore questions.. since she was even starting to overwhelm herself.

Uh Oh someone's sitting next to me better answer her questions Trylor though to himself as he took a bite out of his food.

 

"Well yes you are right I am a bit too young to be here. [Trylor paused] But you see I was told to move here after both my parents died in a car crash and my uncle who works here took me in so I now live here and help him run the School Card Shop. I've never had many friends at my other school because I was the only one who played duel monsters and everyone else picked on me because of that. I do duel and I love dueling but I hardly ever get the chance to what with running the store and the brain damage. . . and the brain damage. . . and the brain damage." Trylor laughed as he said that as a joke.
