You can Normal Summon this card by Tributing 1 "Celestial" monster and by paying Life Points equal to its original DEF. If you do, place 1 Lightning Counter on this card. This card is unaffected by the effects of Trap Cards. During battle between this attacking card and an Attack Position monster whose ATK is lower than the ATK of this card, you can reduce the Battle Damage to 0 to place 1 Lightning Counter on this card. You can remove 1 Lightning Counter and Tribute 1 monster you control to have this card gain DEF equal to the DEF of the Tributed monster. If this card's DEF is 2500 or more, it can attack your opponent directly.

 

This card charges lightning bolts to work it's magic and help towards blasting lightning directly at your opponent, and also uses them to work up a storm, like the one below.

It's like real lightning, virtually unpredictable, which is why it has a coin toss making it uncertain where the lightning'll hit. xD
