Best way to make the the non deadly illegal drugs legal is to so make a junkie tax.

 

Canadas got a 20% tax on marijuana.

 

And to respond to the rest of you: Well, ill start by saying I do not use drugs, I have smoked pot 3 times in my life, and it didn't do anything noticable any of the times, the first one maybe a small buzz, but it wasn't too cool. And besides that, poped cyclone a couple times, once at home just to see what it did, napped a while, woke up happy and energetic as hell. Second time at a party, well, all it did was make me more loose, and I slept like a baby and woke up happy the next day :)

TSL: I desire communsim because it eliminates free trade. There is no gross income of others higher than that of another. Of course, idealy, the government would have my religious beliefs held in height (which in most cases, atheism is the philosophy held by most communists) The big problem with communism occurs when a monotheist or rather anyone with a normal or hightened sense of morality looks at it, then it occurs, that for it to work, people have to die.

 

Drugs: I can understand why one would not want Meth or crack legal, but think about it, making meth legal would make people stop making it in their basement, and probably save more mixed lives than the lives of the uneducated who smoke it.

 

No comment on crack, cocaine shouldn't be illegal, the level of crime that it pushes is usually in the highest (rape, murder etc..) level of American Immorality.

 

LSD: This drug makes you unable to drive a vehicle or work machinery, or be out and about in public. Sounds like something we're all familiar doesn't it?

 

Teh Dope: Dumb idea, but NO reason to ban it. Period.

 

Pills: I really think people CAN be responsible with these, most will not.

 

Morphine/heroin-opium/oxycotin/fretenol patches(Spg?): Oxy and morphine I have no problem with legalizing, opium-heroin is a toxican more than a painkiller, and no one would use it if morphine was avaliable, except the already addicted, but they've probably wasted enough life for it not to matter. Fretenol patches (spelling?) is one of the only drugs I've ever considered not being avaliable to the public, because .625 micro grams (.000625 g) (1/4 of a patch) is dangerous to use, and a whole patch taken recreationally can kill. Being 80 times more potent than Heroin, I have nothing further to say on this item, maybe put a quota on it or something

 

It would be good to quota (cant buy more than a certain amount per day/week) all the illegal drugs, legalize, and tax them, lots of money will be made, crime DROPS almost instantly after the initial rise in use, then the sudden drop, and it won't hurt us to not have to lie to our children and tell them that things are "Bad."

Um, thats not cool. I don't think I deserve to die just because I'm religious. I just read a book about the Holocaust. Not cool. The only problem with religion are the people who are extremists. I'm not an extremist. I can tolerate different ideas. I may not agree with some of them, but I'm okay if people have different ideas or opinions.

You can put what ever you want to into your body, your not be restricted lol, its the distributers who are being restricted, you see. becuase if they went around arrestin everyone who illegal stuff into there bodies, there would be a hole lot of people in jail lol. yuh dig? so instead they try and target the distributers, and if your using it, your as much as a distributer, and the person who is selling it!

Bolded is true. There are A LOT of people in jail for simple POSSESSION charges, and that alone. 1/2 of all people in jail are there for possession and distribution of Marijuana ALONE. No coke, no meth, no narcodics, half of them for just dope.

ok this about who ever that quite was about lol and um

you wanna know something thats really messed up? im both jewish and nazi, and in the holocaust, religion wasnt the main reason why they killed jews! it was becuase hilter, wanted one race, one "perfect" race, blonde hair, blue eyes, and for them to nazi/german =/

Not that I'm aware. If he is, then he hasn't said anything around me.

 

And about that rep, I'm not even that religious. I really only go to church when I have to, or if I happen to be up and I'm bored. I also don't necessarly believe everything that is in the Bible.

Then you just believe in god and possibly believe in Jesus/the afterlife/the end of the world.

 

Those would be the things I don't believe in that you just might. And that rep was for the hell of it, I dont think I have given one of those in a couple months xD.
