"Trust me," Tiberius said when Alyssa finished. "Coming to a near death death experience, or being on the other end of a death experience is not fun." Tiberius looked on to Devin. "When my mother died, I would have paid everything even my life to bring her back. I know how you feel. In fact, Me and Tsukune have probably been through more than you. You need to wake up and pay attention." Tiberius eyes shine in the remembrance with his tortured past. Tiberius remembers the man he killed, the twenty or thirty boys who beat him to the brink of death, and The abuse of his Foster parents. "Listen to us. We understand."

IC: Alyssa stood there. "Yes, we do." she said simply and turned on her heel and stalked away. She rounded the corner and bumped into Bryce.

"Oh...um...oops, I'm sorry..." she said as she flew out of the way and helped Bryce collect his papers.

"What are these?" she said without helping herself. Was bryce taking notes on what they were talking about?

Bryce reddened and grabbed his papers forcefully from Alyssa's hands and ran away.

Alyssa walked back. "That guy that took you, Moka, was just there, it looked like he was taking notes on our conversation."

"You people dont understand and you never will if you keep insisting that I dont do this when I have to even if I lose everything in the process! Please tell me the point of living without happiness, a purpose or even a reason worth doing so? What is the reason for living as an empty shell, a remnant of what you once were, what would make you do such a thing without anything to live for?!" she demanded

"Devin." Alyssa said slowly. "We understand. Drop it please?"

She looked at her patronizingly but with an ounce of kindness. She turned to Tsukune. "Is Bryce a nice person?" she asked.

She looked back at Devin to see if she was going to continue on her tirade about how she should find a reason to live. "And we'll help you find your reason." she assured her.

[Jason.]

At this point in this kind of shift Jason's mind was completely blank, almost like a dreamless sleep. The wolf through vast areas tracking anyone or anything with it's keen sense of smell. Eventually is caught the trail of something and began galloping toward it. The wolf made itself known amongst the few young teens talking that it had tracked. It stood there paced up and down and snarled.

 

EDIT: If you don't understand, I was lost after having awoken from a few day shift of a species I can't control so I missed the official school opening. In order to get un-lost sorta, I shifted into a wolf and the wolf caught the scent of you guys talking, which is now near you lot, snarling and pacing up and down.

Tsukune shook his head, "Devin we're your friends we won't agree with you on everything but we can't stop you. I can live without Moka, I wouldn't want to, but I could." He turned to Alyssa, "You're mistaken Moka hasn't injected me since I became a Ghoul and she will never inject anyone again except in the most dire of circumstances. When she bites me these days its for her benefit, not mine." He turned back to Devin seemingly angry, "Devin, the fact remains that getting power will NOT bring you family back! How do you think I feel! I can never tell my parent's a whole half of my life! They can never know what Moka is, they can't ever know half of what I've accomplished!" He stopped and then spoke coldly to Devin, "Devin if you believe that you life has no meaning then by all means cast it aside, but know this, my life once had no meaning... I gave myself one..." He stood up and walked out of the cafeteria without a second look.

 

Moka looked after him stunned, "Tsu..ku..ne?" Then she turned to Devin, "Devin, Tsukune didn't mean that, he doesn't want you to hurt yourself..."

OOC: Jason I'm not quite understanding where you are, and what you are doing, based on your post. Please elaborate.

IC: "He did, Moka." Alyssa said shortly, quite tired of Devin's tirade. She walked away again, still wondering what Bryce had been doing.

She looked at Tiberius. "Anything you have to be at next?" she asked.

She looked around. "Where's Kaizen and Riki...?" she asked herself. They had gone away again.

"I am going to take my leave now!" said Devin with an angry tone smiting them as she walked away for their carefree attitudes and remembering how she used to be like that too, ignorant to the world around them because she was right they dont understand who she is, how she is or why she is like she is. They cant understand if they dont even know her if they dont bother trying to learn about her or getting to know her how could they understand.

Alyssa watched Devin leave and immediately felt sorry for her harsh words but was also angry. She wished Devin would shut up for once.

She turned to Tiberius but was surprised her eyes were watery.

"Anyways," she managed to get out. "Now what?" she asked simply.

She looked out of a nearby window. She stared at the setting sun and wished that she could live a normal life with just Tiberius and her powers and his powers and her friends.

"I wish she wouldn't do that," Tiberius said with a serious look on his face. "You don't have to settle for your life with no happiness. In fact, you can make your own happiness, if you gave it a chance to work on it yourself. I am living proof with that." Tiberius looks at Alyssa with his last comment. Then he turns to Moka and says, "You should go after him. Tsukune probably meant you make him happy. I feel sorry for Devin. But, we must try to make her feel not so lonely anymore."

Alyssa immediately burst out crying at that. "I wish I hadn't said that." she said. She sat down heavily and floated a bit but sat down with a larger thump.

She looked up and saw a wolf. "what the heck?" she said as she gingerly stepped away from the beast and wiped her eyes. She withdrew the pouch of bacon and gingerly lifted a piece and dropped it next to it.

"is that Jordan...?" she wondered. He was the only other shapeshifter she knew.

Gether watched as Devin walked away from the table angrily and followed her, *If I beat her then I'll be one step closer to moving up in the organization. Maybe I'll even get to meet 'God'. That would be worth it in and of itself.* Gether made sure that he was completely silent while following Devin, *I hope she at least entertains me.*

 

Moka looked after Devin and then looked at Alyssa and Tiberius, "Um, can I stay with you two for now? Tsukune needs some time alone and I just wanted to learn more about you since you're Tsukune's friends." *I want to be their friend, but I haven't known them that long. Tsukune is my main connection to them and he's gone. Without him my only other connection with them is the fight earlier.*

 

Tsukune was sitting on the roof looking out over the school, *She doesn't seem to get it. If you don't have a purpose then you have to either find one or made one for yourself.*

Alyssa nodded but was staring at the wolf. "Tiberius, does this wolf look familiar to you?" she asked, looking at it.

She gave a watery chuckle. "Maybe the wolf knows you, Tiberius..." she said. She turned to Moka. "Maybe one of us should get Devin to apologize or something..." she said. "I shoudn't have made my words so harsh..."

She set off down the hall the way Devin had came.

As Alyssa went to got follow Devin Moka grabbed her arm, "Don't, just let her calm down. It's like when Kurumu and Mizore thought that Tsukune and I betrayed them, they needed time. Trust me, Devin needs it too." She looked at Alyssa with pleading eyes. Moka was serious, "Kurumu and Mizore walked away from us when we needed them most and after calming down they realized that we were right and came back. You need to give Devin the chance, if you take back your words now then you take away all your credibility and she'll cast away the meaning of your words. We need her to think about them and realize that we're right."

 

Gether decided to make his move and walked out from behind a door and into Devin's way, "I hear that you want to have a near-death experience and that your friends won't help you. Now this is just my opinion, but if they were really your friends then they'd help you anyway." He walked around Devin circling her, "If you want I'll help you..."

"What can I say?" Tiberius says when he turned to Moka. "She is my girlfriend. Damn she has got a spirit and a heart. " Tiberius runs to Alyssa and catches up to her. "I wonder what that was about?.The Wolf I mean. His actions were almost human like. I wonder...Oh it's probably nothing. I'm probably just over reacting. Anyway, I think that she could be in the a real down state. She probably could use the encouragement. But, then again, we have to mean what we say and not back-off. I'll go talk to her." Tiberius begins to walk towards the way Devin left.

Alyssa just nodded wordlessly and then turned back to Moka and Tiberius. "You're right." she said smiling at Moka.

She turned to Tiberius. "I may have a spirit," she started seriously then broke out into a smile. "But we should let Devin cool down."

 

 

"Anything you guys have to do next?" asked Alyssa to Tiberius and Moka, just wondering. She wanted to have some time free.

Moka nodded when Alyssa agreed to let Devin cool down. She then decided to try and strike up a conversation, "Um so when did you two meet Tsukune?" *I just want to connect with them and be their friend, like back there...*

 

Gether continued to circle Devin, but looking only at her face, "So what do you say? Interested? Do you want me to help you?" He smiled, "I won't hesitate, ask me for anything that you want and I'll give it to you." *Come-on girl, I'm offering you anything you want, and what you want most is what your friends denied you. So what will you say now.*

"So this is the place huh?" said Fang walking right and into the office "I am the new teacher he told the person at the desk who gave him what he needed and told him he can go to dinner or do what ever because he didnt have a class today because they did not know when he would arrive to teach Harmonic Balance.

"So what do you want?" Devin asked "Well can you do me a favor while your here? Take me to your boss!" she told him coldly.

OOC: edited. Just making sure bcuz Apocalypse said that it was lunch.

 

IC: Alyssa looked at Moka. "Oh we met here..." she said. She was wondering if Moka could possibly be jealous of her and Tsukune? That would be impossible, they were so close and Alyssa barely even knew Tsukune. It had hardly been a day.

Alyssa continued, "We just met today, come to think of it. He showed us his power. Pretty much scared the wits out of us, but at least we know the truth." she gave a dry chuckle.

Gether stopped circling and smiled at Devin, "'My boss' you say... well unfortunately my boss isn't even in this country. But I can bring you to the next best person... But before I do that I must know: why do you wish to meet him? You see he doesn't just meet with anybody."

 

Moka nodded, "The Assistant Chairman said something earlier about Tsukune being a teacher... Can you tell me what he meant?" *Tsukune still hasn't told me, but then again I didn't ask him yet.*

"I wish to speak with whoever is in charge around here or atleast somebody who has power around here unlike you so why dont you take me to whoever you answer to?" replied Devin

Fang was walking around campus pretty much randomly and bumped into Alyssa and Moka almost literally "Sorry about that!" he said in his nice tone and he looked like a real tough guy but didnt act it and his beautiful face complimented his body very well.

"He's teacher of Team Combat training." explained Alyssa. "He taught us today to fight in teams against larger numbers and some tactics. He's a good teacher." she smiled warmly.

"Anyways, do you know if you're a teacher as well? I'm just asking because Tsukune's one, and wel...I'm just curious." she finished.

Alyssa turned to the newcomer. "Hello, are you a teacher?" she asked politely, not wanting to get off on the wrong foot.

 

 

Bryce walked along the corridors, red-faced. He had let that idiot girl get her! She walked to the corridor where she saw Devin and Gether.

"Oh no." he said, turning white faced. He ran off, his feet thundering on the ground, not caring if Gether heard him, and ran all the way back up to the assistant chairman.

"Actually," Tiberius said with some deep thought. "I wasn't scared of him per say. I was more scared of Alyssa getting hurt. I was actually excited by the challenge. I like to fight in a one on one enviroment. I was more concerned with Alyssa, though I was confident in her abilities. It's just when a battle with two or more people are involved, it gets complicated. You've probably never heard a story like mine. But, then a again you've never heard of me at all.

"yes." Alyssa agreed. "His story is sad yet it gives him a good experience for fighting which may come in handy later in your life. You never know when the next war with the ATG will be." she shook her head darkly. "According to history they happen every four years."

She looked at the guy again that just bumped into them.

 

"Assistant Chairman!" Bryce practically yelled.

"yes?" the assistant chairman replied sharply in a more civil tone.

"G-g-gershen..." was all Bryce could get out.

The assistant chairman stood up with a bang. "WHAT?"

He dialed on his phone for the head chairman.

"Hello? Are you ignoring me?" asked Fang very politely because he wanted to apologize for almost walking into them and maybe find out who they were because meeting people here now could always be useful for him later.

"Well are you going to take me to somebody that has power or not?!" she questioned him thinking he was a retard or something for his incredibly slow reaction time.
