"No, I just asked you are you a teacher," replied Alyssa, wondering if the man was alright.

She smiled at the man. "Who are you, anyways?" she asked.

 

"Head Chairman, Gershen has found his way to our academy." the assistant chairman said in a hushed voice. "How did he? Did you let him in? I thought you took care of the register!" the assistant's voice rose to a yell. "i thought you took care of it! How could he make it into our academy!"

Secretly, this is what he had planned.

"Oh sorry it just looked like you were talking to them," he laughed "My name is Fang, I just got here today and from the smell of it you already met my friends who came here ahead of me!" So these are the ones that were attacked today he thought "May I ask who you all are?"

"Are you a moron or something well I am out of here!" said Devin as she started to walk away from that idiot she just ran into.

"We're students," she said. "I'm Alyssa, and this is Moka, and this is Tiberius. We have other friends but they aren't here right now." she said.

She wasn't sure he trusted him entirely. What 'friends' exactly was he talking about?

"Um I have to go do something for the academy in my dorm, I'll be leaving now." Alyssa said awkwardly. "Tiberius, Moka, you wanna come?"

Gether smiled at Devin, "First off I have quite a great deal of power in our organization, and secondly you're being quite rude, not that I care, but if you are rude to them... Let's just say you'll never have time to say, 'oops'." Gether smiled at the thought. He turned and started walking calmly down the hallway, and then stopped, "Well are you coming?" And without waiting for an answer he kept walking.

 

Moka nodded, both slightly creeped out by the wolf-man bacause of memories of Ginei, and she also wanted to get to know Alyssa and Tiberius better.

"You are probably wondering who the hell am I talking about, am I right?" he asked her "I am talking about my pack, the wolves nearby here..." he explained as he stretched out a bit.He then pulled out a sheet of paper "It looks like you will be in my class tomorrow I hope you enjoy it!" he chuckled "My friends will be joining us for the class to by the way..." wondering what happened to them and who they thought he was "Well are you doing anything right now?" he asked in a kind manner.

Even though he took so long to respond and she already started to walk away she followed him.

"Oh we have to do some homework, and we usually do it in our dorms." she said, relaxing a bit. "So we're just going to be off now, we look forward to your class!" she gave a dazzling smile then ran off with Tiberius and Moka closely at her side. "See you later!" she called after clearing the hallway. She ran to her dorm.

"let's do homework in my room." she invited Moka and Tiberius.

"I'll join in Alyssa," Tiberius said but then looked at the man who kept talking about his friends the Wolves. "You're friends with the wolf pack?" Tiberius said with a smile on his face. "That's pretty cool. We've meet them before actually. When we were in the forest. Did they say anything to you about us? Can you understand them? What is it like living with wolves? Do you have to fight with them?" Tiberius was very interested in the man who was cool with the wolves.

Alyssa stopped as Tiberius spoke with the man. She turned. "Are you the person who's been taking care of the wolves in the forest then?" she blurted out.

She reddened. No one except maybe Telmorrain knew that they had been to the forest. What if it was forbidden?

What if the wolves were actually dangerous?

"I am sort of the alpha male or leader of that pack, so they usually behave for me and the reason I know you met them even though I havent gone to see them yet is because I can smell them on you." he laughed "And like I just said they will be joining us is class tomorrow!" he then started leaning against a wall "Well in my experience they arent as aggressive as people seem to think because people tend to fear them even though they are rarely aggressive at all unless of course you mess with their food." he explained

Gether then came to a door that lead outside, he walked to it and opened it. While standing in the doorway he gave Devin one last chance to back out, "This is your last chance to back out, if you follow me out here then you will be at her mercy, until she decides otherwise." With that he walked out the door and let it close behind him. He stepped out into a small clearing and sat down on a bench on the far side of it, waiting to see if the girl would follow him out.

 

Moka stood against the wall and started twiddling her thumbs looking down embarrassed, "Um since I was only here for one class which I missed, because of the meeting with the Assistant Chairman I don't have any work to do. Would you mind if I helped you on yours?"

"thank you for enlightening us with information." Alyssa said with NO SARCASM (making this point because in other rps people have taken them to mean sarcasm). "But I'll be going to my dorm now. You two can join me." she said, looking at Tiberius and Moka. She turned to Moka herself. "Sure you can..." she smiled at her. She walked all the way to her dorm and sat down on the desk.

There was something about Fang that she didn't trust, that was all.

Devin had decided to follow him through the door because even if she was at somebody else's mercy for a while it didnt matter as long as she found her answer which she would most likely only find as one of Tsukune and Moka's enemies, of course she knew what she was getting into but was already prepared to go through with it no matter what happened next. So she walked out.

"well I will see you in class tomorrow!" Fang said as they left in one direction he decided to go the other direction.

Gether looked at the girl as she followed him out into the clearing, "Well you wanted to meet one of them so here you go..." He smiled at Devin evilly.

 

"So Gether, is this the girl who wanted to meet me?" The woman who collected Telmorain's body earlier walked out from between the trees and examined Devin, "Alright you have one chance to get my attention. State your name and why you want to meet me and then stop. Make it quick I'm not a very patient person." Gether looked toward Devin and whispered, "She really isn't very patient."

 

Moka followed Alyssa into the room and sat down, "Um, so what are we doing first?"

Alyssa smiled and said, "Oh I need to do some power control homework. Some comprehension questions on tactics. And then I have Tsukune's homework, some other comprehension questions. here we go." she pulled out a pen and some worksheets.

She smiled at Moka and began writing down answers with Moka's help.

She finished that and then started Tsukune's homework.

"This homework was actually pretty easy," Tiberius said as he sat down on Alyssa's bed. "But then again, I study a lot so this homework is actually this homework would be pretty easy." Tiberius looked around this room and decided to meditate. He felt his core and begins to twist it. He would want to experiment with his core to see it's limit. Unfortunately for him, he didn't know that his body was heating up. The heat pored from him and was felt around the room.

"Oh. It's hot in here. I'll turn up the AC." Alyssa was oblivious to the cause of the heat. She cranked down the AC.

"Tiberius, does it feel hot to you?" she shook him and woke him up. The heat dissipated.

"Tiberius! Were you causing that?" she asked him sharply, not trying to be mean. "It suddenly was really hot in here until i woke you up."

"Hehehehe," Tiberius says waking up from his meditative trance looking sheepish. "Sorry about that. I was messing with my core just to be a bit stronger than I was before. I didn't realize i was making you hot. I guess that my powers are a bit to much to handle when I was trying to adjust them." To be quiet honest, Tiberius had never been messing with his powers. he was trying to find and make himself stronger for himself and Alyssa.

Alyssa smiled. "I understand. I once did that during a kung fu class and I nearly blasted a hole in the roof." she smiled again in rememberance of that event. "That was hilarious, my teacher nearly busted a fuse and had a conniption." she laughed.

"Anyways, just be conscious of what you're doing." she gave him a quick peck on the cheek and resumed doing her homework with Moka."

"that's it!" she said as she finished up. It was eight now.

"That's great Honey." Tiberius said as he stood up to hug her. "Maybe we can go do some more Tai Chi together or something." Tiberius hugs her but then he felt a huge thump inside his body. Tiberius hold his heart. * What is going on?* Tiberius thinks as he goes down on one knee. *What is happening to me? My bones, they feel like they are melting. No!!! My heart feels like it's going to explode.* Tiberius starts coughing. *I feel like I'm about to die.* Tiberius then falls on both knees.

Gether sat back on the bench almost laying, his brown leather jacket wide open showing a knife holster on each side of his chest, each holding four knives. He looked toward the door and watched as Devin followed him out into the clearing, He smiled as he saw Devin come out into the clearing, "Well you wanted to meet one of them so here you go..." He smiled at Devin evilly.

 

Suddenly a voice came out from the trees behind Gether, "So Gether, is this the girl who you said wanted to meet me?" The person slowly became visible as she walked out from between the trees, it was the woman who had collected Telmorain's body earlier. She stopped just behind the bench that Gether was on and examined Devin, "Alright I'm going to give you one chance to really get my attention. State your name and why you wanted to meet me and then stop. Be sure to make it quick, you see I'm not a very patient person." Gether looked toward Devin and whispered, "She really isn't very patient."

 

Moka was panicking and turned to Alyssa, "What's wrong with him?" Than she heard a voice coming from the Rosary, *This is a side effect of him playing with his core. The fool needs to go back into a state of meditation and undo what he did, otherwise this will continue and his core is returned to normal by a 'limiter' like the rosary.* Moka nodded, "Thank you 'sister'." Moka then turned to Tiberius, "You need to go back into a meditative state despite the pain and reverse what you did to your core! Please trust me!"

"The name is Devin and I find that the best way to reach my goals is working with you people, Tsukune and Moka I have to fight them sometime and they wont go at full force unless I am a threat to them and their friends so a threat I wish to be!" she smirked thinking of how she would get way then how she would get out of this deal she plans to make and get away from these people. "So are you going to help me reach my goals or am I not barking up high enough the tree?" she then asked.

"No that isn't it," Tiberius says as he hold his chest in pain. "I used to change more core to be more powerful before this. Nothing has ever done this to me before. It must be something else." Tiberius felt his body go Thump. And then another Thump. *Oh my god,* Tiberius thinks as he began to cough up blood. *This is it. I'm going to die. No I can't die. No I can't leave Alyssa like this. Who will have her back? Who will hold her when I'm gone?* Tiberius then crawls over to the bed. Another Thump is felt inside his body.

Hearing Devin's finishing words he quickly stood up infront of Devin blocking her from Kayu, "K-Kayu, she didn't mean any disrespect, p-please let it go." He turned his head an bit and whispered to Devin, "Dammit Devin! Are you trying to screw your one chance?" He turned to look back at Kayu.

 

Kayu glared at Gether blocking Devin, "Will you take the punishment for her then?" He hesitated a moment and nodded. Kayu swung her hand to the side and an instant later something whipped Gether across the face almost too fast too see. Gether fell to the ground with a three inch cut across his cheek. Kayu looked to Devin, "If you want to join our organization then you will learn respect for your superiors, and you will have to learn to follow orders. And to answer your 'cheeky' question: I am as high as you will meet for a long time, to meet a higher-up you'd have to earn the right, and with your current attitude your first meeting with them will be when they execute you."

 

Moka didn't know what to do. If Tiberius has modified his core before without side effect then what was happening? She looked down at her rosary, "Onee-san, what do I do?" *I don't know, most people who try to change their core feel extreme side effects, but the fact that he's done it before nullifies that answer. I'm sorry but I don't know, maybe I could help if I was there in person, but I still don't have any idea what's wrong.* Moka looked up from her rosary and looked at Alyssa and Tiberius, "Onee-san doesn't know what to do either. I'm sorry."

"As of right now your not my superior and have no right to punish me and you are pretty arrogant but I will warn you once before it is out of my hands do what you wish with me for now, but if you touch the wolves that lie in the forest you will die and that is something I do not control..." she explained relaxed because this person didnt scare her one bit "So are you going to help me or do I need to bark up a different tree?" she questioned because had of yet not gotten her answer.

Gether stood up and blocked Devin again, but this time he was talking to her, "You obviously don't understand. If you won't show her respect now then she has to assume that you won't later. Also you don't have another option the moment you followed me out here your choices became listen and obey or die." He glanced over his shoulder at Kayu and then continued, "If you look at he left palm there is a spell circle on it. It's a special circle that was created by the higher-ups with ut Kayu can summon as many people as she needs. If you keep on like this she'll have you killed! Please think before you act." He stepped back and off to the side.

 

Once Gether was out of the way Kayu stepped around the bench and looked Devin over again, "Gether, I have no intention of killing this girl, if anything I will simply wipe her memory of this meeting and of you and let that be the end of it. Now, I believe that you could be a useful asset, but unfortunately your attitude and disrespect are making me think that you aren't worth the trouble. You see if you join our organization you will be punished for failure and you must accept the punishment without vengeance. Now I would very much like to recruit you but I need to know... if you were to be accepted would you be able to keep your attitude in check while in the preseance of your superiors?"

 

Moka felt utterly helpless as Tiberius collapsed under intense pain that none of them could explain, "Onee-san, would that be able to help him?" *Don't you dare even consider that! I doubt that it would help, it would be more likely to kill him! But either way you are not to consider that again! You understand!* Moka fell back onto the floor on her butt, scared of the force with which her other self yelled at her, "I'm sorry Onee-san, I won't do it, I'm sorry. I wasn't thinking of that." She started crying a bit, afraid for Tiberius, and afraid of what she might have done had her other self not spoken up.
