ok your splice is meh for a begginer

1.remember to shade

2.the fire for cyndiquil could have stayed and didnt have to be colored that way which brings us back to my 1st point shading is important

But yeah, overall rather bad. Wings dont fit, they need to be placed behind teh actual splice. Fire looks kinda bad, and you need to remember to shade.
