Alyssa looked at Tsukune then the girl one last time, they both seemed to be distracted. She sat down with Tiberius, Kaizen, and Riki. "I wonder if they know each other." she said. She sat watching as they just stared at each other.

"So anyways...that was a pretty awesome class, don't you guys think?" she asked as she grabbed a sandwich and a Caesar salad and sat down and ate.

 

Bryce rushed down the stairs and into the cafeteria as he expected Tsukune to be by then. He sighted him and rushed forward. "Ah...erm...master Tsukune, the Assistant Chairman is requesting an audience with you." he bowed to him.

'Oh there it is!' thought Devin at last excited to finally find the main office so she went in to announce her arrival here and find out where to go next she was pretty curious of this new place she had never been to before and she was still mourning in her on way the loss of her father Nathan which had been her fault and she feels tremendous guilt over that. "I am here" she told the person there "I am Devin Kai Cratos!" in a slightly cheerful manner to hide this from the teachers her guilt that is.

Alyssa picked at her food and then finished it and dropped her tray. She looked over as she saw her schedule. "Oh. Spell training next." she said as she scanned the details. Not much, only the overview said: we will be learning about basic to advanced spells. "We didn't learn that yesterday." she remarked as she sat down. Thirty more minutes until class began again.

After Devin was given a schedule she was told that it was lunch time and how to get there along with the fact she was given her room information and all other information she would need. So she went off to the cafeteria got in line for lunch. She got a thing of french fries and looked for a table then sat down at an empty table in the corner of the cafeteria.

Alyssa looked around and saw a girl sitting lonely-like at the empty table where Animaeos used to sit. Before he disappeared. She ended up wondering where he went.

She slid down with her bookbag still over her shoulder. "HI, I"m Alyssa and I can fly." she said. "Who are you? Just thought you might need a bit of company."

"Arent you a little too cheerful?" questioned Devin as she ate her lunch which consisted of only french fires. She scratched her head with a hand which her head was covered with her messy tomboy hair style which went well together with her tomboy clothes that she always wore. Her black hair seemed to contrast with her crimson blood red eyes as she ate and tried to ignore Alyssa.

"well sorry then." Alyssa said, a little irritated by his response. "If you wanna go ahead and be aggressive like the rest of these kids, go ahead. Don't blame me if you end up like that kid who drew his power from his blood, tomboy. And if you get on my bad side I know tiger kung fu. And jujitsu." she said and she sat back down at her own table. "What an idiot." she muttered and took Tiberius's hand.

As she finished her french fries she threw her trash out then walked over to Alyssa grabbed her shoulder and motioned for Alyssa to follow her and then started to walk outside where things would be a little more private or atleast she hoped would be more private and waited for Alyssa to follow her if Alyssa did at all once she got outside.

Alyssa got up, not really knowing what to expect. She had gotten plenty of outright hatred from Animaeos. "Yeah?" she asked once they were out of the noisy cafeteria. She did a helpless glance to Kaizen, Riki, and Tiberius, as she followed Devin out.

"What?" she asked, though not too meanly or sharply.

Devin held up her schedule in front of Alyssa for a minute before saying anything at all "I dont understand this at all." she then said with an annoyed voice leaning up against a wall "Can you help me figure this damn thing out?" Devin asked which was out of character for Devin this whole situation was because Devin usually kept to herself unless it involved fighting which did not even though it appeared to be.

Alyssa nodded. "Sure if you be more willing to accept other people's cheeriness. I was only trying to be nice." she said. "So next you have spell training. We're going to that too. It's at Room fifty one, but you can follow us if you need to." she smiled a bit but then stopped. "After that there's a meeting in the training hall. Havent been to one yet but I know what the training hall is and where it is. You can follow us for that as well." she nodded and checked her watch. "About twenty minutes til class starts up again."

Kaizen shrugged and said 'sorry' to Tiberius. He was too busy looking at the clouds he didn't noticed Tsukune ask for the next group and thus he and Tiberius didn't get to practise. "Sorry," said Kaizen "Wasn't focusing, but oh well, there's always next time." He walked with Tiberius to Alyssa. "New kid?" asked Kaizen. "it's annoying, but you have to introduce us later. For now, i'll leave you two to have your dating time." Kaizen winked at Tiberius and hinted for Riki to come join him.

Alyssa walked from Devin. "See you later then, we'll meet here before class." she decided, and without waiting for a reply, walked over to Tiberius, Kaizen, and Riki. "Hey." she took Tiberius's hand and smiled. "Well the new kid was a little irritating at first, she's a tomboy with attitude, but she's nice I guess. We're meeting back here in about fifteen minutes to take her to class, she's a bit lost." she smiled.

It was at this time Devin decided to take a nap and where better then right there outside on the ground she didnt care about getting dirty like some girls did in fact she liked sleeping on the ground. She no quicker laid down then she fell asleep going as to sleep for the whole 20 minutes not even waking up when she was suppose to when the bell rang which was the time Alyssa was supposed to meet her there

Kaizen was eating in the cafeteria with Riki. He glimpsed outside the window just to see the bright sky. He looked around the cafeteria, quite a few people here. Two girls walked past and Kaizen overheard their conversation. "How ungirly, sleeping out in he corridor." said one. "Yeah, not even a guy would do that. He then noticed Devin, the new kid, sleeping on the floor of the corridor, making people walk around her. 'heh,' he thought. 'the new kid's just sleeping there. 'Nice, i'm starting to like that kid, doesn't mind just sleeping on the spot.

"Yeah, I saw," Tiberius said with a small smile. Holding Alyssa's hand, he says," It's probably just because he was a new student. New students are always intimidated or scared the first day of school. Don't worry about her. She will be fine within a couple of days." When he finished speaking he laid his head on Alyssa's Shoulders.

Tsukune wasn't sure if it was really Moka, but he wanted to find out. As he was about to go see her he heard the Assistant Chairman's assistant Bryce address him. He turned to Bryce, "Hmm, why would he want me to come see him? Is this about the examination of my class? Tell him I'll come see him at the end of the day, alright." He glanced back toward the girl, "I have other things to do right now." With that Tsukune walked away toward Moka.

 

Moka was drinking what was left of her tomato juice when she heard a voice behind her, "Moka? Is that really you?" She recognized him immediately, "Tsukuneeeeeee!!!!!!" She tackled him and bit his neck. A minute later she let go and they got up, "Sorry, it's been a while and well... you taste good." She blushed and packed up her things except for her schedule, "Can you help me I don't know what class I have next?" Tsukune smiled and took her schedule, after looking over it for a bit he realized that Moka's schedule was the same as his except that instead of teaching Team Combat Training she was taking it. "You're in everyone of my classes! Even Team Combat Training!" He decided to keep that fact that he was the teacher of that class to himself. Moka brightened, "Oh so we can team up together, yay! What do we have next?" Tsukune grabbed her wrist and pulled her along rushing, "We have spell training next, not that you and I need it, but if we don't hurry we're gonna be late!" The two of them rushed off to make sure they got to class on time. As they rushed they attracted a lot of attention and then they ran right past Alyssa and Tiberius.

It was at this point Devin woke up then seeing the two running like that she thought it would be fun to follow them so she took off running too following them as they ran to class which would get her there on time and she doesnt even know they are going to class and she easily keeps up with the two enjoying herself the whole time.

Bryce stammered, "W-wait, Master Tsukune, your audience with the assistnat chairman?" but it was too late, the two lovers were gone. "Shoot. Now what am I going to tell him?" he cursed.

 

Alyssa smiled at Tiberius and Kaizen. "Let's get going to class I suppose." she said. "Almost time anyways." she stood up and took Riki and Tiberius's hand and motioned for Kaizen to follow.

"NOw where is that new girl Devin?" she wondered as she took a look. She saw him following Tsukune and Moka. "Oh I guess then she doesn't need us to follow." she smiled a bit and together they walked down the hallway to the room.

Tsukune and Moka laughed as they ran, thinking of the past and all that happened back at the school. *Well we're at this Academy now. I wonder, after all that happened at the last school, what's going to happen here?* Tsukune and Moka stopped as they arrived at the classroom and he opened the door for her, "Welcome to Spell Training." They walked in and took two seats one infront of the other along the far side of the room. Tsukune sat down infront of Moka, who sat there thinking of what he might have been doing before she arrived, *He couldn't have found another 'friend' could he?*

Alyssa ran into the room breathless, nodded at Tsukune, but gave the two their space. They were obviously together. They sat in the front right corner of the room.

She smiled at Tiberius and stroked his hand as they sat down.

"Welcome to Spell Training." the teacher echoed as she gave a flourish with her hand to the board and the board came rushing down as a new slate. "I have the power of telekenesis." she said. "But we are here to learn spells. For example." she flourished her hand towards the pencil sharpener and with a bright flash of light it reappeared on Moka's desk. "I used a transporter spell of level nine because it was nonverbal." she said.

 

"Grarrghhh!" the assistant chairman made a disparaging noise as he received the news from his assistant. "Go into the classroom and make a request to the teacher that MOKA has to come. NOW!" he was maroon faced with anger.

"yessir!" Bryce said immediately.

Bryce rushed down the stairs again and now into the spell training classroom.

"The assistant chairman has made a special request to meet with Moka." he said, bowing to the teacher.

"So this is Spell Training?" muttered Devin under her breath as she took a seat in the back of the room where nobody else was and started to relax right as she sat down with her feat plopped up on the desk and all relaxing like she began to close her eyes and fall asleep once more because she found that the subject was kind of boring to her and sleeping again after she just woke up to that just proves that the subject doesnt interest her at all.

The teacher glanced at the back and saw that one of her own students was asleep. She waved her hand and muttered something under her breath. A loud noise sounded through the class.

"No sleeping!" she commanded.

Alyssa smiled internally but kept her face blank as she looked at the startled form of Devin.

"Take notes on these spells on the board." ordered the teacher. There was a level five summoning spell, a level five transporting spell, and a level three stun spell.

"No Thanks," yawned Devin "This subject seems boring and of no interest of me so I will be getting back to sleep now..." falling asleep as if on cue and also making the teacher really mad because Devin had directly disobeyed her and also made a fool of her in her own classroom, which is not something a student should do to a teacher.

[-Genesis-]

As the Assistant Chairman's assistant came into the class and called for Moka, Tsukune looked back at her and saw a scared look on her face. He smiled at her silently telling her that she'd be fine. He instantly pulled out a slip of paper and a pencil and drew two Level 8 Linked Summoning Spell Circles, one on the slip of paper which he slipped to her, and one on the back of his hand. Then he watched painfully as she walked out of the room with the assistant. Tsukune was visually trembling, out of both anger and fear, *If anything happens to Moka... * He wasn't even able to finish the thought it was so painful.

 

Outside the classroom Moka followed the assistant, *What's going on? I told him that the Board Chairman wanted me to stay with Tsukune, but he didn't listen.* She clenched her right hand a bit, feeling the link summoning spell Tsukune had passed her as she walked by his desk to leave the room. Then she focused on the Assistant Chairman's assistant, "Um sir? Did I do something wrong?"
