YCM 1 On 1 Champships - No more entries! - Qualifiers, sign-up for Interzonal Round!

I am going to start a series of tournaments that are for qualification to the YCM 1 On 1 Championships.

 

Format

Everyone is welcome to the Zonal Stage, from the Zonal, we will move to the Interzonal Stage. Where we will have qualifiers from the Zonal, and people. From the Interzonal, there will be the Candidate Stage. 8 of the top finishers in the Interzonal will play in an elimination tournament to decide a winner.

 

The winner for the Candidates Stage is to go on and challenge the reigning YCM Champion.

 

The Zonal will not have any 1 on 1s. Where as the Interzonal may have it incorporated into some round. All 1 on 1s in this will be rated by the organization.

 

Entrance Fee / Prizes

Interzonal Entry fee: 100 Points. Winner gets 2 Reps and 50% of prize fund, Runner-up will get 1 Rep and 30%, 3rd gets 15%, 4th gets 5%.

 

Top 6 Qualify to Candidates. I may invite more, but to be on the safe side.

That's a good thing. Because if you make it to the Interzonal, I can invite another person. To make the entire tournament stronger. Of course, if you become the reining champion, then I will have to remove you.

You either qualify to get into the Interzonal, from the Zonal.

You get invited to go to the Interzonal.

 

Of course, you have no guarantee that I will invite you.
