Es un concurso en español, pero tambien los ingleses pueden participar:

2-Debe tener un efecto negativo ante dragones

3-Inscripcion gratuita

4-La carta debe estar en español

5-Elegire un competidor y tres juezes

6-Para ser juez, pon un post aqui solicitando el puesto. Seran elegidos los tres primeros que soliciten la plaza

7-El perdedor otorgará 5 puntos de respeto al ganador
