[Class] Dark Clouds ...

Low Novice.

There's good flow' date=' except it goes the opposite way then it should be going. Also, I can't see any lighting or blending, and the background has more depth then the render.

The reason it's going to opposite way is because I originally had the render on the right side but it looked kinda crappy so I flipped it and moved it to the left. Also, lighting and blending, I'm still learning how to do that.

What's Low Novice on a scale of 1 to 10?

This sig is just ew. Render is squashed' date=' isn't blended, background is too plain. There's virtually no effects, no depth. Work on the basics, check out the stickied GFX FAQ thread.

Background is plain!? Do you know what Grunge Tags are?

Low Novice would be 1/10. The lowest possible rating.

Damn >.<

Technically I don't think classes correspond to ratings at all.

Yeah but I asked her to give me an example of what Low Novice is on a scale of 1 to 10.

The rankings are like this:

Novice

Moderate

Intermediate

Professional

Each with the subclasses of Low, Solid and High. So Low Novice is quite bad.

But the render seems very LQ and blurry, and the border is quite bad. There's no lighting, depth, flow anything either. Keep trying =/

The render was meant to be blurry but I blurred it too much. Still trying to learn Depth, Flow, etc. I know what they mean but I don't know how to apply them.
