Tsukune took a deep breathe and looked at Alyssa and smiled, "You're partially right, they are spells, and they are complex, but they are not actually meant to help you in battle." He looked over the entire class, "Do any of you know what each one of these is, specifically?" Tsukune wondered if spell circles were really that far ahead of the students of the Academy, the Board Chairman had made him learn to make, memorize, be able to identify each kind of spell circle, and be able to tell it's level simply from looking at it.

 

Moka followed the student's instructions and found the main office. "Um, hi, I'm Moka Akashiya... I'm a new student here. Do you have anything for me?" The receptionist smiled at Moka and handed her an envelope with her room key, and her schedule in it, "There you go young lady, but this is the last class before lunch, you're better off going to the cafreteria and just simply waiting." The receptionist pulled a map of the school out of a drawer and handed it to Moka, "Here you go, have a nice day." With that Moka nodded her thanks and headed for the cafeteria.

Alyssa stared at one. "I know that that's a transportation one, but I don't know the other one." she offered timidly. She cursed herself for forgetting what the other one was. Is it gathering, summoning, or creating? she asked herself.

She looked around the class but they all looked equally baffled.

"I think I know," Tiberius said. "They are for summoning people or more or less practice dummies or something along those lines. They are used for training purposes. While training, the spells summon people to fight against. There are also different levels you can set them at."

Alyssa smiled at Tiberius. he was smart.

She turned to Tsukune but mentally slapped herself from missing that one. She had been trained in recognizing and executing spells. She cant believe she forgot that one.

The class went on.

Tsukune smiled, *Well at least they got the general idea.* He sat back on his desk, "Through a group effort you two are right." He held up his right hand, "This is a level 6 transportation spell," He lowered his right hand and raised his left, "and this is a level 2 summoning spell." He turned and put both spells back on his desk, "These are how I'm going to train you, now before we go any further I need all of you to divide into groups of two." As everyone started to get their partners he watched Alyssa and Tiberius waiting to see if they'd do what they wanted and team up or do what was best for the class and split up picking different partners.

Alyssa smiled sadly at Tiberius. "Sorry Tiberius I promised this time that I would be with Riki. Haven't partnered with her since yestereday's combat." she smiled at him. "next time, kay?"

She partnered off with Riki and stood to the side, waiting for further instructions.

-MEANWHILE-

the Assistant of the Assistant board chairman ran off with a stalk of papers in his hand and arrived at the assistant chairman's office.

"i brought the copies of the registration statistics of the AGS you wanted, sir!" he squeaked.

Tsukune sat back on his desk and watched, *Hmm, everyone's partnering up, but I'd bet a great deal that since Alyssa's partnering up with Riki, Tiberius teams up with Kaizen.* He laid his hand on the transportation spell, *And when everyone is ready we'll really begin.* He smirked at the thought of everyone's reaction when they found out that to start they weren't even fighting humans. *They'll either freak or focus on guessing what they'll be fighting.*

 

Moka made it to the cafeteria and asked for a can of tomato juice and then sat down. She pulled out her schedule and room assignment, *So right now I should be in Team Combat Training... I wonder what class Tsukune has right now?*

The Assistant Assistant Chairman puffed down a long flight of steps, sent to retrieve Moka to be briefed by the Assistant Chairman. He was a rather plump chubby man and he arrived at the cafeteria. "Mistriss Moka!" he puffed. "You are to be sent to the assistant chairman before you go to your first class!" he said as he gasped for breath then righted himself, regaining his usual smooth, stuffy, businesslike manner.

Alyssa waited for Tsukune to describe what exactly they would be fighting.

She thought of all of the possibilities. Could it possibly be him?

No, otherwise he wouldn't have brought out all of the spells.

it could be an animal. Or a beast. Or something.

[-Genesis-]

Moka turned at the sound of her name, "Hm, what? Oh yes the Bus Driver told me that someone would come and say that..." She started rummaging through her satchel, "Now where is it, AH, got it." She pulled out an envelope, and held it out to the man, "The Driver told me that if someone came telling me that the assistant chairman wanted to see me that I was to give this to him, for him to give to the assistant chairman. So here you go." He handed it to the man and went back to her things.

 

Tsukune smiled as the class sat down with their partners, "Alright then, since you're all paired up it's time to use the first of the spells I have here," He grabbed the level 6 trasnportation spell and activated it, "Let's go!" in a flash of light everyone in the room disappeared into thin air. In another flash of light everyone found themselves sitting in the western seats of a stadium, with Tsukune standing on top of the eastern side, "Here we are... this is where we will have our battles and such so as to be able to fight without holding back and without damaging the school. If you go down to the front row and look down you will notice that the walls of the main bowl or fighting area are twenty feet high, but don't worry if you lean over then you will feel the barrier. The barrier makes it so that those inside the arena can fight without fearing of harming the audience, the barrier is strong enough to... well let's just say it's strong enough to tkae anything any of us can dish out." He looked across the stadium to the crowd of students, "So which pair will volunteer to go first?"

Kaizen walks next to Tiberius. "Hey, that guy isn't that scary after all, and he's kinda a good teacher, don't you reckon? Anyways, let's prepare for what comes out of his summons. From the smirk of his face it desn't seem to be human or humane. How annoying." Sighed Kaizen. He looked at the other people in his class. They looked just as curious, some seemed scared. Kaizen laughed to himself. 'This place is awesome.'

Alyssa raised her hand with Riki. "We will!' she offered.

"Are we going to be fighting each other or are we going to be fighting someone or something else?" she asked confused. Tsukune didn't specify that part. She looked around the stadium. It was huge. She guessed that it was used for other things other than sparring.

Tsukune smiled and decided to make sure they were serious, "Are you sure you want to go first?" He looked at Alyssa's face and got his answer, "Alright then!" He raised his left hand with the spell in it and Alyssa and Riki disappeared in a flash of light and reappeared down in the arena in another flash of light. Tsukune appeared standing infront of Alyssa and Riki in the bowl of the arena, "So let's begin," He turned to the rest of the class in the stands, "Alyssa and Riki will be beginning the fights." He turned back to Alyssa and Riki, "Alright now, you two will have to fight as a team, in my right hand is the summoning spell, when I use it I will summon a pair of lower-level creatures, your job is to successfully defeat the pair without either one of you being defeated, I will be watching from the stands as well, if I think that you can't handle it or if I feel that one of you cannot continue thenI will end the battle immediately, also if either of you believe that you are done or simply do not wish to finish say so and again, I'll end the battle, understood?" He activated the transportation spell and Tsukune was back up in the stands, then he activated the summoning spell and summoned a pair of lizardmen. "Ready, begin!" The two lizardmen simply charged directly at Alyssa and Riki, no tricks no finesse, just a straightforward attack.

Lizardmen - swamp living creatures, they are physically more powerful than a full grown human male, but their intelligence is their weakest point. Can survive both on land and in the water.

Moka took another sip of her tomato juice and noticed that the man hadn't left after she gave him the envelope, "Is something else wrong?"

Alyssa easily avoided their charge and did an aerial roundhouse kick to one of their heads. It knocked them senseless. She did a series in the tiger kung fu and then a swift punch to the stomach and a high kick to the face.

She saw Riki was coping well with the other lizardman and soon hers was dead at her feet. Duh, she was a combat empowered. Thought Alyssa.

'Woah, lizardmen,' thought Kaizen. He was surprised to see Riki doing her stuff. 'She really is a combat specialist'. He turned to Tsukune. "Sir, how many levels of summons are there? or rather, how many summons can we get up to?" He looked down at the lizardmen. They looked easy, or maybe it was just Alyssa and Riki. "Also, do we get the same monster order? Because then, it'd be easier to be last and observe all the monsters then attack them when you know most." explained Kaizen.

"To be quite honest," Tiberius says with a smile on his face. "I would like to take the challenge. I would rather go next if you don't mind Kaizen. It's just that I've been itching for a good fight. I've aways been holding back because I didn't want to destroy the school or seriously hurt my opponent. Even against the people in the street I've only knocked out and I didn't use my powers. This should be fun. Don't worry Kaizen I got your back."

"yehh, it's ok, i don't mind, i'm just asking." Kaizen said. "Also, feel free to use your powers like crazy, i'll just teleport away when i need to. Although it should be ME saying i got your back, you're the main attacker, i'll help you the best i can." He smiled back at Tiberius. He could imagine was this guy could do. Just going in there and exploding with flames and obliterating everything. For some reason, he felt as Tiberius was a real trustworthy leader type. 'That means he'll do most of the fighting.' He sighed with a breath of relaxation.

Tsukune watched the speed at which Alyssa and Riki thought that they had won. He smiled and called out to them, "Remember, lizardmen are extremely durable, you'll have bruises on your legs tomorrow Alyssa, their hide is tough." He watched as Alyssa's lizardman recovered and grabbed her right ankle, "I've got you now, wench!" he lifted himself up and caught her throat with his other hand, "That hurt before, and now I'm gonna kill you!" Riki's lizardman got up and leapt at Riki, but if she dodged the attack then it would hit Alyssa! Tsukune watched, ready to terminate the fight if necessary, *They underestimated their opponents, lizardmen are quite good at working together. That was the point of the exercise, but Alyssa and Riki hadn't worked together. They'd divvied up opponents and gone on from there.*

 

As Moka sipped her tomato juice she noticed that the Assistant Chairman's assistant was still standing there next to her. She put down her drink and looked over at him, "Is there something else that you need?"

"I was told to bring you to him, I am sorry to say." he said sincerely. He had no idea what the assistant chairman was going to say to her. "I will go back and tell him that you are unwilling?" he offered to Moka.

Alyssa looked in a fleeting glance of surprise at the lizardman but quickly aimed a punch to his head and grabbed him by the rough hide of the lizardman. "NO." she said quickly. "You aren't going to." she grabbed him by the jugular and held until the lizardman's struggles stopped and she threw him back down on the ground.

"Owwwch they're skin's tough and they're really heavy." she shook her hand to get the feeling back into it.

[-Genesis-]

Moka looked at the assistant alarmed and then ashamed, "It's not that it's just that the Board Chairman told me to find Tsukune and then to stay with him and to not trust anyone else until he says so." She looked down at her drink, I'm sorry, but I'd rather have the Assistant Chairman upset with me than have the Board Chairman mad at me."

 

Tsukune smiled as he watched Alyssa and Riki finish off the lizardmen. "Good, you didn't exactly work as a team but you won anyway." He transported Alyssa and Riki back into the stands and made the lizardmen disappear, "Ok we only have time for one more team, before lunch. So who's up next?" He decided to add a twist and called to Alyssa and Riki, "Since you two went first I'll let you pick which pair will go next."

"Hm. Let's see..." Alyssa said. "well I don't really know, can't decide." she said. She didn't want to show favoritism but she didn't know anyone else out there. Or what they could do. "You decide!" she said.

 

"Yes ma'am." the assistant assistant bowed at Moka and then took a deep breath and ran back upstairs to face the assistant chairman's wrath. he had wanted to recruit Moka for this scheme of his. Now he would be angry.

"Sir, she did not come..."

Tsukune shook his head, "Alright then... You two!" He pointed at a pair of students who had been messing around at the top of the stands. He raised his left hand and transported the two of them into the arena, "The rules are the same, the goal is the same. Good Luck." He raised his right hand and summoned another pair of lizardmen. But unlike Alyssa and Riki these two student's were beaten easily and Tsukune had to end the fight. He raised his left hand again and transported them all back to the classroom. "Well that's all we have for today, the bell will ring in a minute and we'll finish some more battles tomorrow." Then the bell rang and most of the students were gone instantly. Tsukune picked up his class file and put it in his satchel before putting it over his shoulder. Then he turned around to see who was left.

 

Moka was still sitting in the cafeteria as student's from all over the school came running in trying to get in line first. She looked though them looking for Tsukune, but soon realized he wasn't there, *Tsukune, where are you?*

Alyssa smiled at Tsukune as they exited the class. "That was an awesome class. Youre so much better than the assitant chairman!" she said as she entered the cafeteria with him. She saw the usual fuss and the loud chatter that greeted them, but she saw a new girl gazing around the room and then landed sight on Tsukune. "You know her?" she asked him.

 

 

"WHAT?"

"I-I'm sorry sir...b-b-but sh-sh-she r-r-refused t-to c-c-come!" stammered the assistant assistant.

"BRYCE! YOUR INSTRUCTIONS WERE CLEAR!" he was purple faced with rage. "I'm getting a head of myself..." he said, struggling to control his temper. "It's her fault, not yours..." he seethed. "Well, I'll try Tsukune. Go fetch him." he had many more doubts about Tsukune than he did Moka, even though he did originally have some doubts about Moka. She would tell Tsukune immediately once they were found together about what he assigned her, blah blah blah, and then he would tell her not to do it because it was inhumane and all that lovely crap that the head chairman had filled him with. Great. he groaned.

Bio: Like many who have powers like her tragic things have happened because of her lack of control over them. She was raised be her father Nathan alone because her mother had died in child birth and he had trained her in martial arts like his uncle did him and his grandfather did his uncle, showing a history of martial artists in her family who only use their abilities to protect others, she tended to be more in love with the fight then people which caused her to get in trouble in school even before she got her powers. When she got her powers Nathan had kept them a secret until one day when they were sparring she lost control and there was an explosion which killed him, everyone thought it would be best to send her here so that was what happened.
