Planet Renders problem

Most of the time when i open a render from planetrenders on GIMP, it doesn't come as a render but as a black/white background pic. Can anybody help?

You need to Register, and when you've doen that, you need to click on the render until it shows up in a seperate window.

Try to save it first. Usually it makes the quality better. If you use PS then just use the Magic Eraser and erase the black bits. It works but makes the quality worse.

It's one of the following (most likely):

 

1) You need to Register.

2) It's a fail render.

3) Sometimes you need to add .PNG when saving (sometimes it automatically guesses it's a JPG).

4) Something is wrong with your Internet Security.
