Q: If I had an account on YGO Online 2, can I use that on YGO Online 3?

 

A: Of course, my good man. Just make sure you made it before the 14th

December 09', or that Konami did not delete it for being in-active.

 

 

Q: Does this game overwrite YGO Online 2 and can I continue to play it?

 

A: No, it does not overwrite YGO Online 2, but you can only continue to

play it until the 3rd January, 2010.

 

 

Q: After the startup logos show up, the screen goes black!

 

A: Reset the game a few times. It should work after a few tries.

 

 

Q: How do I edit my deck?

 

A: Click the icon next to the Duel Disk, then "Edit Deck".

 

 

Q: The game crashes when I enter Deck Editing!

 

A: It does that the few first times, if you use a completely new account.

Try again a few times. If that does not work, the server is probably

having problems.

 

 

Q: Where do I buy cards?

 

 

A: At Bilster's/Saiga's Hideout. You are given 100 Booster Points at the

start, and your remaining Duel Points from YGO Online 2 is converted

to these as well. A Booster Pack costs 15 Booster Points, and there are

5 cards in each.

You can also get 3 free Structure Decks, by clicking

the "Structure Deck" tab.

 

 

Q: Are there any new boosters?

 

A: They included a revamped version of the OCG Booster, "Duelist Genesis".

 

 

Q: Wait, so you can get Synchro Monsters now?

 

A: Yup.

 

 

Q: How do I chat with other Duelists?

 

A:Click the white bar near the bottom of the screen. Then, a selection

of chat rooms should appear. Press the two blue buttons to the right of

the bar to adjust the size of the chat?

 

 

Q: I can't start a duel!

 

A: This is because...

*You have no deck(s) selected for dueling. In the Deck Editor, press Save,

then press the grey icon next to the deck's name. Only then, will it

become active.

*The server is having problems.

*You have a "Phanthom Card" in your deck, by using the search function in

deck editing, you can add more numbers of a card into your deck that you

actually have.

 

 

Q: When dueling NPCs, my timer goes down during my opponent's turn!

 

A:There are no current solution for this bug. Konami will probably fix this

in the next update. Well, hopefully.

 

 

Q: How do I duel actual people, you know, real Duelists?

 

A:

Joining a created duel...

*Click the blue sword on the far left. A list of blue names will appear.

Click a name, and select "Send Duel Request". You will probably get an

error message when trying the first few times, but it will evetually work.

*Creating a duel...

Click the Duel Disk icon, set the options, click "Confirm", and wait for

somebody to join you.

 

 

Q: Huh, is the main game engine really a port of the Tag Force one?

 

A: No, this is a 3D-ish version of the engine used in previous YGO PC

titles. But it is heavily inspirered by the Tag Force games.

 

 

Q: My game freezes/glitches/crashes when...

 

A: Can't help you with everything, but you can send an bug reprot to

Konami, to help them make the game ready when the full version is released.

I'm not going through all the trouble of buying booster packs when I have access to the entire card pool on my YVD and Yugioh Network.
